Great service with kind and helpful staff in all areas.
There was good food in all the restaurants with available and good drinks to accommodate.
I’d definitely recommend the all inclusive package for this hotel.

Wow! Amazing holiday here. Hotel couldn't do enough for you. Amazing all inclusive drinks menu. Can't wait to go back. Even got a cake for my birthday and a bottle of wine on arrival for our honeymoon.

We are enjoying our holiday here but it is not a 5 star hotel and not what we expected based on the reviews. It feels like a very good 3 star or 4 star hotel. Everything is quite tired and not luxurious. Staff are excellent. We have enjoyed our holiday with young children but wouldn’t recommend if actually looking for a proper 5 star luxury Greek holiday (as we were but quickly had to adjust our expectations). Being told to pay the full bill upon check in was a bit of a red flag.

Had a lovely holiday here. Temperatures in October were perfect for us and the kids though the pool isn't heated which meant it was a bit of a challenge to get in and work off all the breakfast we'd just eaten!
Rooms clean and spacious. We had a family room which has an adjoining bedroom with 2 single beds and a balcony overlooking the pool area.
The breakfast buffet had a vast range, lots of fresh fruit and freshly made omelettes and pancakes.
The hotel was quite quiet as it was the end of the season but the staff remained as gracious and hospitable as the first day of the season.
We have very fond memories of our holiday here

Great hotel which in turn made for a great vacation.
I've been in other 5 star hotels in Rhodes, the atrium is in the top level in all aspects - staff are kind and professional, all the premises are. Clean and we'll maintained, spa was super nice , food in the morning is abundant and tasty, room was spacious and bed was super comfy.
I forgot some shirts in the hotel and Pauline from guest relations was super helpful with shipping them to me with DHL.
REALLY PROFESSIONAL ESTABLISHMENT
