Very good hotel. Good size rooms and most are beach facing which gives a great view every day. The facilities are good at the hotel. Loads of food options and good restaurants specially the Italian,the wok and the fresh pizza on the beach. The staff is hardworking and friendly.
Cons: There is nothing much to see outside unless you rent a car. The food options at the buffet don't change that often. The mexican restaurant can be more authentic. the toilets for public usage could be cleaner. The kids pool is adequate but get busy when the hotel is full, they can have more kids pools outside. The kids club has limited options. The evening entertainment is good but it can get cold outside so if they can have the option to move the entertainment indoors that can be a great addition.

We had a wonderful and relaxing vacation at the end of April. The staff are super accommodating and gracious, the food was excellent as well as the cocktails, the evening performances were very entertaining. The beach is absolutely stunning. We have small children and the facilities helped make the stay with them as easy and comfortable as possible. Overall highly recommended!

Very much enjoyed staying at this top class hotel. Great food, nice rooms, swimming pools, musical entertainment every night and you’re also right on the beach. There’s a Spa with treatments available, games room, and very friendly staff. We had three staff members who were especially helpful. Theodora who worked in the main restaurant was so good and really looked after my parents as did her colleague Agapitos. And lastly the wonderful Josephine who works in the food court downstairs and was so kind and helpful and hugged everyone. The beach is great with plenty of sun loungers, a pizza parlour, a bar and also a food truck that serves hot dogs, burgers and fries, all lovely food. The only criticism of the hotel would be the kids pool. It is quite small and it can be difficult to find a sun lounger as it was always very busy throughout the day. Other than that a lovely place to come to for a holiday. Definitely recommend.

Great 10day stay, was expecting a speedy check in as I had done it on line prior but in all took around an hour,
Hotel is beautiful and all staff are so friendly, rooms large beds and pillows very comfortable and clean, had a superior twin room with sea views, shame there is nothing close to the hotel. Was disappointed you had to pay to use indoor pool, none of the pools are accessible for disabled only have ladders on side of pool no walk in steps.
I am a fussy eater but no problems with lunch or evening meals all very well planned and well cooked no complaint’s there, but they do need to look at fresh veg seem to use frozen carrots which are very hard , breakfast was not so good more fat than bacon, no decent sausages, beans were very hard and on many days the eggs were all broken and yolks hard,only one BIG problem with all the food it is only Luke warm so by the time you gently to eat it it was COLD . drinks on the whole are named, but you do have to stop the bar tenders filling the glasses with ice and watering then down

Beautiful hotel and great location with the mountains in the backdrop and wonderful beach.
Hotel bedrooms need TLC with the bathrooms in particular requiring attention.
The wide selection of ‘all inclusive’ unfortunately attracts a certain type of guest who like to spend all day eating and drinking - the amount of wastage is really shocking!
The number of staff available is insufficient for the number of guests, which results in lots of waiting for services.
Children’s pool is very small (for the size of hotel), and poorly supervised (in terms of life guards). Children are allowed to do all kinds of dangerous activities without challenge from staff.
Booking at the restaurants (non-buffet), requires pre-booking well in advance to avoid disappointment. During the week we were only able to book once.
Overall, this is really a four star hotel. It has a long way to go to match five star ratings that other hotels have in the area.
