We were very impressed with the quality of food and service. As there was a strike on our day of return the hotel accomodate us for extra half a day without any cost. The hotel itself was very clean and kids friendly. Good for family and couple as well. Well done Mitsis Alila you deserve 5star.I would definitely recommend this beautiful hotel. All the best.

Nikaletta (beach bar) Costa and Lucy (main reception bar) were phenomenal. Very attentive and kind, politely spoken and nothing was too much trouble. They went over and above - thank you! Alex (front desk supervisors) and George (General manager) were also extremely helpful to ensure that any issues that we had were resolved and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable.

Mitsis Alila blew us away with its amazing food. The Greek, Italian, Mexican, and Chinese restaurants were all top quality delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. The crepes and waffles bar was a daily treat! Great service, great variety. Perfect for food lovers!

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and it was a wonderful experience in every way! The food was delicious, varied and free – simply a pleasure at every meal. The room was clean, tidy and very pleasant to stay in. We also really enjoyed the restaurants in the complex, each of which provided a unique culinary experience. But above all – we would like to especially thank the reception team Rania , Zoe and Marinos, they were professional and helped us with everything and anything with kindness and a smile. Their excellent service made all the difference! Highly recommend and we would love to come back again!

Stayed for a week in April and had a great time. Would recommend. Service throughout the hotel was excellent and made the stay even better. Wifi is also consistent throughout the property if that's important to you. The hotel main facilities are split over 3 levels with pool side being -2. The main buffet restaurant where you can have breakfast lunch and dinner if you want has a good enough range to keep staples for every day with some variations. We really enjoyed the salad and variations daily along with the deserts. However you do have to order any drink from the staff as there is no self service, which personally I would prefer. There are a number of other bookable and walk up restaurants within the complex for lunch and dinner. The Greek restaurant was the best we went to with the Creperie for deserts and the pizza slice place on the beach coming second. We had a swim up room on -2 which was just perfect. Never went to the main pool because it was so good. You are also protected from the wind there which makes a difference vs the main area. Note in April it loses the sun around 3:30pm. It is heated taking the edge off and perfectly usable. The room inside was a good size and condition and certainly didn't feel small. My only gripe would be the shower having a small shower head which didn't see to match the standard in the rest of the room. Beach is pebble based with lots of seats and presumably bookable bigger beds. There is also a bookable (from reception) paddle board court which was great fun.
