The holiday of a lifetime awaits at Mitsis Selection Alila, a luxurious 24-hour all-inclusive escape in the magnificent sun-kissed island of Rhodes. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and can't say enough about the exceptional service. The staff truly went above and beyond to make our visit special. We especially want to thank Rania and Anna for their outstanding hospitality and genuine warmth. They were both incredibly helpful, always with a smile, and made us feel so welcome. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

From the moment we entered the hotel to the moment we left the holiday was perfect. The food was outstanding. Lots and lots of options and even the buffet was well labelled and tasty! Drinks were good. Service maybe a wee bit slow sometimes but good otherwise! Only down side for us was lack of sun beds at the pool. If you weren’t down early you weren’t getting one!

The Greek restaurant was fabulous. Food so tasty and rich in flavor and freshness. The man n point- Nana, our host and waitress is a professional, very experienced and made our lunch so enjoyable with her service and welcoming.

We've just had a 10 night stay here. From arriving late at night the staff could not have been more welcoming and we were still able to get some food and drinks. The room we had was lovely. Well proportioned and clean. We had a sea view balcony room and would highly recommend. We loved the drinks from the all day bar. They definitely did the best cocktails! The food in the buffet was always good and we ate in all the al a carte restaurants - all had great food and great service. The sunbeds were really comfortable and, most of the time we could get one round the adults only area however even when we couldn't there were plenty elsewhere. All the staff were amazing and happy to assist with any questions. All you would expect from a 5 star. Would definitely return.

TLDR; After our initial high expectations were shocked on arrival, we started to get comfortable and enjoyed ourselves. Would we return? Maybe Context: Couple in early 30s, no kids, Junior Suite with Jacuzzi Pros: 1. Facilities: Very nice and spacious, lots of seating, good gym, games room. Outdoor aesthetic is very picturesque. 2. Food options: It is always available any time of day with various choices, selection is great! 3. Drink selection: Loads of alcohol to choose from. 4. Anniversary Package: They really treat you well when you buy this. Daily snacks and typically a bottle of wine. They went above and beyond with this, highly recommend it. 5. Junior Suite Room: Very spacious but very poor decor (see con below) 6. Entertainment was fantastic, the Beatles band was the highlight Cons: 7. Room Decor: We felt extremely underwhelmed with the room. It was extremely tired, marks everything, bathroom has limescale build up, and is just straight decoration with white/silver. We did not expect this was an "ultra five star". 8. Some food is EXTREMELY bad, like the shrimp tacos, chicken nuggets, and chicken wrap from the American food truck. We couldn't even finish it. We're unsure how it could even be so bad. 9. Sound proof: The rooms have none of it. If the neighbor is watching TV, you will hear it. We had to use ear plugs most of the time. I can't imagine a room with loud kids. 10. Manicure: My wife said it was the worst manicure she's ever received in her life and it was the most expensive too (€60 incl removal). They didn't prep her nails at all, an expected step from all nail salons. We almost asked for the spa manager to discuss this it was so bad...but we chose not to. 11. Towels in room are grey, it's a pretty gross. Presumably they were once white? Either way, grey is not a good look.
