What happend to this hottel? ( our 4th time in the hotel) The whisperer reviews...400k viewers and raising Iv'e stayed in the hotel for 6 days during this years October with my family . For my disappointment, it is not the hotel i remembered from my last visits. Here are the grades for the current Alila expiriance: The rooms: 5/5. Great! as good as 5 stars hotel can be. The food: 2/5. Well it depends, while the food in the resturants is very good, the food in the regular dinning room was in a poor quality. The breakfast is good, but not in a 5 stars hotel standart, the food at noon and the evening is in poor quality, and not suitable even for 4 stars hotel rank. And thats a problem for a family that stays for a long term, because of the 1 time invetation policy for the resturants. The service: 2/5. Not as good as it was. We took 3 rooms for 6 nights in the hotel.- for 6 visitors and 2 babys. Three of the adults got stomach ahces bound with diarrhea for several days. Although the hotels food was the only food we ate in the days of our staying, it felt like the guest relations were more busy with saying there is no connection to the hotel, then try to understand the reason for this occasion. So 3 adults spent more the half of their vacation eating roasted breads with bananas in a 5 stars hotel. The facilities: 5/5. Still one of the bests in greece. Great beach, great pool, very beautiful surroundings. In conclusion, while the rooms and the facilities are great for 5 stars hotel, the food and the service are not really there. You don't feel like you are an important visitor, just a pass by one, and you are not the most important thing for the managment. Fortheremore, the food in the dinning room is in poor quality compare to even 4 stars hotels. Change it before the rumor will spread an it will be 2 late. People pay for a 5 stars hotel and they expect to get a better food then this. Continue in that way and the compatitors will take advantage of it.

We are having an amazing stay at this hotel in rhodes, the food and quality of the hotel is outstanding, we love the white marble floors the clean pools, our Waiter in the restaurant really looked after us so well thankyou Panagiotis you are a star :0) Our room is sea facing with incredible views of the sea and is two rooms offering lots of space. 10/10 Mitsis a real gem of a hotel and a stunning Island.

I cannot say a single bad thing about this place. The service is impeccable, the food is exquisite, the hotel is stunningly beautiful. I think this is one of my favorite hotels in Europe. The beds are very comfortable, the drinks are so delicious. It was just a perfect holiday, and we will definitely be coming back again. Also Rhodes is such a beautiful island and the greeks are so friendly and hospitable. they

I am currently at Mitsis Alila hotel. We’ve had an amazing holiday. The beach bar staff, made our stay so special. The staff that have go above & beyond, making sure that you have the best time. In my opinion the beach staff are the best! Thank you to Iordanis, Vaggelis, Mike, Josephine. I would also like to thank Magda, Daria in the Champagne Bar and lastly the Brunch Team. Mitsis are lucky to have such amazing staff. Well done guys.

My wife and I stayed at the Mitsis Alila hotel for 6 days last week for a relaxing vacation by ourselves. The hotel surpassed our expectations. The Alila is a luxurious 5 star all inclusive hotel. There are so many options for food. In addition to the main dining room there are a number of unique restaurants. Greek , Asiatic, Italian, Brunch, Wok, Tex Mex, Pita ,Food truck on the beach etc. The food was very tasty and there were an abundance of different possibilities to try. A favourite is the Creperie which offered amazing desserts throughout most of the day. The different bars throughout the hotel also offered top notch brand name alcoholic drinks. The service from all the staff is outstanding and responded quickly and positively to any request. We had booked a room with a view of the beach, but upon arriving received an upgrade to a room with a private swimming pool. The room was well designed but did show some signs of ageing. There also was a shortage of USB and USB-C outlets in the room which really should be rectified . The public pools were great including a heated adult only one. All the public areas, the lobby, the sun decks, the grounds and the hallways were continously being cleaned. In summary the Alila is probably the best hotel in the whole of Rhodes We are definitely going to return next year.
