We had a great experience! Very professional and helpful staff. The food was great, especially the desserts. The big highlight was the Greek restaurant, nearly every dish was delicious. Many thanks and warm greetings to Nana and Evi, who did a great job!

Overall a great resort. The staff work very hard and make this place what it is. The grounds as well are gorgeous. The rooms could use some work though. Thin walls and not the best AC or beds. Overall a great place. Just spend your time outside !!

Public areas look great, there is a Pizza station and ice cream station that we really loved. Service at the restaurants are very welcoming. For the different restaurants you need to book a reservation in advance. Unfortunately heated pool is only for adults. The rest of the pools are a little cold if it’s not July-August. Children’s club is small but has verity of activities. Also we got a nice welcoming gift for the kids and there are some small toilets for the little one across the hotel. Room cleaning service was late on the first day but once we made them aware they came earlier the next day and did a better job. Some rooms has balconies that are lacking privacy (no dividers between one balcony to the next one) and the room decor was not to our taste. After we contacted costumer services they did make a genuine effort to try and assist and left us with a better experience.

A beautiful place. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous and the food is amazing, the rooms are so luxurious and modern, the house keeping do a great job! The staff are all so welcoming and friendly, we can’t wait to book again!! A big thank you to Charis and Gkioul for looking after us so well in the main restaurant! Special thanks to Nikos for helping us with everything!!!!! - especially finding us table and chairs at the entertainment area. Rooms are modern and clean, food tasty. Great all inclusive hotel.
