My wife, our 9-month-old baby, and I recently stayed at the Mitsis Alila Hotel in Rhodes, and overall, we had a wonderful experience. The all-inclusive aspect of the hotel made everything easy and convenient for us as a family.
One of the highlights of our stay was the food—especially at the Italian restaurant, which was exceptional! The variety and quality of the dishes were top-notch, and we found ourselves returning several times. On the other hand, the food in the main dining room wasn't quite to our taste, but the specialty restaurants more than made up for it.
The staff at the hotel were lovely, and we have to give a special mention to Elena, the concierge. She was so kind and helpful throughout our stay, going out of her way to assist us with anything we needed. Elena truly made our vacation even better with her warmth and professionalism.
However, there were a few downsides. The rooms, while comfortable, could use some updating. They aren't quite on par with the rest of the hotel’s offerings. Additionally, there are only two elevators, which were quite slow and sometimes made getting around with a baby a bit frustrating.
Despite these small issues, we had a great time at Mitsis Alila, and we would recommend it for a relaxing family vacation. A big thank you again to Elena and the rest of the wonderful staff for making our stay memorable!

We stayed at the perfect Mitsis Alila.
We sat at the night bar by the pool and had the best experience with our bartender-Jenny.
She was absolutely the best! We asked her to make us a cocktail that wasn’t on the menu and witch she didn’t knew how to make. In seconds she had read the instructions and made us the perfect one.

Was at brunch in this amazing resort. The food is excellent but the thing that sets this resort apart are the staff and their commitment to a high level of customer service. In particular George 1 and George 2 (the 2 Georges). My girlfriend is gluten-free and they’re understanding has been amazing.

I recently stayed at Mitsis Alila Hotel in Rhodes, Greece, and while the facilities were generally nice, there were some aspects of my stay that left much to be desired, especially as a vegan guest.
Firstly, the buffet did not offer any vegan options. Every time I wanted a vegan dish, I had to request the kitchen to prepare something specifically for me. Unfortunately, the dishes they did prepare lacked balance, particularly in terms of protein and essential nutrients. It felt as though the meals were made just to check a box rather than with any real care or attention. To make matters worse, there were no vegan desserts available at all, which made me feel overlooked as a guest with dietary restrictions.
The room we stayed in had a private pool, which was a nice touch, but the mosquito problem was unbearable. We were bitten throughout the night, making it difficult to enjoy the room or the pool area. It would be great if the hotel could address this issue.
On the positive side, the snack bar offered a vegan pizza, which was a pleasant surprise.
In summary, while the hotel itself had its perks, my overall experience was hindered by the lack of thoughtful vegan food options and the mosquito issue. I hope Mitsis takes this feedback into consideration to better accommodate future vegan guests.
