I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at here and I must say it fell far short of its advertised 5-star status. In reality, it was more akin to a 3-star establishment, leaving me thoroughly disappointed.
Upon arrival, I was greeted warm welcome however we had to move as they decided to close the hotel early!
The rooms themselves were underwhelming. While they were clean, they lacked the luxurious touches one would expect from a purported 5-star hotel. The furnishings appeared dated and worn, giving off an overall tired atmosphere rather than one of elegance or sophistication.
Furthermore, amenities promised by the hotel were either non-existent or poorly maintained. Facilities such as the spa or fitness center were either closed for maintenance without prior notice or offered subpar services that did not meet industry standards.
Overall, my stay left much to be desired. It is clear that this establishment does not live up to its self-proclaimed 5-star status but rather falls short as a mere 3-star accommodation option. I would caution others seeking a truly luxurious experience to explore alternative options before considering this hotel for their stay.

This is from Sargon Benjamin: The resort was phenomenal! Breathtaking views, and the staff was so nice. The hospitality was amazing, and the views were spectacular! Not to mention the fantastic, delicious food. Definitely highly recommend this resort.

Just to begin with we were a bit apprehensive, due to the recent fires that had devastated the region.
We emailed the hotel to get an update as to the situation. As we had rubbish information from On the Beach. The hotel responded and said all was safe for our trip to Rhodes.
Upon arrival we were greeted warmly by reception. Christos clearly explained check in and use of hotel app. Christos upgraded us to panoramic view rooms, an added bonus. Throughout the holiday Christos was fabulous as all reception staff were.
The rooms were beautiful with fantastic views of pool and beach. Complementary red wine and coffee pods too.
The following day we headed to the pool to unwind. It was not huge but functional enough. No rush for sun loungers, later we found out the hotel was only a third full. This was people cancelling due to the fires. Staff quickly came to take our orders for drinks. All the bar staff were so lovely and polite, especially Naomi.
Dinner was a buffet style, similar to most all inclusive hotels. Staff kindly set a table of all 10 for us. Vegetarian options were not huge though. However, Paschalis the food manager assured us he would arrange a better selection for the next service. Nice touch on his part and did as promised next service and throughout the stay too.
The beach was lovely and clean with crystal clear water. Only downside was that it was pebbly and not sandy. Nice bars line the beach for food and beverages.
Easy to travel around the island if you want to explore the island.
All in all the hotel staff were super polite, friendly, nothing was never too much. I would recommend the hotel if you want to totally relax and be pampered.
Thank you Lindos Village, you gave us memories for life.

TRUST ME, DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL
Lindos it’s self is stunning, but this 3 star posing as a 5 star is shocking
The staff were rude as hell, apart from one or two.
They don’t know how to make cocktails
They were carrying out construction on the room next door and when I asked for it to stop they laughed and said “well if it wasn’t happening to you it would be happening to someone else” this was the night shift reception manager
They tried to evacuate us for no reason twice and lied to us to get us down to a different hotel.
They claim to have 4 or 5 different restaurants, but they don’t, they just have one room where they put on different themed foods, and the Greek one was the only good one.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the hotel, and much of that credit goes to Chris. The level of hospitality and attention to detail he provided truly made our experience exceptional. It's hard to believe he's not already the manager, given his exceptional skills and dedication. Chris made us feel like valued guests throughout our stay, and his genuine warmth and professionalism were truly remarkable. If anyone deserves to be the manager, it's Chris. Our stay wouldn't have been the same without him!
