CAREFUL!!! Low low maintenance. We were shocked how bad the place look compare to the photos. No AC in the room. Not clean at all. Rooms are far from perfect but the pool and other facilities. The welcome started nice at the reception. Then when we got the room we were shocked. It took us 15 minutes to understand we are not staying. The AC didn’t work properly and it took forever for someone to take care of it. At some point we agreed that we are not staying. Then we started communicating with the management we want to leave and they wanted to force us to pay a full stay cancellation fee. After arguing they agreed the 2 nights out of 5. We still refused. We were at a point we just wanted to leave, it was late and we wanted to get to another hotel before the sun goes down. At some point they agreed for 1 night cancellation fee. We took it. Just to get out of this place. The hotel broke the policy by providing us an unhygienic room with no functioning air conditioning. The right thing to do is not to charge any fees for cancellation as the agreement was broken on their behalf first. I just hope no one else falls into this trap. Be careful and save your money.

Booked the holidays with the Lindos Villages as a celebration for my partners birthday - i got a tad anxious reading the reviews and I bet many of you might feel that way too - after coming back I genuinely question whenever some people spend money for holidays just to complain and be total killjoys... we had the most fantastic, relaxing holiday so far - staff of this resort was flawless! Genuinely the kindest, happiest, and most helpful group of people I've seen, even cleaning staff was very friendly and smiley. The hotel itself is a small village- multiple buildings with rooms as opposed to having to stay in one massive building with all the guests, the rooms are very well distributed allowing us to have bit more privacy. There are no issues with AC at all. Our room got cleaned every single day, although we didn't request it once. Fresh towels and glasses provided daily. On the day of my boyfriends birthday, the staff brought him a birthday cake straight to our room. He kept thanking me for being so thoughtful to request a cake - I didn't! Staff sent it as a suprise. There's a live performance at the bar every single night- Passengers were fantastic and even sang a song for my bf. Hotel facilities were always clean and shiny, we have been given rides to the beach and back, as well as we got our suitcases brought to the reception by staff. Check out by 11am was a tad of an issue for us as our flight back was at midnight - reception had no issues giving us a later check out option and allowing us to spend one more full day by the beach and in the hotel. Even though we were checked out at 6 pm, we were still welcome to have dinner and drinks as well as use all hotel facilities until we were picked up from the hotel. Guest relation manager (Christopher, if I remember correctly, forgive me if that's incorrect, I'm terrible with names) both welcomed us on arrival and walked us out on departure. Very sweet and caring soul, fantastic representative. He made us very welcome and comfortable throughout the whole stay. I am sooooooo down to come back in the future, perhaps with couple of friends, Lindos Village is indeed a beautiful establishment but it was simply the staff of the hotel that exceeded our expectation of this holiday.

"While the hotel boasts great staff and a pleasant atmosphere, the overall experience was marred by the subpar room conditions, primarily due to the malfunctioning air conditioning system. It is disappointing that such issues persist in a supposed 5-star establishment. I have stayed in 3-star hotels with better AC performance. One of the most frustrating aspects of my stay was returning to a room that was uncomfortably hot. Despite requesting fans, none were provided, and it is bewildering that all fans were reportedly unavailable. Given the weather outside is hot, it was incredibly uncomfortable to be in a room where I couldn't relax and enjoy my stay. Improvements in this area are crucial for maintaining the hotel's reputation and ensuring guests have a pleasant experience. I sincerely hope that management addresses these issues promptly to enhance the overall guest experience." If you want more people coming to this hotel you need to fix the AC or get more fans to accommodate your guest. I am paying for a great tome not a terrible time.

The resort is wonderful really calm. Moreover the staff are wonderful and friendly with the best smiles. They will make your stay even better. The beach is 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Chris will make your stay even better.

After reading so many bad reviews I was very worried about this place ruining our holiday. How ever we had a lovely stay.. the rooms were clean and kept cool by the air con, food was amazing in all restaurants, staff were very friendly and willing to help. Lindos town itself was gorgeous with many places to eat and rooftop bars for a drink when the sun sets. Plenty of taxis which are easy to get and inexpensive. Only bad part was the first couple of days there was major water issues, this also caused half of the drinks not to be available. I asked for a late check out on the last day to be free of charge as an apology from the hotel and they agreed (I think they charge 70 euros for a late checkout). The hotel does need abit of money spent on it as some parts does need some TLC. It’s probably a 3/4 star hotel All in all it was a nice holiday and would return to Lindos
