For what was our first all inclusive holiday in years, the Lindos Village Resort was the perfect choice. The food is incredible, and the staff went out of their way to make sure we had an enjoyable and memorable stay.
The weather was a sweltering 40+ degrees, but there are both indoor and outdoor dining options, and rooms are adequately air conditioned. With a convenience shop right outside the hotel, anything that wasn't provided for was easily attainable, meaning if we wanted to be lazy and not move from the resort all day, we didn't have to.
The sunbeds by the pool fill up quickly, but there's always space by the bar and the smaller jacuzzi pool to wait for sunbeds to free up.
Christos in particular always checked up on us whenever we saw him, our maid was lovely and welcoming every day, and the hostess and staff at the main restaurant were great.
I'd recommend eating at the Ginger Root restaurant at least once for the sushi.
Thanks to everyone at the resort for making our stay such an amazing experience.

We stayed at Lindos Grand Resort for 10 nights and overall we were very pleased! The service you will get here is fantastic and the location is great to get a short taxi into Lindos (in my experience it was €14 each way)
I found there to be enough choice for breakfast and the restaurant in the hotel were good for a quick lunch. All of the staff were incredibly attentive and went out of their way to help when needed.
I agree with other reviews in that the rooms desperately need a refresh and they’re looking old, tired and outdated. It’s not a luxury stay but I would argue it’s still good value for money given the price of other accommodation in Rhodes.
I would recommend paying a little more for a room with a private pool as the main pool looked quite busy with towels on sun-beds early.

Lindos village is a great destination if you want a pleasant holiday. It's not a luxury 5-star experience, but the rooms are good, even if not super plush. Personally, I was fine with that. When my air conditioning stopped working, I called reception, and a maintenance engineer was out to fix it within 10 minutes.
The staff at the hotel were exceptional. Adrianna works incredibly hard, making all those drinks while staying composed even in the almost 40-degree heat. She's a legend and a great asset to the hotel. There's also a waiter named Savas who was very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for him. He was knowledgeable about the wine and kept us entertained with his friendly banter.
The food in the buffet is decent; I always found something nice to eat. They change it up a bit each night but consistently have nice salads and other options. The hotel restaurants are good too, especially the Greek and the Italian. Make sure you are hungry when you turn up.
Most of the negative reviews I've read are about the rooms. Yes, they are not perfect, but ours was clean, air-conditioned, with a decent shower and a comfortable bed. It didn't look like a 5-star room, but the rest of the hotel made up for it.
I've already mentioned two staff members, but there were many more who really made our experience great, though I don't know all of their names. The service around the pool, in the hotel bar, and at reception was impeccable. I couldn't fault the staff at all. Even when they were clearly under pressure from long hours and immense heat, their professionalism didn't waver. The hotel's atmosphere and the dedication of its staff made our stay truly enjoyable.

CAREFUL!!! Low low maintenance. We were shocked how bad the place look compare to the photos. No AC in the room. Not clean at all. Rooms are far from perfect but the pool and other facilities.
The welcome started nice at the reception. Then when we got the room we were shocked. It took us 15 minutes to understand we are not staying.
The AC didn’t work properly and it took forever for someone to take care of it. At some point we agreed that we are not staying. Then we started communicating with the management we want to leave and they wanted to force us to pay a full stay cancellation fee.
After arguing they agreed the 2 nights out of 5. We still refused.
We were at a point we just wanted to leave, it was late and we wanted to get to another hotel before the sun goes down.
At some point they agreed for 1 night cancellation fee. We took it. Just to get out of this place.
The hotel broke the policy by providing us an unhygienic room with no functioning air conditioning.
The right thing to do is not to charge any fees for cancellation as the agreement was broken on their behalf first.
I just hope no one else falls into this trap. Be careful and save your money.

"While the hotel boasts great staff and a pleasant atmosphere, the overall experience was marred by the subpar room conditions, primarily due to the malfunctioning air conditioning system. It is disappointing that such issues persist in a supposed 5-star establishment. I have stayed in 3-star hotels with better AC performance.
One of the most frustrating aspects of my stay was returning to a room that was uncomfortably hot. Despite requesting fans, none were provided, and it is bewildering that all fans were reportedly unavailable. Given the weather outside is hot, it was incredibly uncomfortable to be in a room where I couldn't relax and enjoy my stay.
Improvements in this area are crucial for maintaining the hotel's reputation and ensuring guests have a pleasant experience. I sincerely hope that management addresses these issues promptly to enhance the overall guest experience."
If you want more people coming to this hotel you need to fix the AC or get more fans to accommodate your guest. I am paying for a great tome not a terrible time.
