Amazing hotel right in front of the beach. Our room was a sea view. Food was good with great choice in the buffet but it was hard to book the other restaurants for the included experiences since they were often fully book several days in advance. This is great for families. Has great facilities for kids and entertainment all day and night. The staff is super friendly and kind and it does have a great selection of cocktails done with quality drinks that we enjoyed every evening ( included in the all inclusive experience) Its a 15 min drive to town if you want to check the city and the b each area is lovely. We will be coming back next season for sure.

We stayed 11 days at Helea Beach Lifestyle Resort and had such a great time! The resort is beautiful, very clean and has plenty of pools as well as a private beach. Everything feels stylish and relaxing. The all-inclusive food and drinks were really good! So much variety that we never got bored. Some days stood out more than others, but it was always tasty. The à la carte restaurants were also worth a visit, and we loved the free cocktails, especially inside at the bar. A special shout-out to Katarina from the restaurant. She welcomed us with a big smile every day and gave us wonderful tips about the island. She made our holiday feel extra special. We would definitely recommend this resort and can easily see ourselves coming back in the future!

Good distance from the airport (15 minutes by taxi), plenty of space poolside and on the private beach. Food was brilliant, lots of variety and opportunity to try Greek dishes at the buffet and at the 4 on-site restaurants. Staff around mealtimes are not always the most attentive but always friendly and happy to help. Rooms were spacious and beautifully modern, with 2 TVs in our suite and the ability to cast to them. Also brilliant WiFi connectivity throughout the resort. Even on the beach 😄

We arrived a day late because we missed our flight, but when we arrived the next day we were told we had been upgraded to the adults only sister hotel, we were told the room would be the same as we booked, but it wasn’t. We had a look at a few different rooms but they were not the same… we did eventually get the room we booked (junior suit with a swim up pool and sea view) not sure why we weren’t placed there from the start as the exact same room next door was empty. We did appreciate this but could have done without the hassle. The room was amazing and so was the view, a lot more private. The decor was very modern and chic, The room was well equipped with dressing gowns, slippers, shampoo, conditioner and a complimentary bag! We got room service which was incredible and the mini bar/room service was included in the all inclusive package, the staff were amazing and we can’t fault them, attentive at all times and very professional. The food in the adults only was great and was so relaxing and calm. The pool areas were clean but the water was a bit cold for the time of year we expected it but for a five star hotel you would think like it to be heated. The beach was lovely and beach bars also had amazing service. We ate at the steak restaurant and the food quality was impressive, service was outstanding, we loved it so much we went back the second night, the greek wine we had been recommended was exceptional can’t complain about any of that, top notch! Would have liked to of been able to book the a la carte restaurants on arrival. Big thank you to Elisavet, Georgia, Vener and Joann for being so lovely, it made our evenings so special and we will remember those evenings forever. We tried a lot of cocktails at the pool bar which was amazing because the staff came over and took your order for lovely bar snacks/lunch too. We would have liked the sauna, steam room and indoor pool to be included in the price as its five star. The gym was quiet and had a lot of new equipment with showers and towels included. Overall we had a lovely holiday and would recommend to anyone.

We recently stayed for 7 nights in a Junior Suite with Sea View room. Firstly we cannot understand the negative reviews of this resort, we simply could not understand them. Our room was well worth paying a little extra for the additional space and view. Room was modern, clean and cleaned everyday. Only small niggles about the room, the coffee machine was impossible to operate, the air-conditioning can be a little noisy and not much sound proofing from the corridor which was very noisy in the mornings. The hotel grounds were spotless. Always managed to get a sunbed, however the pools are very cold. Previous reviews mentioned long waiting times at the bars, we never experienced, sometimes served straight away, max wait 5-10 mins. Previous reviews also mention staff are rude, quite the opposite, they were so friendly and welcoming. Food in the restaurants was fab, plenty of variety. We booked 2 A la carte restaurants with no issues and the food was superb! Street food was excellent. Plenty of variety of entertainment in various bars in the evening. Previous reviews mention issues with lifts and waiting times, we witnessed no issues at all?? Overall, we had the perfect holiday and 100% will be back!
