We loved this all inclusive hotel. We were super satisfied with the variety of bars. The staff is very nice and helpful, gives good service.
Rooms are clean and has a good style.
The beach is amazing and the pool is big enough.
The only thing that was a bit annoying is that it was so hard to find an available sunbed by the pool. I would recommend the hotel to enforce this subject and don’t let people just put their towel on the bed and leave it there for the rest of the day, even when they’re not there.
The food was great, we loved the Italian restaurant, and the buffet wasn’t that different each day but the food is good and satisfying.
Highly recommended

We had an amazing family holiday in Rhodes! The kids loved the water park, kids' club, and evening disco. The food was fantastic, with plenty of options. Special thanks to Kostas, the F&B manager, for making our dining experience great. Our room was clean and spacious with a beautiful balcony view. The staff were friendly and helpful. We can't wait to return!

We visited Helea Resort during a family holiday along with 3 more families and our young children. The experience exceeded our expectations by all means. The hotel was impeccable in terms of cleanliness, facilities, layout and comfort. The staff were all very attentive starting from the front desk to the restaurants even at their peak times and the quality of the served food was fresh and of high standard for the scale of the hotel. There were many activities going on throughout the day to entertain adults and children and the use of the water park, the gym and the spa offered extra alternatives for the guests to escape from the beach and the pools. The kids disco nights were also funny and entertaining and one can also plan dinners at one of the many restaurants of either hotel (Helea and Elissa) by reservation after taking advantage of the babysitting service. Overall it was a refreshing 7-day family holiday and we are considering rebooking for next year already.

We had a good time at the resort. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, and the hotel is beautiful. While there are a few points of criticism as mentioned in the other reviews, like longer waiting times at the bar when it's full, we think that the staff handles it as well as they can and none of these things minimized our nice experience. It pays off to visit the restaurant or bar during the less crowded times, as it's normal to have longer waiting times when it's very full. But even then we always found a table and got our drinks after a few more minutes. A nice add-on would be more shade for the pool areas. All in all we felt very welcomed and happy about small things like when the barkeeper remembered our standard drinks or the guy who stocks the fridge remembered we like coke zero, and a lot more things. A big thank you to all the staff members at this hotel :)

I would give this hotel a 1 star for accommodation . Although we paid for a 4+ star. ( Definitely Overcrowded)
We arrived to find a room too small we Complaint straightaway. Our cases at to be stored close to the patio door which would cause a health and safety risk , because the sofa bed was Situated there too and in way to get out onto the balcony , Only one of us could pass at one time the beds were so close. The bathroom was so small. The toilet was situated behind the door. Only one person could use the bathroom at one time my granddaughter slept on a makeshift sofa bed and itched for the whole time we were We Complaint to the staff they change the sheets but this didn’t work, Definitely not a five star hotel we didn’t unpack for the whole time we were there there .
There was no room to put clothes so we lived out of a case for a week. If you wanted a sun beds and Parasol, You would need to go down 5 o’clock in the morning to get them Because by 8 o’clock everything was taken, I felt sorry for people with small children and babies that couldn’t get a place to sit and keep them safe from the sun . On a couple of occasions, I saw people screaming at each other and arguing over sun-beds and Parasol’s to cover them from the very hot sun, This is not an experience I’d like to endure again !! We definitely won’t be going back there.
I’ll send pictures of toilet and bathroom disgusting they didn’t care.
Very over crowded . Not a stress free holiday I was expecting at all .
My advice to anyone gong with one child is to get them to send you a pic first of the room. Our room number was 3332 overlooking car park. We also leave our room at 11 o’clock in the morning, although Our flight was until 12 o’clock in the night after arguing about where to change and shower they did accommodate us in the spa but we only have 20 minutes to shower wash our hair and there was three of us.
So my d pay A substantial amount for a treatment to get more time . Never again .
