Our stay was marred by numerous hidden charges that were not disclosed upfront, including an exorbitant environmental tax that added an extra burden of 30 euros PER day PER room. Despite prebooking as a group, we were left waiting for our rooms, which is unacceptable. The staff's behavior was appalling, displaying rudeness and conveniently feigning ignorance of English whenever confronted. The lack of activities left us bored and frustrated, with even the kids' club requiring prebooking and offering little excitement. The food was subpar, far from the quality expected of a purported 5-star establishment. The accommodations were dismal, with uncomfortable beds, limescale-ridden sinks, and blocked baths flooding our rooms. Overall, the All Senses Natuica hotel is nothing more than a scam, masquerading as a luxury destination while delivering a woefully inadequate experience. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this establishment at all costs.

Don't go here. The staff are very unhelpful. Four times I had to go to the reception to complain about the same issue. And still they wouldn't help. The hotel also left us stranded in Rhodes even though we had paid them 90 euros to take my family to Rhodes and back. So we had to pay a another 45 euros for a taxi back to the hotel.. so in total it cost us 135 euros for travel. Stay clear of this hotel.

Five stars?? No way, maximum 1-2. Poor cleaning, bugs in the rooms, moderate breakfast. Great service anyway and beautiful countryside location. Services far away. I did not choose this place my self, airline company booked it due flight cancellation. I compare this experience to my original 5-star resort in Faliraki, to be honest they are like day and night... Anyhow appreciate that we had a place to stay, rather this than airport bench.

My recent stay at this hotel left much to be desired. The refrigerator in our family room was non-functional, making it impossible to keep any perishables cool. Speaking of the family room, privacy was sorely lacking as there was no door to the shower area. The furniture in the room was outdated and in poor condition, adding to the overall disappointment. To make matters worse, the towels provided were not only dirty but had bloodstains on them, which was incredibly unsettling. On top of that, later on we found out that the blanket on the kids bed was brown, old dirty and probably never washed, all you had to do was add a cover. (Surprising it also had blood stains who would have thought..) all my daughters had thorough the night was a paper thin white sheet to warm them self with. We can't blame the hotel but planes landing and taking off all night was a pain to try and sleep through. The staff was rude and cold. (just like the food how surprising..) and they randomly just opened our hotel room. I don't know what that was about.. And the dining experience was far from satisfactory. The food was not only unappetizing but also served cold, which is unacceptable. Additionally, there was no children's menu available, making it challenging for families with kids. The WIFI in the room crashed everyday.. Overall, my stay was marred by several significant issues, and I cannot recommend this hotel to others in its current state. Personally I don't think this hotel deserves 5 stars at all.

Not a 5 star hotel. Probably initially was built as a 5 ⭐ but it is rundown. Rooms are spacious, but the bathroom taps full with limescale. Onto the terrace was only a chair in a room with 3 persons occupancy. I asked reception on 3 different occasions for a second one and I received it 3 days before leaving. We had twin room and I needed the beds to be close to each other and I asked the housekeeper which said that I have to talk to the reception to record for the beds to join together. Also, the third bed did not have a mattress topper and you could feel the springs which after requesting it, it was provided. After a day we noticed that it was mouldy which after contacting the reception was provided another one. 2 adults in the room but only one key provided. I requested a second one but I was told that the previous occupant lost it. The food was nice and every evening they had a different theme. We always had something nice to eat. Unfortunately the restaurants were low staffed and had to wait for tables. Also, the restaurant temperature is very hot. The snack bar is good, but it is situated in the centre of the complex and only one is available with ice-cream between 1030am and 5pm. 2 pools - one with animation, the other one quiet. A lifeguard at the one with animation, but not around all the time. Animation not for a 5 star. Good internet and the room is provided with a safe free of charge. Good holiday overall because the location is lovely and quiet, away from the town. The little things as the second key absence, multiple requests for a second chair for the terrace, the mattress topper incident, etc made me feel I don't want to return. An all inclusive holiday is for a headache less experience.
