My stay at this hotel was a mix of good and bad experiences. Unfortunately, the rooms were not clean — the windows were especially dirty, and overall cleanliness throughout the hotel left much to be desired. The reception staff were quite rude and unwelcoming, which made communication unpleasant. However, I want to highlight the housekeeping lady, Maria — she was incredibly kind, warm, and sincere. Her friendly attitude stood out and brought a touch of comfort despite the cleanliness issues. On a more positive note, the food at the hotel was truly delicious, and the entertainment program was lively and enjoyable. The cocktails were fantastic, and the bartenders were real professionals — talented, friendly, and great at what they do. The surrounding views are beautiful, and I highly recommend renting a car for 2–3 days to explore the island — there’s so much more to see beyond the hotel. In summary, while the hotel needs serious improvements in cleanliness and front desk service, the food, drinks, entertainment, and scenic location help balance the experience.

The rooms are large and spacious with a breezy Mediterranean feel. They are fitted with a robust shower and a corner bath, wonderful for older people who may struggle getting out of a regular bath. The reception staff are friendly and helpful, the restaurant and bar staff attentive and obliging, the domestic staff diligent and hardworking. The resort itself has a more intimate "village" feel about it, not like being lost in large monstrosity resorts. There's a twice weekly shuttle bus to Rhodes, otherwise a daily public bus from the nearby village, Fanes. You can get there by walking the road, or for the more adventurous, the gravel car track. Say hello to the donkeys, and check out the castle on the way via the latter route! And in Fanes, dine at Nina's Cafe and browse around Maria's Gift shop. There's an excellent supermarket and ATM nearby, too. The resort is not in a built up area, so there's birdsong and surrounding greenery and wild flowers. Great swimming in the sea, too. The grounds and the pools are well maintained. And the management even host a BBQ on a Sunday! In short, a great place "to get away from it all"

Currently here!!!! The rooms have cockroaches ants and bad mold in the shower. The food is recycled throughout the week same food and horrible too. The hotel is no more than 1 star hotel for the view of the ocean only. The employees are clueless to what to say. The restaurants are serving same food as main kitchen making u make reservations a day ahead for the same horrible food. The hotel is located on a beach BUT the beauty of Rodos is definitely not near all drive an hour including all cities and old town and most beautiful beaches. There is nothing to do in the hotel. Snack bar is left over from the kitchen absolutely discussed by this place. Stay away!!!

I am currently staying at the hotel and I would like to share my experience.While the hotel’s location is nice and the food offered is quite good, I am disappointed with the condition of the room. The cleanliness is below expectations, and the sheets did not seem freshly laundered. I experienced noise issues during my stay—specifically, I could hear the people staying above me when they were going to the toilet and engaging in other activities. This lack of soundproofing affected my privacy and overall comfort. I believe it would be helpful to adjust the hotel’s rating to more accurately reflect its quality ( it is more a 3 star hotel not a 5 stars) , as this will assist future guests in making informed decisions and avoid similar disappointments. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

We had a lovely, relaxing 10 days getaway for our honeymoon. While the demographic was mostly older, we, as a young couple, still enjoyed the atmosphere. The room was clean and spacious, and while the food was decent, there was a wide variety to choose from. A special mention to the staff, who were all very friendly and welcoming. There’s even a tennis court, though it's best avoided during the hotter times of the day. Don’t be discouraged by the overly negative reviews—while this isn’t a five-star hotel, it offers a great all-inclusive experience.
