I've been here 1 day,all these negative reviews are so FALSE,the staff are amazing,the foods as u expect from an all inclusive. Plenty of booze on offer,all the pools lively with polite guests,music and staff walking round asking if anyone needs drinks. The rooms are clean,air con is fantastic. What more needs to be said

I really don’t see why there are so many bad reviews. I have nothing but good things to say! The staff could not have done more for us, so welcoming, so friendly and so lovely. The beach is absolutely incredible and the sunsets each night were breathtaking. The buffet food was up to more than a decent standard and the beach bar was definitely a bonus. The only negative we noticed whilst here was how rude so many guests were, literally spoke to some of the staff appallingly and treated them like their own personal servants. I truly think you get more than what you pay for here, would 100% come back again and recommend to anyone.

Our room was lovely, quiet and great views. 4 stars instead of 5 because there was only one lift and it was always busy. The staff were fantastic, so friendly and attentive. 4 stars instead of 5 because the checking in procedure was atrocious. The queue was long and it took forever to be checked in. The location is beautiful. Again 4 stars instead of 5 because the transfer from the airport took so long. Winding roads and multiple drop offs before we got to the hotel...no wonder someone on our bus was travel sick. The restaurant booking system is ridiculous. We were there a week and were only able to book one lunch in one of the restaurants. Everything else was booked already

I'm writing to express my deep disappointment with our recent stay at your hotel. We initially booked a suite, but were given a subpar room that in no way matched our expectations. When we requested a room change, it took days to accommodate us, and the replacement room had issues of its own, namely mold and a malfunctioning air conditioning system. Only after 4-5 days were we moved to a room resembling what we originally booked. This is simply not the standard we expected when booking. The dining experience was another letdown. The food at the buffet was not up to par, and the fact that the restaurants were constantly fully booked left us with no other dining options. It's frustrating to have such limited choices, especially at a hotel that presents itself as a 5-star establishment. From my perspective, the hotel rating feels closer to a 2 or 3 star, rather than the advertised 5 star. Frankly, we feel like our money was wasted on this experience. It was noticeable too that there were always guests lined up at reception with their own complaints, which doesn't speak well of the overall guest satisfaction. I hope you take these points into consideration for future guests. The experience, as it stands, leaves a lot to be desired.

There’s a full review on trip advisor. It’s a nice place and location. We had good experiences with staff. Food and drink well below par for a 5 star, would rate it more 3 star for food. Pools lovely especially the Olivia pool and the staff there are wonderful, especially Vasiliki. Sunbeds taken early and no one monitoring it both at the beach and pools. Just move the towels yourself! Room was lovely and clean with great air con. Mini bar not restocked only with a water. Restaurants all sooooo warm and air con not in operation it’s so unpleasant. It’s not a bad hotel but lots to improve upon.
