This is a truly 5 start hotel. The service! The service is fantastic, all the staff were extremely nice, at breakfast to be greeted with the big smile of the star of breakfast Mr. Iannis! Such a nice gentleman! And positive man! The hotel itself was absolutely amazing, beautiful hotel and great pool, the lobby and entrance looks like it was taken from a movie. We got complementary upgrade to the family suit with a balcony. We didn’t know what to do with all the space it was amazing. They greeted us in the room with champagne and candy to celebrate with us! That is above and beyond everything I ever experienced from a hotel service! The beach itself is very clean and easy to get to just 1 minute walk from the pool. We recommend to walk on the beach all the way to old town, it is long walk, around an hour, but the beaches along the way are so beautiful that it feels less time and very enjoyable. The breakfast was fantastic, so much options and it was all tasty, I took 2 plates and left nothing haha. Finally I want to thank the staff of this hotel for their great smile and generosity. Will definitely come back giving the chance!

I had a truly wonderful stay at the Greto Palace Hotel! From the moment we arrived—quite late in the evening—we were warmly welcomed by Nasia, whose hospitality made all the difference. She was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful, taking the time to show us everything we needed to know despite the late hour. Her genuine friendliness instantly made us feel at home. The hotel itself was just as impressive—clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Everything we needed was taken care of, and the atmosphere throughout our stay was peaceful and relaxing. Overall, a fantastic experience. Special thanks to Nasia for going above and beyond—she’s a real asset to the hotel. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for excellent service and a welcoming environment!

Rooms were really nice with welcome gifts even for kids too. The service was amazing, staff friendly and helpful. Location is a bit far from town and airport. The experience here was wonderful and very inclusive. Loads of activities for kids with a pool and play area to leave them in the care of minders. The food was very fresh and buffet for breakfast lunch and dinner. Highchairs available A pool for kids as little as 1 with many floaters available Activities enjoyed: disco nights, karaoke, para sailing, jet ski and so many others. We had the opportunity to stay in this wonderful hotel and enjoy all the amenities it offers! We visited the massage spa which relaxed us very much! I recommend doing the facial treatment which offers a 15 head massage and the result is perfect!!!!!!You will see a beautiful face after this ❤️ Then we went to the beach bar and tried seafood, the food was very nice and the service was very good!!!! Then, the beautiful Skybar where we enjoyed Asian cuisine with our favorite Sushi!!!🍣! Perfect dishes, delicious and finally the wonderful cocktails!!!!!🍸! The next day we had breakfast in their wonderful space in a beautiful garden! The breakfast consists of excellent choices of fruits, vegetables, English breakfast, sweets and of course drinks, juices of all kinds as well as very nice coffee!!!! For anyone who wants to go on vacation but even for a two-day relaxation it is the ideal choice! 5 stars from the bottom of my heart 🥰

This was definitely one of the best hotels we've ever stayed at. From the first to the last moment everything was perfect - every single staff member (reception, restaurants, cleaning personnel and any other service) was extremely lovely and helpful, the rooms were wonderful and spotlessly clean, pool area great and sunbeds very comfortable. The entire complex including the beach was so tidy and clean, I've hardly ever seen such attention to detail. The food was excellent - both breakfast and dinner (we had half board) with plenty of choice, everything freshly prepared and refilled, and amazing personnel both in service and behind the scenes. The evening entertainment was great too! I cannot compliment the hotel management enough for the premises as well as the staff. We will definitely come back.
