Recently stayed having never stayed here before. Absolutely brilliant. The staff were so incredibly friendly and fun to be around. Nothing was ever a problem or too hard. My family absolutely loved it - the food and choices were excellent, the different pools were fun to use and really happy with our rooms (had inter connecting). Definitely coming back to stay again!

I don't have enough good things to say about this place. Located in the beautiful Nusa Dua area, this amazing resort has a great private beach with lots of chairs and umbrellas, so many pools(!), restaurants that offer many cuisines, polite and friendly staff and great hospitality. Many rooms have direct pool access, it is kid friendly and they have great breakfast options. They had a fun pool party on Sunday which we enjoyed. The Nusa Dua area has good water sports and is close to Bali Collection. However, depending on the things you want to enjoy in Bali, take a look at the distances.
I highly recommend this place to make your vacation perfect.

Located at Nusa Dua Beach, excellent hotel with good facilities, buggy service, and big swimming pools. This hotel is big and spacious. However, the rooms are basic, but the hotel services and beach chairs are plentiful and that makes up for the rooms. Although high season, it was worth the stay. Plenty of room during breakfast, beachside beds. The beach however had a lot of dead seaweed/grass and if that bothers you, then it's not a good beach to swim in. Apart from that, everything was great, very close to Bali Collection. Enjoyed my 3 days stay.

We stayed here for 6 nights and we absolutely loved this hotel. The room we had was lovely (my son loved the bath), all the staff were very nice and facilities were great. The pools are amazing!! If you want the chilled and relaxed pool, you can go to the tiered infinity ones. But if you want the lively atmosphere one, you can go to the one by the beach ! (Also they have foam party in this pool every sunday. So much fun!)
And they also have 2 kiddies pools.
We enjoyed the kids club too! Ms Rai, Ms Putri and Ms Nanik were amazing. We went to the kids club nearly everyday when we stayed there and my son looooved it.
Food were beautiful. They have 3 restaurants and we had dinner in every one of them. All amazing. Breakfast time was the busiest time as this hotel is huuge. But breakfast was superb. Lots of selection.
The hotel is very exclusive as its in ITDC complex. The beach is lovely and clean.
The only downside is the wifi was a little bit poor though and i wish they have outdoor playground for the kids.
Overall we enjoyed our stay here and we’ll be back !
