A very good resort with private beach access. Comfortable stay.
Only issue with service is that it is too slow. Asked for a couple of items and it took about an hour to be delivered.
Hotel provides complimentary photo session which was a really bad experience, as we stayed for a few days and post getting to know about the same when we contacted the person, all slots during our stay were booked. This kind of reflected bad and was not a good experience for us.

Our family of 4 stayed here for 7 nights in an interconnected room (2 rooms). The rooms were spacious and well designed though it could do with a minor cosmetic uplift. Service was always attentive and friendly. The hotel has 3 restaurants onsite and provided enough food and drinks variety for a long stay. The hotel is kid friendly (excellent diving board for both kids and adults). For the shopaholics, Bali Collection shopping centre is in close walking proximity. We will be back if we manage to secure a similar deal again.

Nice hotel to stay, spacious rooms. Family friendly. Aesthetics Bali standard. You can walk over the beach and connect yourself with other hotels. This whole place feels like a complex of hotel and resorts. It’s nice if you like walking a lot. You can stay inside the hotel without feeling bored.

The beach was so dirty that it was not suitable for any water activities. The swimming pool was super hot and not comfortable to stay in.
Restaurant: Even though we had booked all-inclusive, there were many things that were charged extra. The surcharge was about 5 to 10 euros, which is not an issue, but the food was really poor quality and we had many stomach problems.
There are no night activities if you are young. You have nothing to do there after 23:00. Everything is closing and you cannot even have a drink.
In general, there is bad hygiene, poor quality food, and it is absolutely boring. This was my worst vacation so far. I even ended it before the planned time.

The hotel itself is undeniably nice, and the beach area is well-maintained. I liked the room ambience a lot, especially the bathroom.
One notable drawback was the distance between the ballroom and the rooms. I found it rather inconvenient, especially when attending events or functions although the hotel did provide buggy car service to bridge this gap, it was a a thoughtful touch.
The menu boasted a diverse range of choices, however the dishes were somewhat lackluster, and while they weren't outright unpleasant, they didn't leave a lasting impression.
