Beautiful hotel with excellent service and high-quality restaurants. We especially loved Smoki Korean Steakhouse the food was delicious and uniquely presented. The spa and massage were fantastic, though the swimming pool wasn’t my favorite. The only downside was that the hotel didn’t allow us to charge drinks or spa services to the room, which was disappointing. However, I will not lower my rating because everything else was truly excellent. I only mention this as a reminder to improve. It doesn’t feel right when guests are asked to immediately settle bills instead of conveniently charging them to the room. Updating the payment policy would make the experience even better.

I stayed at this resort for 4 nights, and unfortunately, my overall experience did not meet expectations. Positive: The cleaning standards were good, but this is something you can expect across most hotels in Dubai. Negatives: My initial room (436) had a very strong outdoor smell. I raised the issue on the first day, but I still had to stay there for 2 nights before being moved. For a 5-star property, this was unacceptable. At every mealtime—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—I had to stand in line with at least 15 other guests just to enter the restaurant. This felt old-fashioned and completely out of place in a luxury resort. I could not understand why I should be waiting in a queue on my holiday instead of relaxing. I booked half board, yet I was surprised to discover that even a simple tea during my lunch or dinner was considered an extra charge. This should have been made clear at the time of booking. Charging for alcohol is understandable, but not for basic drinks such as tea or soft drinks. Breakfast choices were unusual. Dishes like spaghetti, rice, and kofta were offered in the morning, items more suited for lunch or dinner. Overall, the service, dining, and value did not reflect what I expect from a Marriott resort. Conclusion: While cleanliness was fine, the overall experience left much to be desired. For the price and the Marriott brand, I expected far better. Sadly, I cannot recommend this resort for a relaxing holiday, and I would rate my stay only 40 out of 100.

We enjoyed our stay at the Marriott Resort Palm Jumeirah very much. Beginning when we arrived at the Hotel we got a positive impression of the personnel. It kept going as we saw our room. It was really nice and it was like it was shown in the pictures. As we booked half board service we ate breakfast and dinner in the Levantera restaurant. Everytime we were satisfied by the offered food and the service. There were several variations available so it was easy to find something for yourselves. At breakfast it was always a pleasure to be greeted by Abigail. Especially thanks for the service on our last day. In summary we had a lovely holiday and would consider a stay there again.

I stayed here for one night and it was truly an amazing experience. The hotel is very clean, well-maintained, and has a beautiful beach with breathtaking views of the skyline. The atmosphere is relaxing, the pool area is great, and everything feels well organized. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to stay — very comfortable, peaceful, and perfect for both relaxation and enjoying Dubai’s scenery. Highly recommended!

How nice it is when you have the opportunity to evaluate the quality and service of a hotel after your stay. We don’t want to think about the negative aspects of a vacation. People often forget that there are situations when there may not be a vacation. Today I am writing this review about the competence, honesty and integrity of this hotel. I hope this will not happen to me and you. But at the moment, the hotel representatives refuse to return my money. My family’s money. The room we are supposed to live in is empty now. We do NOT spend the night there, do NOT use the services and territory of the hotel. We do NOT have breakfast or lunch, but we pay for it EVERY day. Our trip to Dubai was cancelled due to the flight being cancelled. The children were crying at the airport. I immediately wrote to the tour operator asking to cancel the booking. But the hotel representatives refused. They replied: the refusal was due to the booking conditions. Although there are good people in this beautiful country, we were unlucky. This is not fair. Cancellation of the booking is not my choice. The hotel representative and the tour operator point at each other. They put pressure on the booking conditions. In this circle of indifference, I am the only one without money and a vacation. What could the hotel representative have done: Help sort out the situation❌ Contact the intermediary to resolve the issue❌ Refund the money❌ Provide other booking dates❌ What the hotel representative did: “Sunny Greetings from Marriott Resort Palm Jumeirah, Dubai!”
