I would like to add that after spending 5 nights at Marriott The Palm, I can say that there’s still room for improvement when it comes to the food, and indeed, the hospitality upon arrival at the hotel. That being said, the staff overall are very pleasant, the location is excellent, and the view is stunning. Also, the fact that the pool is open until 10 PM is definitely something worth applauding. I genuinely hope to see some changes when it comes to breakfast, especially with more options added for children in the mornings. In the evenings, the buffet often runs out of certain dishes shortly after it opens, which is disappointing. I will raise my rating, because in the end, I can say we had a lovely stay – with just a few minor exceptions. We just arrived last night at Marriott The Palm, and unfortunately, our experience so far has been quite disappointing — especially considering the price and expectations from a 5-star hotel. To begin with, this morning we faced an enormous queue just to enter the breakfast area. Once inside, many tables were dirty and uncleared, and no one came to take our coffee order. We waited over an hour and are still waiting for the latte macchiato we ordered. The entire breakfast experience is a disaster. The food variety is extremely limited, and what’s available is of low quality — truly shocking for a Marriott-level hotel. For the amount we paid, this is absolutely not worth it. As for the room, it’s very small and offers none of the comfort or space you’d expect. What surprised us even more is that there was no welcome gift or gesture in the room — not even a small treat or fruit plate like in every other hotel we’ve stayed in. Only a couple of bottles of still water. That’s it. The only positives so far: • The reception team is excellent — professional, helpful, and welcoming. • Since we arrived very late, they arranged for us to have food delivered to our room after midnight, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the food was terrible: the burger was dry and bland, and the kids’ crispy meal had strange spices that our children didn’t like at all. We’ve stayed in over 200 hotels around the world, and this simply does not meet the standard of a 5-star experience. I will update this review as our stay continues, but so far we are truly disappointed. If you’re looking for a luxury experience, I would not recommend this hotel — apart from the front desk, which deserves 5 stars on its own.

I stayed at the Marriott Resort Palm Jumeirah with my family, booking four rooms for our trip. The hotel facilities are generally good, and the rooms were clean and well maintained. However, we faced a persistent issue with the air conditioning in one of our connected rooms, where two of my children were staying. Despite multiple maintenance attempts, the cooling remained inadequate. I was told no alternative connected rooms were available, and no follow-up was made afterward. On checkout day, I requested a late checkout due to our evening flight. Initially, I was told the hotel was fully booked and could not accommodate the request. However, when I offered to pay for a day use, the room suddenly became available. While the resort itself is comfortable and family-friendly, the service experience was disappointing. The staff showed limited flexibility and were unwilling to go the extra mile to enhance the guest experience.

The resort boasts an impressive array of facilities. The private beach area is pristine, offering a tranquil escape with stunning views. The outdoor pool is expansive and inviting, perfect for both leisurely dips and refreshing swims. With six diverse restaurants, dining was a culinary adventure every night; there was always something delicious to suit every palate. The spa offered a truly rejuvenating experience, providing a perfect way to unwind. The location on the Palm Jumeirah is ideal, offering both exclusivity and easy access to Dubai's attractions. Whether you're looking to relax by the beach, indulge in gourmet dining, or explore the city, the Marriott Resort Palm Jumeirah provides the perfect base. I had an excellent three-day stay at this hotel. The service is truly top-notch, especially thanks to the concierge Anil, who was incredibly attentive. He even had the kind gesture of offering me an ice cream in my room before my departure — something I really appreciated. The rooms are spacious and spotless. I also had dinner at the hotel’s Italian restaurant, which was excellent. I’ll definitely come back for my next stay.

I had my wedding at this beautiful resort. Unfortunately, the customer service from top management is not up to the standard. i had so many issues during the wedding day because the sales team and on ground people do not talk to each other. After the wedding i requested a call with their top management where my attention was: appreciate the staff who went above and beyond, and provide constructive feedback so people do not go through the same experience during their special day. Guess what? the first thing they said they are sorry, and asking me if i will be happy with free nights, points, or dinner t the hotel (How sad!!). i have requested them 3 time to thank the chef who did an amazing job and recover for other people failure, yet 5 months later the chef was never thanked by the management. It is too sad to see such a poor response to constructive complain.
