This is our second year staying at this wonderful hotel, and this time we came back with our 1 year and 4-month-old daughter. Everything is amazing – the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything you might need. The food is varied, catering to all tastes, and absolutely delicious. They even have a kids’ menu. The rooms are very clean, and the housekeeping ladies come in daily – they do a great job maintaining everything spotless. The hotel has a large garden with a dreamlike decor – palm trees, many olive trees, beautiful flowers, a pool for adults as well as one for children, and a very well-maintained private beach with turquoise water. The beach bar is lovely, and the à la carte restaurants look fabulous. One thing I really loved was the animation team – they invite you straight from the beach to join different activities like aqua gym, flexibility classes, and even fun Greek language lessons. Harris was absolutely amazing! We also saw staff members on the beach gathering children to play in the sand with beach toys – such a thoughtful touch. Thank you for this wonderful experience. We’ll definitely see you again next year!

This is our third time here, and everything is still just as great — they haven’t let the quality slip. The beach is fantastic, with plenty of sunbeds available, and the entrance to the water has been improved by removing the rocks. The food is as good as always, and the rooms have been upgraded with new furniture in the bedrooms. The bathroom tiles have also been renovated. The staff is exceptionally friendly. We’ll definitely be coming back again!

The hotel is fabulous. The grounds are immaculately maintained. The food is very good, with lots of options. The staff is very friendly. By the way, the coffee at breakfast was so good. Even though the rooms clearly need upgrading, they are so clean you hardly notice it. What was also very important to me is that food and drinks outside the half-board menu are reasonably priced. The pool is absolutely fabulous. I've been to a number of five-star hotels in the area, and none of them had such an amazing pool. All in all, I was extremely satisfied with my holiday at Kassandra Palace.

Spent 3 nights and I’ll by saying it is overall a gorgeous resort-the grounds are amazing, pool is huge and spacious, all the equipment is top quality and the beach is amazing. Service is probably the best I’ve ever had a resort-everyone is so friendly. Withheld 1 star due to: 1) AC in room was not strong enough. 2) you are unable to get basic non-alcoholic drinks (even water) without paying twice what you’d pay at a restaurant in a major city like Thessaloniki. I know it’s not all inclusive drinks but they should allow free flowing soda and water as a basic.

During our stay at Kassandra Palace in Halkidiki, we were truly impressed by the beautiful garden arrangement, easy beach access, and the quality of breakfast and dinner. These aspects were truly commendable, and we were very satisfied with them. However, there were significant issues that need to be highlighted. The cleanliness of our room was far from acceptable. It was not hygienic, and we encountered a high number of mosquitoes, making it very uncomfortable. Despite requesting a mosquito repellent tablet from the reception, we were told to buy it ourselves from a nearby market, which was quite amateurish. Moreover, throughout our four-day stay, we encountered at least 2-3 types of bugs, including cockroaches and other insects, which were clearly a result of poor cleanliness. This made our stay very uncomfortable and disturbed our peace of mind. The overall room comfort was lacking, and it was not a pleasant experience. In summary, while the hotel's location and dining were great, the hygiene and cleanliness of the room were major drawbacks. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and improves in these areas. Will we come again? never!
