I recently stayed at Ikos Olivia Resort and had a wonderful experience. The food was amazing, with a variety of delicious dishes prepared with great care.
The rooms were good, though they could be a bit bigger and more modernized. Despite this, they were clean and comfortable.
Service was fantastic, with friendly and attentive staff making the stay even more enjoyable.
Overall, I highly recommend Ikos Olivia for its exceptional food, commendable rooms, and outstanding service.

We loved Ikos Olivia so much that we returned twice. The long private beach is perfect, the food selection is excellent for gourmet eaters, and the staff is super friendly. There are plenty of activities to keep the whole family occupied during the day. Highly recommend!

Very family oriented. There is a deluxe area which is beautiful. Hotel works on you reserving dinner beforehand, which can be difficult on their app. Food, however, is very good as are the staff. Management need to work on their policies so as not to alienate their customers.

Fantastic experience for our family with 1 4 year old and a baby. Staff are wonderful including those at the restaurants, pool area and kids club. Food superb. Great facilities. Will definitely go again next year!

I'd like to start off saying that we had a lovely holiday at Ikos Olivia. It's got beautiful grounds, with olive trees, a herb garden and lots of greenery. The hotel didn't feel too busy although the kids pool area got quite busy at times. The splash pool was great. The face-to-face service was overall fantastic, everyone was very accommodating and kind. The chefs were all excellent with offering alternatives for my daughter's allergies.
They were great and provided blackout curtains, high chair for the room, baby bath and steriliser which made the stay much more comfortable.
The main thing that prevents a 5 star review is the issue we had with booking restaurants. This was our first time at an all-inclusive and we chose Ikos because of how it's truly all inclusive and that there are several a la carte restaurants. We prebooked restaurants for the first three evenings but then it was extremely difficult to get reservations for the rest of the stay. We were offered 9pm but this didn't work as we had a baby with us. I found the whole back and forth extremely stressful, and it took some time to get sorted. I didn't find the whatsapp concierge particularly helpful either. I hadn't expected such an issue as we travelled first week of May, I can't even imagine what this must be like during peak season. On our last evening, we attended our booked restaurant only to be told that they didn't have our booking. They didn't care when we showed them the confirmation on the whatsapp concierge and suggested we should try the buffet instead. It was very dismissive and rude. The issue was eventually sorted after I spoke to Niki, who was extremely helpful, kind and professional.
Flavours is very good for a buffet and the breakfast choice was excellent there. Whilst the food was good, I found it more challenging with allergies as egg was not listed on the dishes (despite being a common allergen). It would be great if Ikos would consider including all common allergens on their menus.
I want to try Ikos again but if this is a repeated issue then that will probably be the last time. I had high expectations as I had heard so many great things about them. The food at the restaurants was usually very good but Anaya, in particular, did not live up to expectations unfortunately. Overall though, we really enjoyed the facilities and service and we would like to give it another go, although I'm thinking to do 5 nights instead of 7 now due to the issue with restaurant reservations.
