If you choose to go all inclusive, the programme generally consists of breakfast, lunch and dinner, all buffet style, served in the main restaurant. Had a wonderful holiday with the family here. We had beautiful rooms overlooking the Marina which are gorgeous and also look out to the sea. The hotel setting is spectacular. The resort is remote from everything so it is good that it is a resort with everything self contained. All staff were very helpful and friendly and spoke English very well. Theodorus was one of the many very helpful waiters. The reception staff and the cleaning staff were all excellent. The hotel was very clean and tidy. The pools, beach - all great! Highly recommended.

My stay at Porto Carras during the end of the season was a serene escape. The spacious and modern room, complete with a balcony overlooking the tranquil ocean, was a highlight. The staff, especially in the lobby, were exceptionally helpful and accommodating. The buffet offered a diverse array of culinary delights, satisfying every palate. What made the experience even more enjoyable was the ample availability of beach chairs, ensuring relaxation by the water. Porto Carras provided a perfect blend of tranquility, comfort, and excellent service, making it a memorable and rejuvenating getaway.

Beautiful place, we were upgraded as it was our honeymoon. Food was incredible,so much choice and all perfectly cooked. Staff attentive & friendly. If you're all inclusive be sure to find out where you can food/drink and at what time of season as this varies. Location was stunning 😍but beware, the beach is VERY course sharp sand and not as it looks in the photos. 30 minute walk along the beach to Neos marmaras, a small but beautiful town close by. Taxi boat back is a nice way to end a day there.

This is not 4 star hotel. Half of the resort is derelict. The rooms are dirty, dated and smell of urine. The bathrooms have mouldy shower curtains and inch think mildew stained sealant. I closed my eyes whilst showering. The food and dining areas are awful. The swimming pools are falling apart and are unsafe. Do not let your children use the water slide in the children's pool. The resort is totally isolated and you have to get a little boat that you pay for to get to the town. The customer relations manager was very pleasant but there was nothing she could do to resolve the issues. Jet2 should not be selling this hotel at all, let alone as a 4 star Luxe holiday. I cannot understand the positive reviews unless they false. A huge waste of money and holiday. If you are currently holiday hunting and considering booking...keep searching!

We were unlucky. We paid high prices for 4 nights because it was high season. As a result, the weather was like the sunny days of January, maximum 18-20 degrees. We couldn't swim in the sea or the pool outside. This is how all imperfections appeared. So we discovered that the hotel has almost nothing to offer for rest inside. All children's programs were also cancelled. They only painted faces for 3 days. My daughter wasn't interested. Two adults and one child 2.5 years old cost us 60 euros for the pool inside the hotel! It's a shame. A 5 star hotel can't offer its own swimming pool inside. You have to pay extra. A regular massage cost 100 euros per hour. No comments. There is breakfast and dinner but at dinner you won't even be served water. You have to buy it. One bottle of Coca-Cola 0.33 costs 5 euros. For the evening drinks we paid an extra 30-50 euros for two people. The rooms were poorly cleaned. It is impossible to walk barefoot because you have to wash your feet every time because of the dirt on the floor. There were a few good moments but they didn't save the situation. The vacation we had been waiting for all year was ruined.
