We had everything we needed in our rooms. The gardens of the hotel are beautiful. The beach is right in front of the hotel but is rocky and a few steps down which was no problem for us. Service was quick and professional at all times. What I think should be improved is the quality of the food in the buffet. However, food in Lemoni restaurant was very good and there were plenty fresh fish options every day.

If you are with a small kid and a dog and you are looking for a hotel look no further. The rooms are very well furnished, the service of the staff is 11/10. There are wide verity of activities for your child, including two playgrounds, one of which is underground so you can play there when the sun is hottest. Also you will have access to a child friendly beach only for the hotel.

I recently stayed at Athena Pallas, expecting a 5-star experience, but what I received was far from it—more like a 3-star disappointment. The treatment of guests is shockingly poor, and the overall quality is nowhere near what you'd expect from a luxury hotel. The first major letdown was the dining experience. Everything is buffet-based, and the food is nearly identical every day. Even worse, it’s clear that they reuse unfinished food from previous days, just presented differently. This lack of variety and freshness is unacceptable for a hotel that claims to be 5-star. The housekeeping was another major issue. Our room was not cleaned daily, and when I requested cleaning, they came at the worst possible time—between 13:00 and 14:00, during the peak heat of the day. Instead of relaxing in our air-conditioned room, we were forced to stay outside on the balcony, boiling under the sun, while they did a rushed and poor job. The sheets were never changed, and the bed was barely made. To make matters worse, the room itself was in bad shape, with two out of three wardrobe drawers broken and a blocked shower drain that turned the bathroom into a small lake every time we showered. The final straw was the way our stay ended. We had an early departure and asked for a simple breakfast to go, which we were assured would be provided. However, come morning, no one had been informed, and we left without even a glass of water. To top it all off, the hotel charged us €130 for a cab ride that should have cost €80—a blatant overcharge that left a bitter taste in our mouths. In conclusion, Athena Pallas is a far cry from the luxury experience it promises. You pay for a 5-star stay but receive a 3-star service at best. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a genuinely high-end experience.

We had a perfect family holiday in this hotel, we enjoyed the pool area as well as the private beach with crystal clear water and nice shades in the morning hours. We found the quality and the range of selections of the buffet breakfast and dinner very good, while also had some a great experience with having dinner in the a la carte restaurant, as well. All in a superb spectacular environment. But first of all, the friendliness of all staff that made our stay really unforgottable. We definetely consider returning to this hotel at some time.

First I will share the positive sides of the hotel: 1. The location. It is right next to the main road to Nikiti. Overlooking a great view of the sea. 2. The hotel itself is nice and clean 3. Staff is polite. 4. The food is tasty The negative: 1. The private beach of the hotel is awful. It is like 2m wide and rocky. The sea bottom is also full of big rocks - no sand. 2. The pool is not big enough and also too deep. The children pool is like 2x2m not more than 2-3 children inside. 3. The prices at the restaurant and the bars are really high - higher than the beach bars at Kalogria and Koviou for example. 4. At dinner the food was almost the same every day. We stayed 7 nights and some dishes were the same every second day. 5. Breakfast...well for me it is totally unacceptable for a 5 star resort in Greece not offering fresh juices at breakfast. Instead there was a machine with 3 types of concentrated juices which tasted really bad so as the water from that machine! Also not offering good coffee! For the price they are charging a night they should offer a lot more!!!
