If you are with a small kid and a dog and you are looking for a hotel look no further. The rooms are very well furnished, the service of the staff is 11/10. There are wide verity of activities for your child, including two playgrounds, one of which is underground so you can play there when the sun is hottest. Also you will have access to a child friendly beach only for the hotel.

We had a perfect family holiday in this hotel, we enjoyed the pool area as well as the private beach with crystal clear water and nice shades in the morning hours. We found the quality and the range of selections of the buffet breakfast and dinner very good, while also had some a great experience with having dinner in the a la carte restaurant, as well. All in a superb spectacular environment. But first of all, the friendliness of all staff that made our stay really unforgottable. We definetely consider returning to this hotel at some time.

First of all, the hotel is beautiful, surrounded by greenery and olive trees. The food is good. And that is it. This is not a 5 star hotel. Rooms are basic, it is not clean as it should be, service is not at 5* level. And we usually stay at hotels with 5* (with some exceptions we made last year). And the beach… where to start. Beach is very, very small. It has in total 20 sunbeds, and there are more than 100 guests. So, if you want sunbeds you shoud come at 7am. And there are about 50 stairs to the beach, so if you come, like we did, with small child and there are no available sunbeds, you must go back 50 stairs up with child and all of your stuff in your arms. Also, if you want something to drink or eat on the beach, you must go to the pool bar (yes, 50 stairs up) to place an order😂. That is really unacceptable to me in a 5* hotel. So, we gave up on that beach and went to the closest one. Last year we happened to be in their LillyAnn boutique hotel which has 3 stars and is better in every way. It is small, very clean hotel with great service and much better beach.

So many guests we meet here visit again and again and it’s easy to see why. After a fantastic week here in October we returned in early June hoping for the same high standard of room, food and service. We have travelled widely over the past 30 years and know that consistency seems to be the hardest thing to achieve in hospitality. It is just as we’d hoped… A special shout out to the team at Lemoni for the perfect lunch today of zucchini balls, the most delicately flavoured moussaka, generous arugula salad and a huge platter of freshly sliced fruit on its own bed of ice. Coming to Athena Pallas is a tonic for the body and soul… and our tastebuds!
