We stayed for 5 nights and overall, the experience was a bit underwhelming. The all-inclusive package only lasted until 23:00, so if you wanted a drink after that (even just at 23:30), you had to pay extra. What was more disappointing is that we were only given one bottle of water in the minibar for the entire stay. Every time we wanted water, we had to walk to the pool bar for a glass—or pay for a bottle, which doesn’t feel very “all-inclusive.” The beach area also left much to be desired. There were no umbrellas, just some uncomfortable beds placed in the shade of olive trees. Also, there’s no sand, which may be a downside for beach lovers. On the positive side, the staff were absolutely amazing—very kind and helpful throughout our stay.

A really nice hotel, offering enchanting landscapes. They serve really good variety of food. The pool is great also the pool par. On weekends they organize a Greek night which is really good. The only minus is the beach...maybe something should be done to improve it. Everything else is perfect!

This is NOT 5 stars the rooms are absolute trash, the bathroom door doesn’t close , the lamps don’t work and the floor is dusty, the food here is mediocre and it’s the same food almost everyday and the drinks are fake, The staff members that worked at the bar were very nice tho, They worked with a smile on their face and they were appreciative,The beach water is clear but the beach itself is pretty bad no umbrellas just grass and trees, the location is also very bad it’s located nowhere near any restaurants or anything only thing I could find was like 5 other resorts that looked way better and some random houses , I wouldn’t recommend coming here there is no activity to do besides eating swimming and walking the gym is never open, so yeah I give this hotel a 2 star at best it’s boring

We arrived late into the evening on our first day, and were provided with a room close by the reception which was small but adequate, the only disappointment was they gave us twin room rather than double , despite us being married Shocking that Tui, expect you to specify this! The wonderful staff, did everything they could within 24 hours to provide us with a double bed in a different room I much preferred our original room but we asked and the very kind staff did what they could so we could be comfortable l. The hotel is perfectly situated on the coast with many different beaches to enjoy, if you have a car this is easier! We stayed half board and we were very delighted with the quality of the food everyday, the chef and restaurant staff work extremely hard to keep everyone happy! Thank you to everyone we really enjoyed our stay!

locatiin: the beach is not for little children, it is with sand and round stone portions. it is ok for people don't care the seaside only the water. the water was fine: clear and warm. the hotel do not have umbrellas you should stay under the olive trees if u want shadow. the sweeming pool was dirty with broken faiance. the rooms, we are in buidind 3, it was dirty and missy. the clearing woman was a "no speak any language without shes slavic mother tongue. the clearance was inadecvate. dirty room. i hear in first big building and the second one is most clearly was. the restaurant is ok. the meal was buffet. mostly continental meals, but some greek ones was. the meal was great. teasty. we have breakfast and dinner and was ok: icecream, baklava, fruits, meat and vegetables. in total was ok. 3 nd half star.
