The hotel is very small, it’s located very closely to the beach and have a nice garden with olive trees. That all good things.
The rooms are very old, bad lights, bad facilities.
It offers you All inclusive Ultra service, but there’s nothing ultra. Alcohol only local with a bad quality, there are no any cocktail cards in any bars, so you even don’t know what you can order. Most of the things ale extra pay, like drinking water, apple juice , milk cocktail.
You can’t get bottled water for drink for free, it’s extra pay.
When we check in to the room, we didn’t find anything in the minibar, but in the official website they say that beers, wine, soft drinks in bottles and drinking water are included in the All inclusive ultra package, and also everything renew daily. But not, they don’t provide you anything. Only on the second day, when I asked where is the water and all the staff they mentioned in the website, they filled minibar, but nobody renew it daily.
There is no any animation for kids of adults, beach is dirty.
I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Peaceful, quiet intimate hotel with super service beautiful green area and access to a private beach with sun loungers. Staff very helpful, polite and positive. Food in the restaurant tasty varied. Pool clean, not too deep- there is also a wading pool for children. Also available for guests gym ping-pong table and children's playroom. Spa and indoor pool and billiards for an additional fee. Unfortunately, the rooms for the standard of 5 stars do not even resemble 3 stars. The bathroom is a drama in terms of faulty and broken elements. Room without revelation-functional but remembering the old years.

Nice place, ideal for families, pool with bar, rooms are clean, they are cleaning every day, kitchen is good, tasty food, great value for the price. Sea is 50-100 m away, many sunbeds free, natural shade from olive trees is the best. Staff is great there, Recep was my favorite guy, always moving around. Probably see you again next year.

Elena at the pool bar - the best bartender - she ma e our holiday extra special! :)
This girl really deserves to be a Food and Beverage manager make sure to see her potential. Wishing you the best of luck in your future goals! Do not settle for less girl, you rock!
The food was great and the stuff is kind and polite. The hotel needs a bit renovation - and entertainment team. There was another lady who was really good in making hotel - she had red hair - btw make sure to give them name tags :)

Awful rooms. They are long needing renewing. Damp and needing some more attention.
Like: Why would one not include mosquito nets if there are so many mosquitos. (My daughter suffered the most.. like 8-10 bites per night)
I've been to 4 start hotels offering much better accommodation.
Awful attitude at front desk: We were reallocated from a hotel we knew. 4 people were accommodated in a room acceptable for two. When we requested a bigger room we were told there's nothing available despite seeing half the hotel is still available.
Waiting staff: Nice and helpful young men. This is one of the bright lights for the hotel.
Food: Not bad, but nothing special. Just OK. Nothing traditional. Nothing special in terms of sea food. There were at least enough types of salads to choose from at the buffet.
Maids: Nice and helpful.
I guess they are just relying on the volume of people visiting Kassandra so they don't need to try and offer something corresponding to the 5 stars they have.
