Madinat Jumeirah Exclusive Summer Offer

  • Allows guests - Access to Dubai Parks and Resorts once per stay, per guest. Children under 3 will have free access. Any additional tickets will be chargeable and can be purchased at the park gate. Note any entrance tickets should be booked and collected from the hotel. The shuttle leaves from the hotel main entrance.
  • The requirements - Minimum Three nights’ Stays. Note Wild Wadi access is not available on the day that Dubai Parks and Resorts tickets are given.

This hotel is truly a hidden gem in Dubai. Elegant, serene, and perfectly located by the sea it offers a sense of calm from the very first moment. What I love most is its exclusive, peaceful atmosphere. It’s not crowded or noisy, just perfect for relaxing, recharging, and enjoying true beauty in privacy. Amazing hotel, great service and delicious breakfast. Stayed over the weekend with my family and it was amazing from the start till check out. The team was very helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was great, a lot of choices and everything is fresh, plus they have good options of gluten free. Special thanks to Katy and the team who made our stay so special. Jasim from the pool side team was very helpful and polite as well. Perfect hotel for your getaway .. highly recommended.

A Pure Dream Come True – Every Single Time Where do I even begin? This hotel is a dream come true for our family. From the moment we arrive to the moment we leave, everything is consistently perfect. The hotel itself is stunning, but it’s the staff that truly make it exceptional. From the butlers to the restaurant managers and chefs – every single person goes above and beyond to deliver world-class service. Our kids absolutely love it here – they’re always excited to return, and the hotel does an outstanding job making children feel welcome and entertained. We always stay for 3 weeks every summer, and every visit feels just as magical as the last. This year, we stayed in Dar Al Masyaf Villa 16, which was beautiful and incredibly well looked after. Even the housekeeping and security staff are amazing – so kind, respectful, and always willing to help with a smile. It truly feels like everyone here is dedicated to making your stay unforgettable. The only downside? It’s quite expensive during the winter months – otherwise, we’d be coming twice a year without question.

What can I say about Al Qasr — even though this hotel has been around for years, it’s still in perfect condition. From the moment you enter, the smell, the atmosphere — everything feels just right. This is our favorite hotel. We stay here two to three times a year, at least twice. One thing I really appreciate is that the manager is very helpful — sometimes we even get a free upgrade, which is always a nice surprise. Of course, when the hotel is fully booked, it’s not always possible, but still, we’re very happy overall. Honestly, every year I think about trying another hotel, but for the third year in a row, I just can’t do it. The service is excellent, the staff is amazing and always ready to help. This hotel spoils you so much that after staying here, you become very picky about every other hotel you visit. Whether that’s a good thing or a bad thing — I’ll let you decide.

Amazing hotel. Ideal location, great food and was really good that it's connected to all the other Jumeirah properties in the area. Highly recommend! Our room was also kept spotless by the housekeeping staff Haji. He made sure he came in when we weren't around and did his magic. The beach staff manning the sunbeds were also amazing - not an easy gig in the searing heat but they always had a smile on and happy to serve. Definitely recommend!
