Everything is absolutely great in this hotel! Friendly staff, clean rooms and the animation team is amazing. Everyday they entertain children with their fullest enthusiasm and passion and our son got a nice goodie bag on his birthday! Together with balloons and sweets delivered to our hotel room was a heartwarming surprise and made his day perfect.

Fabulous stay with 3 different pools catering for the young to elderly. A family place in addition to being a family place. What makes Hard Rock my go to home away from home are the employees from the service desk to the high end cleaners. Paqui was my room attendee and though we spoke different languages we conversed via the Microsoft translator app to get to understand each other. No room cleaning requests was an issue and she went above and beyond to check in I had all I needed with a smile. Professional immaculate cleaning 👌.

I decided to get a pool pass at the Hard Rock Hotel and it was the best decision I could have made. The service was impeccable. Karim from the bell desk was extremely kind and was able to help me navigate the hotel a bit. The hotel is extremely fresh , comfortable and smells great . It is very well maintained . The pool was amazing. I truly felt like I was on vacation. Janira at the pool was great and was there anytime I needed anything . Upon leaving I was able to chat with the Guest Service Manager Itziar who was happy to give me some tips on the Island and basically helped me plan the remainder of my stay in Ibiza. Great team, great hotel. I''ll be back

Not your typical Hard Rock Hotel experience. Truth be told, I didn't think I was going to like this place. I was wrong. This is perhaps the most well-maintained and clean HR I have ever been to. Upgrade to a room with a swim up pool for a much better experience and essentially you'll have a mini resort experience to yourself every morning. I don't know that I would have enjoyed it as much in one of the higher up rooms and the price difference was negligible. There are a ton of amenities, solid restaurants and a good size gym to work with. The beachfront area is really well staffed and maintained. In the early mornings it's a ghost town and you can experience an entire beach to yourself. One thing to be aware of is that there is a consistent house music track in the background of your stay, your whole stay until late at night and resuming early in the morning. Not enough to hate it, you can zone it out. But it is definitely there. And if you are there on the weekend there will be a giant concert of 80s hits outside your door that is definitely not something you are going to sleep through or want to sit around your room while it happens.

This was one of the best hotels I’ve been at along with excellent customer service by Carmen & Charlie. I came in way too early but my room wasn’t ready, it was great because they helped me get a gym key & other options as I waited. I ended up upgrading to get in faster and it was an excellent upgrade. Overall it was a prime example of phenomenal hotel stay. I highly recommend adding their buffet prior to getting there to get a discount. Id definitely come back here again and hope to visit on a hot summer month to fully enjoy the beach life.
