Great value for money
Rooms not luxury but fairly big and comfortable, except the bathroom was a bit too small for me. However they have bigger rooms available
Food is amazing, considering it’s all inclusive I give it good 5 stars. 9 out of 10 I had a great dining experience. All buffets are never too busy, and there 24/7 bar open as well.
Location is great, by all main clubs(was my main reason to choose this place) and close beach access
Service was good by the most part. Initially I had few issues however after talking to customer service representative Aldo everything was resolved and since then Aldo was always there for me. This 5 stars review is definitely because of him.
I’d definitely come back.

We came here for our honeymoon in. We had a lot of problems with our room. The hot tub didn't work, the flooring in the bathroom wasn't great (it doesn't seem like it's properly waterproofed and there was a lot of water damage), and the beds were super uncomfortable.
The people who worked at the hotel were super friendly and helpful and always went the extra mile to make sure things like our hot tub would be fixed promptly. The people at the concierge desk were super knowledgeable about Ibiza.
The all inclusive isn't real worth it in my opinion. There are so many up charges to the food and beverage menus.
The spa is a must visit. It was so relaxing and this was the favourite part of our stay.

Just came back home today from staying at this resort.
Wow, it was amazing, the food, the room was immaculate and cleaned perfectly.
Bar staff, fast and efficient.
The staff overall, where incredible, so professional.
First impressions last, and the head Porter I met on arrival was a really great guy. He made us feel so welcome, which I appreciated.
The high quality started with him and remained during my whole trip.
I'd fully recommend, and , thanks to everyone at Grand Palladium Palace Ibza Resort and Spa

We have been going to the Grand Palladium since 2014 and are always warmly welcomed here. Our vacation begins with the airport transfer and the check in at the Travel Club. Many employees who have been working for a long time at the hotel already know our family. The restaurants always have a large selection of top quality food.
Very good service in the SAL (terrace) - with the highlight Kristina & Begonia! A really great team, always in a good mood, friendly and fast. there are also great people behind the lobby bar too.

Very nice stay. Second time we have been. The first time we visited the connecting hotel. This hotel has had a refurbishment and it is very nice.
Food options were good and had plenty of choice. The food wasn't always piping hot, but there was a microwave. I didn't feel the need to use it, but it is there if you so wish. 24-hour sports bar was good. There was food and drink on offer all hours of the day and night. You had options to help yourself, or you could order food to your table.
It was early season, and there wasn't much going on for kids unless you were willing to leave your little one with the kids' club. Staff at the kids club were brilliant, but leaving my child on holiday with strangers isn't something I'm comfortable with. This is in no way a mark down on the staff because there were brilliant. The kids' mini disco at 8 pm until 8:30 pm was fantastic. Our little one loved it. There is apparently a lot more for kids once the season really kicks off, but I can't comment anymore because I've not experienced it.
There are plenty of sunbeds and no fighting to find space. There are also lots of very big, comfy bed loungers with nice big pillows and mattresses. The bar staff are constantly coming round to ask if you'd like a drink and make sure you are okay. I didn't come across one member of staff that wasn't helpful. They all go out of their way to help if they can.
I can hand on heart say we will be back. We have always been looked after.
