Very nice stay. Second time we have been. The first time we visited the connecting hotel. This hotel has had a refurbishment and it is very nice. Food options were good and had plenty of choice. The food wasn't always piping hot, but there was a microwave. I didn't feel the need to use it, but it is there if you so wish. 24-hour sports bar was good. There was food and drink on offer all hours of the day and night. You had options to help yourself, or you could order food to your table. It was early season, and there wasn't much going on for kids unless you were willing to leave your little one with the kids' club. Staff at the kids club were brilliant, but leaving my child on holiday with strangers isn't something I'm comfortable with. This is in no way a mark down on the staff because there were brilliant. The kids' mini disco at 8 pm until 8:30 pm was fantastic. Our little one loved it. There is apparently a lot more for kids once the season really kicks off, but I can't comment anymore because I've not experienced it. There are plenty of sunbeds and no fighting to find space. There are also lots of very big, comfy bed loungers with nice big pillows and mattresses. The bar staff are constantly coming round to ask if you'd like a drink and make sure you are okay. I didn't come across one member of staff that wasn't helpful. They all go out of their way to help if they can. I can hand on heart say we will be back. We have always been looked after.

My husband and I have been in this hotel for 3 days and everything is great. I would like to thank the staff for the wonderful surprise on my husband's birthday. We didn't tell anyone about it, but after returning from the walk, a surprise was waiting for us in the room... a chilled bottle of champagne (room 4236) It's a very nice gesture. The food is very diverse and tasty. Large selection of fruits. Clean rooms and the entire hotel area. Very professional and friendly service. I recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to rest, relax and enjoy the sun. We still have two days left and we will enjoy every moment.

I had an amazing experience at Palladium Palace Ibiza. I would like to start with the App and wristbands technology with chip which allows us to unlock the door's room efficiently and much faster than using cards. Secondly, the staff are amazing, very welcoming and friendly- a big and special shout-out to Pedro Lucas from ShakeIt pool bar, he was super friendly and made us feel very special with lovely, tasty drinks and recommendations. Thus, the hotel is spotless clean and well looked after, the App made things so clear as when and where to find activities and restaurants, gym, spa and so on. I would definitely recommend it and we will come back! Points that can be improved are the pillows which are way too high, I am still feeling neck pain as well as the entertainment could be improved - the oval swimming was so quiet no music playing at all and in the evenings was a bit boring. No much activities for children either. Anyway, these are points that could be taken into consideration for a perfect staying. Thank you!!!

The Grand Palladium Palace Ibiza Resort & Spa made my first trip to Ibiza unforgettable! Everything about the hotel was fantastic. I shared a breathtaking suite with 2+1 beds and two bathrooms and a view of the pool, mountains, and ocean – perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway with my MBA friends from Uni. I thoroughly enjoyed the convenience of the RFID wristband for room access in the VIP room! Although the weather wasn't ideal for swimming, we had a blast pampering ourselves at the spa with steam rooms and saunas. We also enjoyed some friendly competition of table tennis, and a few others in our group of eleven took advantage of the tennis courts. The food each time was incredible, at the La Sal restaurant buffet. One night, we had the pleasure of being served by Cristina Y Begona Martinez who was absolutely lovely. It was so convenient to have an on-site store for buying some Ibiza fridge magnets and a sports bar serving late-night meals – perfect for when we got back from the clubs around 4 am! We had rented cars for our stay on the Island, so I'm unable to give the most useful feedback on location.

Check in was too long & could of been resolved without us waiting for ages! Wristbands are good, once you get correct rooms! Premium package was Not explained properly & it only benefits you if you like Premium drinks, not sure if really worth extra £27 per person per day. Food was Not the best in Al carte restaurants, better in buffet, self service. I must praise the staff & kitchen staff at Sal, as they worked extremely hard & were very friendly, even if they didn't understand us sometimes. We went out of season & bar service was slow, can't imagine what it's like in peak season. Staff training desperately required & a good general manager. The hotel was rather disjointed & at this level (& price) I would expect better service. The positives are the cleanliness & location of the hotel. I am going to try the sister hotel next week... I wouldn't say it's 5star but a very good 4star.
