Unforgettable memories were made with the family at this wonderful hotel. From the delicious food and drinks to the amazing staff, everything was truly five stars. A special mention to Estrella, who was a star herself, going the extra mile to make our stay perfect. We couldn’t recommend this hotel more and are already looking forward to our next visit.

Had a very good stay. The room was comfortable. The food was excellent, and Pedro made the restaurant experience unforgettable. He was incredibly kind and fun – what a sweetheart! Service at the other bars was good, but the cocktails were overly sweet and lacked alcohol. The bartenders could benefit from proper cocktail training to improve the quality. The hotel should also address the issue of guests reserving sunbeds by the pool with towels without actually using them. It’s a problem, as everything gets taken quickly.

Absolutely lovely hotel. Staff were so attentive and polite. Special shout out to housekeeping. Every morning after we had gone for a quick breakfast, we found our rooms spotless clean, fresh smelling and tided up. They were also so kind every time we passed by them on the corridor they wished us a nice day. All waiting staff were amazing, they approached us straight away and offered refreshments. High level evening entertainment , we felt like we were in an actual theatre .(The Lion King was phenomenal) The only slightly negative thing was we wished it had a private beach with free sun-beds, (it had a beach just no free sun beds) but it wasn’t a big deal, the beach is very close to the hotel so we could go back anytime. Anna at reception was very helpful and Nicolette , the hostess at the restaurant was super nice. I would absolutely recommend this hotel, great value for the money ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It is our 4th time in this hotel.We stayed 6 nights in July 2025z We have 2 little girls and what we liked the most in this hotel is the staff. They are really helpful and friendly.The kids club is wonderful and all the staff is very professional. We were extremely happy with the care of our 2 girls. Guadalupe took care of our 2 years old Grace and 5 years old Elizabeth carefully and with love. Special thank you to her. I would like to say a big thank you to Paula, Andrea, Samuel, Laura, Andrea, Carla, Ivana and Rocio for making our life so easy and allowed us to rest while they took care of our children. My girls were so happy and grateful for being with them. Thank you for being so wonderful with us. We will come back next year. xx

Took our 1 year old for his birthday and we couldn’t of had a better time. The hotel is super closer to airport making it an easy journey. Definitely worth getting the taxi from the airport. Only cost €11 and was really easy. The food was incredible, perfect for all of us. A vegetarian, meat eater and 1 year old. The drinks were really nice and bars are everywhere. The staff were incredible, one staff member in the adjoining hotel brought me in a pair of shoes for my son to walk around the pool in as her daughter had out grown them. It’s a short walk into town on the cloudy day we had. The pools are perfect for little ones and the beach is nice and sandy. Not suitable for prams so might be worth leaving them in the room. The best pool for naps is the kids pool. The loud water features act as giant white noise machines. We were shocked when our boy fell asleep in his pram in minutes.
