I had a great stay at this hotel. Rooms were lovely and clean. Great selection of food in the buffet. I went to the Italian and Mexican restaurants, both were very good. The 24 hour sports bar serves good burgers, chips etc. Staff are very friendly and attentive. Proper spirits were included in the all inclusive and the beer is Heineken. My only gripe if I have to say one is there wasn't enough entertainment, although it was good when on. I'd go again!

Spent an amazing vocation in this wonderful place. The service provided by the hotel stuffs is top-notch. Everyone is trying to accommodate to any situation that best suits us. The food selection is a strong deliver for a hotel, across buffet and restaurants of different kinds. The dessert is definitely the cherry on top. Thank you for the whole crew for this unforgettable experience and special thanks to Ana, Sofia and Laia.

Our family of three (wife and daughter) has a really good holiday. The facilities were great and well functioning. Food options were numerous - we're vegetarians and had no trouble getting a good variety of options everyday. The staff were always helpful with a warm smile creating a welcoming environment throughout our stay The highlight of our trip was the kids club. Laura, Andrea, Paula and Samuel were so welcoming, and engaged the kids so well. The activities they had planned out were so thoughtful. Always with bright smile and a warm environment - we felt we were leaving our kid in very friendly hands for a couple of hours. It was so good that our daughter was looking forward to it every day of our stay. Thank you for giving us a lovely stay. Highly recommend!

We are on our fourth day and still having a great time! The staff are amazing and a few have provided exceptional service thag deserve a mention! Nicolas is amazing, he serves with a smile and always cheered us up at breakfast. His customer service is brilliant! Same goes to Charlie. Amazing customer service no matter how busy, always smiling and always ready to help. Also Ronald and Richard in the bar. Cristine at the reception made check-in a beautiful experience for us with her exceptional customer service. Hotel is gorgeous, clean and not overly crowded. We will definitely be coming back.
