**Amazing Service from Gustavo at the Grand Palladium Resort, Ibiza** I recently stayed at the Grand Palladium Resort in Ibiza, and I have to give a shoutout to Gustavo, our waiter. He made our dining experience fantastic! From the moment we sat down, Gustavo was friendly and attentive. He knew the menu inside out and gave us great recommendations. His service was spot-on, making sure everything was perfect without being intrusive. Gustavo's genuine enthusiasm and passion for his job really stood out. He made us feel special and added a personal touch to our meal. His excellent service truly reflects the high standards of the Grand Palladium Resort. Just came back home today from staying at this resort. Wow, it was amazing, the food, the room was immaculate and cleaned perfectly. Bar staff, fast and efficient. The staff overall, where incredible, so professional. First impressions last, and the head Porter I met on arrival was a really great guy. He made us feel so welcome, which I appreciated. The high quality started with him and remained during my whole trip. I'd fully recommend, and , thanks to everyone at Grand Palladium Palace Ibza Resort and Spa

We have been going to the Grand Palladium since 2014 and are always warmly welcomed here. Our vacation begins with the airport transfer and the check in at the Travel Club. Many employees who have been working for a long time at the hotel already know our family. The restaurants always have a large selection of top quality food. Very good service in the SAL (terrace) - with the highlight Kristina & Begonia! A really great team, always in a good mood, friendly and fast. there are also great people behind the lobby bar too.

Very nice stay. Second time we have been. The first time we visited the connecting hotel. This hotel has had a refurbishment and it is very nice. Food options were good and had plenty of choice. The food wasn't always piping hot, but there was a microwave. I didn't feel the need to use it, but it is there if you so wish. 24-hour sports bar was good. There was food and drink on offer all hours of the day and night. You had options to help yourself, or you could order food to your table. It was early season, and there wasn't much going on for kids unless you were willing to leave your little one with the kids' club. Staff at the kids club were brilliant, but leaving my child on holiday with strangers isn't something I'm comfortable with. This is in no way a mark down on the staff because there were brilliant. The kids' mini disco at 8 pm until 8:30 pm was fantastic. Our little one loved it. There is apparently a lot more for kids once the season really kicks off, but I can't comment anymore because I've not experienced it. There are plenty of sunbeds and no fighting to find space. There are also lots of very big, comfy bed loungers with nice big pillows and mattresses. The bar staff are constantly coming round to ask if you'd like a drink and make sure you are okay. I didn't come across one member of staff that wasn't helpful. They all go out of their way to help if they can. I can hand on heart say we will be back. We have always been looked after.

My husband and I have been in this hotel for 3 days and everything is great. I would like to thank the staff for the wonderful surprise on my husband's birthday. We didn't tell anyone about it, but after returning from the walk, a surprise was waiting for us in the room... a chilled bottle of champagne (room 4236) It's a very nice gesture. The food is very diverse and tasty. Large selection of fruits. Clean rooms and the entire hotel area. Very professional and friendly service. I recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to rest, relax and enjoy the sun. We still have two days left and we will enjoy every moment.
