I have had an excellent experience in every way. The design of the hotel is quite different from the rest you can get in Ibiza. The atmosphere of the pool is great, there is a DJ who plays pretty good music. The service was pretty good in all the spaces where we required the service. The junior suite room has an incredible view and is quite comfortable. The dinner in the crazy restaurant was of another level!! I didn't expect it!!

This is my second year visiting Oku, and while the design is absolutely beautiful, the service falls short of a five-star hotel. Here are my main concerns:
I requested the same room five months in advance, but they couldn't fulfill my request. After complaining, they offered to change the room the next day, but only when I was on my way to the beach. This would have required me to pack and check out, losing half a day. It would have been more practical to mention this the evening before or early in the morning, not at 10:00 AM when I was already heading out. Naturally, I declined.
They don't provide steam ironing machines, which are essential for summer clothes and are inexpensive devices.
Despite paying for breakfast (which isn't cheap), they charge extra for Benedict eggs. Additionally, these eggs are served on regular bread instead of brioche as advertised.
I requested a softer pillow, and while they said they would change it, I didn't notice any difference.
The receptionist didn't know the room service phone number, which I found quite amusing. When I asked for vanilla ice cream, they couldn't provide it, despite having two restaurants and offering room service.
The gym is very basic, lacking even a bench and normal dumbbells. It seems designed more for aesthetics than functionality, which is disappointing for a large hotel with many guests interested in fitness.
Finally, the evenings are very quiet, likely because the restaurant is so expensive, limiting traffic. This makes the hotel rather dull at night

Breakfast Buffet is very good. From crispy bacon, to avocado slices and egg dishes, fruits, and a good variety of bread, everything is available. Coffee service can take some time, as it is very full mostly. But when they come, they are nice and friendly. Hotel rooms are OK. Loud (due to music from outside) but otherwise totally fine in most cases

Absolutely spectacular place. We stayed in the OKU villa and it was time of our life. The service was so professional. Everyone was so discrete but always helpful and fast. Breakfasts were amazing same as the restaurant that serves one of the best meals on the island. Overall we cannot wait to be back on Ibiza or Kos/Andalusia.

My favourite hotel for some time! Such a stunning aesthetic. The turn down service was especially cute - folded sheets, slippers by the bed and a bottle of water. Chefs kiss!
The pool area with the new djs every day had incredible vibes. I will say though that everyone there was a 10/10 model which can be looked at both ways. Unlike other hotels with a mixture of looks and ages.
Good proximity to town/the beach or taxis are there within minutes with a water while you wait.
One thing though - I wouldn’t utilise the night time room service menu again. Freezing cold still frozen pizza with 5 scraps of cheese on it. Had to ask for a new one, it was still frozen, so we gave up. Pretty poor for such a high end hotel.
