This hotel presents a real dilemma. On one hand, the staff and front desk are amazing, always willing to help. The amenities in the rooms are exceptional, including the quality of the bedding and the water flow in the showers. The kids' pool is also well-maintained, and it proudly boasts a five-star rating. Moreover, the other guests you encounter are sophisticated and beautiful, adding to the overall ambiance. However, there are some downsides to consider. The grey corridors leading to the rooms give off a somewhat hostel-like vibe. The narrow room door openings and the overall small size of the rooms may not match the price per night, which could disappoint some guests. Despite these drawbacks, the answer is still a resounding "YES," with the caveat that you shouldn't expect too much from the room itself. The breakfast, although of high quality, comes with a steep price tag and might not be very attractive for families with children. On a positive note, the room service is outstanding, offering reasonable prices, attentiveness to requests, and quick delivery. Once you try the dinner room service for the kids, you may find it hard to resist ordering again.

We visited this hotel just for the day as we had heard good reviews of the pool sessions and music they have throughout the week and it didn't disappoint. The hotel itself is clean and the surrounding areas to match, the pool is one of the best I've seen (especially in Ibiza) and the food and drinks are really nice too. When back in Ibiza this will definitely be the place we stay next.

I stayed here at the beginning of May and I loved it! So I came back to have breakfast this time and it was good. The variety of the foods at the buffet are absolutely No.1 in Ibiza and amazing! Staff are very nice and friendly, have good team works at most of the time however careless mistakes were stood out at some points. Drinks order takes normally more than 10mins to receive and the last one which I ordered latte for take out took me more than 15mins and it was made with wrong milk… Overall, I still loving it and hope to be able come back again soon. Breakfast for outside guest: €35+automatically add tips €3.5=€38.5

Overpriced hotel with bad service. The bar closed exactly 01.00 AM and the roomservice have a very small menu. But if you want order after 01.00 AM they don’t pick up the phone and also when you call the reception they don’t pick up the phone. We booked a luxury junior suite, but no tissues, no make-up cotton balls or cotton swabs. And the music is very loud by the pool. No place to relax. The breakfast is good, but inside the restaurant it is very noisy. The acoustics inside is terrible.

Had a great stay. Loved the pool DJ, even if we have kids and had to stay at kids pool. Couple downsides: disappointing to be greeted in English everywhere (aren’t we in Spain?), even the girl at reception didn’t really speak Spanish and some menus were English only. Also the restaurant was super expensive - I live in NYC so know expensive, and was still taken aback. Still, loved the stay and hope to come again. Hasta pronto!
