A quieter hotel experience near Sant Antoni, great service all round, and good food options on site. I visited relatively close to the opening of the hotel in early summer 2021 and despite a booking mix up we did get a chance to sample some of the guest chef's specials at the time. There are two hotel pools, one of which is a small semi-private pool for the handful of relatively exclusive feeling swim-up rooms, which are for couples. Hotel has bohemian and wellness vibes, and i have enjoyed both (2) stays at the hotel. It is calm enough for my other half to be able to enjoy a stay on the Island (she has absolutely no interest in late night fun).

We had an incredible stay at OKU Ibiza — truly one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. A special thank you to Vincent at reception, who welcomed us with a smile, was incredibly professional, and kindly arranged for us to check in early. His friendly and accommodating attitude set the tone for our entire stay. The hotel itself is simply amazing — stunning design, serene atmosphere, and top-notch amenities. Every detail, from the rooms to the pool area to the dining, was impeccable. We honestly don’t have a single bad word to say. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway in Ibiza.

What a great stay we had with my wife! Perfect location, great services, excellent restaurants and breakfast, astonishing pool and amazing rooms. The staff has been more than perfect and we’ll keep so cool memories. The only negative point is the spa - not premium enough and the gym a bit uselessly fancy. I strongly recommend

Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Hype I’m not usually one to leave negative reviews, but my experience at OKU Ibiza was frustrating enough that I feel compelled to share. Check-in took over an hour with zero communication or apology. When I finally got to my room, I was shocked at how small it was—barely enough space to open a suitcase. The "balcony" felt more like a jail cell than a relaxing outdoor space. Worst of all, the air conditioning was a complete joke. Despite being set to 10°C, the room stayed a consistent, sweaty 25°C. Several managers came by, admitted it wasn’t working, and told me there was nothing they could do. There were no other rooms available, no refund offered, and not even a partial discount so I could move to a hotel that actually had working AC. For a property that brands itself as "upscale," this is unacceptable. The overall hotel campus is surprisingly small. The pool and poolside service are mediocre at best. Prices across the board are absurd for what you actually get. If you’re looking for a real luxury experience in Ibiza, do yourself a favor and stay somewhere with better amenities, better service, and better views—like Seven Pines. OKU might look good in photos, but the reality is far from it.

The breakfast was impressive, with fresh and tasty options. I particularly appreciated the unique offerings like omlette, selection of fresh berries&fruits, and overall a wide selection. The coffee was definitely a highlight, as it was the best I had on the island. Lovely interior and exterior design, Bali vibes to rustic Nordics and local touches. One of my favorite aspects was the daily DJ by the pool. Each day brought a different vibe, and it created a enjoyable atmosphere that fit well with the beach club experience. The service throughout my stay was attentive and friendly. The valet team, concierge and the poolside staff were always ready to help, but I want to give a special mention to a member of the (Argentina) customer experience team for their genuine care and enthusiasm. On top of all that, the hotel's daily offerings, such as the DJ sessions on the 20th of April, a delicious breakfast every morning, and guided hike, were exceptional and made my trip truly unique. Additionally, I appreciated the easy access to the village and to the best restaurant on the island, making my culinary adventures effortless. I would recommend this hotel to others looking for a enjoyable experience accompanied by music. This hotel was the best from other high end hotels we experienced on the island.
