Hear me out, it's really good to know.
For many people Ibiza is a beautiful place thanks to the exceptional nature, the amazing viewpoints/sunsets and splendid food in the well located restaurants or bars.
From the moment you set foot on the island you can feel the Ibiza vibe.
The reason why for my wife and I our stay always excels at OKU Ibiza, is the service!
Everybody at OKU is there to please.
As soon as you arrive the valet service provides you with the comfort you hope for and this feeling continues all through your stay because they all go the extra mile, from front desk to pool service, cleaning, spa & wellness, shops, breakfast and of course the restaurant and room service (which you can enjoy from morning to night).
So if you ask us to summarize the reason why we keep going back to UKO Ibiza, we'll tell you it's our "paradise on earth"!
Thanks Marc and your amazing team!

I have had an excellent experience in every way. The design of the hotel is quite different from the rest you can get in Ibiza. The atmosphere of the pool is great, there is a DJ who plays pretty good music. The service was pretty good in all the spaces where we required the service. The junior suite room has an incredible view and is quite comfortable. The dinner in the crazy restaurant was of another level!! I didn't expect it!!

This is my second year visiting Oku, and while the design is absolutely beautiful, the service falls short of a five-star hotel. Here are my main concerns:
I requested the same room five months in advance, but they couldn't fulfill my request. After complaining, they offered to change the room the next day, but only when I was on my way to the beach. This would have required me to pack and check out, losing half a day. It would have been more practical to mention this the evening before or early in the morning, not at 10:00 AM when I was already heading out. Naturally, I declined.
They don't provide steam ironing machines, which are essential for summer clothes and are inexpensive devices.
Despite paying for breakfast (which isn't cheap), they charge extra for Benedict eggs. Additionally, these eggs are served on regular bread instead of brioche as advertised.
I requested a softer pillow, and while they said they would change it, I didn't notice any difference.
The receptionist didn't know the room service phone number, which I found quite amusing. When I asked for vanilla ice cream, they couldn't provide it, despite having two restaurants and offering room service.
The gym is very basic, lacking even a bench and normal dumbbells. It seems designed more for aesthetics than functionality, which is disappointing for a large hotel with many guests interested in fitness.
Finally, the evenings are very quiet, likely because the restaurant is so expensive, limiting traffic. This makes the hotel rather dull at night

We have had a wonderful stay at Oku Ibiza. The facilities are great, our room was very nice, both pool areas (families and adults only) were fantastic.
What really made our stay exceptional, was the great team from the staff at valet, to the team at reception and especially the Guest Experience team, who were going the extra mile

Just home from a lovely stay at Oku Ibiza. Tagged this place onto the end of our trip and definitely don’t regret it, the perfect spot for some RnR! The good bits: hotel is stunning, clean and the design is cool but comfortable and super welcoming. Staff were very friendly and we were able to check in to our room early, which was great. Lunch by the pool was delicious (had the Caesar salad with shrimp), along with a great cocktail and wine menu. We personally loved the music, made the vibe by the adult pool a bit more interesting than everyone just lazing around and it is Ibiza after all! There is a family pool which was much quieter when we were there. Breakfast was also fantastic, such a huge choice of food and great fresh coffee. A few points of improvement/recommendations: we were only staying 2 nights so booked a superior room which was fine but very small, no seating area other than the bed which isn’t great for a 5 star hotel. The ordering/check in/check out system and process is long-winded and the systems at the hotel seem to make everything take a while. Fortunately we were early leaving today but we were at reception around 20 minutes checking out due to one small query on our tab. We also had a technical issue in our bathroom quite late (around 23:00) and it was fixed but then occurred again the next day. It was fixed again but there was nothing done from the service side to acknowledge the inconvenience to us as guests. Overall would recommend but some streamlining required to justify the star rating and price tag!
