We had a fabulous stay at this hotel for 5 days at a much needed time for a break away. Upon departure I left my favourite pair of swim shorts in which I contacted the hotel upon realising this. Sol was straight onto this, she found them in the spa where I left them and communicated very well with me throughout to get them delivered back to my home address via a courier. Sol thank you so much for the care and attention you put into getting my swim shorts back to me and I look forward to meeting you in person on our next visit to the hotel.

Spending a night in this hotel was a bit of a disappointment. Despite the friendliness of the personal, was there an overall impression of a negligence. However, the rooftop tereace and the food are exceptional. Our room had mould on bathroom screens, the shower was not properly functioning (no hot water, weak stream!) and the curtains didn’t fully close, so a complete darkness wasn’t possible. There is a very nice roof terrace, but it demands a renovation asap. The wooden floor is shaking in some places, right at the exit of the lift all the colour of the floor has gone off. The lift doors have old rests of sticky tape on them, showing that none hasn’t even tried to wipe them. There is a spacious spa, but the feeling of negligence is present in dirty pillows and broken tiles (even in a shower in male changing rooms, which is quite dangerous!) It goes on… On the plus side was the breakfast, which was delicious. The rooftop terrace is also a big plus, as well as the exceptionally well-equipped gym. Summary: a nice modern hotel with a great rooftop terrace and a rooftop pool delicious breakfast, but I am used to much more in terms of details, cleanliness etc in a hotel of this category. So I am NOT recommending it.

Very disappointing stay. Definitely not a 5 star hotel. Having traveled only for a couple of days and for a special occasion, the experience was spoiled. Beautiful place, and the hotel itself, however in need of proper maintenance. Staff not very helpful and not speaking proper english, not accepting Amex. There was no hot water the first day at all. So many things broken in the room, starting from air conditioning, to automated blinds and curtains opening up and lights switching on the middle of the night and waking us up. Although that issue was fixed others have occurred. Aircon temperature not regulating, The bathtub leaking and making a puddle in the room, shelves being quickly fixed and held up with “do not disturb signs”. Water bottles in the fridge €7. The last of 2 days of our 4 stay the water smelled of chlorine so strong and stayed on skin for hours. Out of positives, great breakfast and spa, terrace must be great as well, when it’s not windy, as we were not able to enjoy any of it. The restaurant upstairs was also very disappointing, food served cold, staff not speaking english, not accommodating or nice in any way. I would not recommend this place to anyone expecting a 5 star experience.

Second time we've stayed and we love it here. The rooftop terrace, pool and bar is very chilled so if you're sans children, then this makes it worthwhile in itself. The restaurant is excellent, cocktails are amazing and the location is good too. Room and staff are great too. Very little to complain about, maybe they could have some pool side waiters during the week as they only seemed to be at the weekend (but last year they were there all the time) and could refresh minibar and teas and coffees every day but these are very minor observations. We look forward to coming back.

We stayed for a week and could not have asked for more. The staff were always helpful and made us feel incredibly welcome without being overbearing. The food was delicious, the Junior Suite was spacious and clean. The rooftop pool and bar was the literal cherry on top of the entire hotel. Just a short walk into town for more food options and a wonderful beach.
