Unfortunately, I must say I did not feel comfortable at all. Our whole group left after one night. I’m not sure if my expectations are too high or if the standards here are simply too low. The bedsheets were not clean upon arrival. The Molton Brown soap appears to have been refilled with a cheaper alternative, and overall cleanliness leaves much to be desired. My sister’s room was also not properly cleaned, and when we addressed these issues with the staff, there was little to no concern or effort to resolve them. It’s quite disappointing, and the lack of responsiveness from the staff only adds to the frustration. Please see the photos below for reference. Do not recommend at all.

We loved our stay at this hotel! The amenities were wonderful, and the view from our room was absolutely beautiful. We spent a day at the spa and had such a relaxing experience. The rooftop has a great vibe—perfect for unwinding—and the pool was an added bonus. Highly recommend!

Review of Our Honeymoon Stay at Aguas de Ibiza (September) My partner and I stayed at Aguas de Ibiza for our honeymoon in September. We had fond memories of Santa Eulalia from a previous trip and had always said that if we returned, we’d stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing and far from what we expected for a special occasion. From the outset, we found the staff to be somewhat unfriendly and unwelcoming. While this might be a cultural difference, especially compared to UK customer service standards, it set a poor tone for our stay. The first major issue was noise. For the first couple of nights, we were disturbed by guests in the neighbouring room who partied through the night and brought a few people back. The soundproofing was virtually non-existent. We requested a room change, but staff were indifferent and didn’t take our concerns seriously. Thankfully, those guests checked out after a few days. Unfortunately, things worsened. We kept most valuables in the safe, but my wife had a zipped makeup bag left on the side, which included a watch. The next day, the watch and a half-used lipstick were missing. Only housekeeping had access to the room, and when I raised the issue, the cleaners denied it and claimed they didn’t speak English. The incident made us feel uncomfortable and paranoid. Then, one afternoon while we were at the pool, we noticed our balcony doors were open. I rushed up to the room to find two maintenance workers inside fixing a curtain—without any prior notice from staff. At checkout, I voiced all these concerns again, but the staff member seemed uninterested and dismissive. We later had to follow up through WhatsApp and only after multiple messages did we finally receive a refund. While the location is lovely, our overall experience left a lot to be desired—especially for a honeymoon. I hope the hotel takes these issues seriously and improves guest service, security, and communication going forward. Sadly I cant recommend this hotel especially as its supposed to be a luxury hotel so will have to suggest to look elsewhere

Beautiful hotel with friendly people. We queued quite some time at the reception as checking in takes a lot if time, but the staff was very friendly. The spa is relaxing but closes a bit early in the evening. Breakfast is all you could wish for but the take away breakfast was a little bit disappointing though. In general we would recommend this hotel: nice, friendly and luxuruous.

A star 5 hotel before but not anymore broken fridge, broken air conditioning control. manager was there and was not friendly at all. We have slept here before, this has gone downhill enormously. I would completely advise people against to book this.
