Amazing hotel and great staff, however we had 3 bookings and were overcharged in all our invoices (other people’s food was in our invoice and charged hours after we checked out).
The process to get the money back is a nightmare, we had to call multiple times (pay money for international calls) and it’s still not sorted after 5 days.
We checked our invoice at check out, but our card was charged days after and new invoices were created without our knowledge (which we only discovered through the Hilton Honour App). Totally unacceptable and we are still $300 out of pocket.

Overall a nice hotel. I felt as if things were not as they were advertised. We had setup an airport transfer to and from the hotel and I asked to confirm pricing and was told it was $100 round trip for the both of us which was charged to the room when we arrived. When checking to confirm our return transfer we were told it was an additional $100 to get back to the airport. I had read there was a shuttle to the beach but upon arrival I learned it was $5 per person for a shuttle around Rodney bay. The pool is lovely but there does seem to be a shortage of lounge chairs and while it wasn’t very busy while we were here I could see it being an issue on very busy days. It was difficult to get in touch with the concierge prior to arrival to setup a taxi and it doesn’t seem like same day taxi booking is ideal. If you want to go to the southern part of the island it will cost you, we were told $250 for a taxi for the day. The room was nice and the hotel was close to nice restaurants at the marina.

I loved my stay at the Harbor Club. The rooms were clean the staff was friendly, the location is perfect and the food was decent. 5 stars for the actual resort. However 0 stars for the transport provided by the resort. I prearranged a private car from the airport. When I arrived the driver said “Oh I’m also going to be giving this person a ride.” (The person was not a harbor club guest) I had to sit up front in the passenger side for a 90 minute drive with my bag cramping my feet because the other person sat in the back seat. We stopped for a second because the other passenger wanted to stop for food. When we stopped the passenger was inappropriate and started asking for my number and asking where I was staying. I’m a solo female traveler and this was a strange middle aged man. The driver dropped me off first, showing this stranger exactly where I would be staying. I did not feel comfortable there should not have been another person on my ride. I was still charged full rate for a “private car” absolutely unacceptable unsafe and unprofessional.

Having been multiple times over 7 years for the patisserie, sushi, and pizza we decided to go for our evening meal with friends.
Everything was great except 1 pizza, greasy poor taste and not up to scratch.
When discussing this we were told it's a meat pizza it's like that because of the meat.
We sent it away ,refusing the offer of a replacement, requesting the bill
Our surprise came at the 25% reduced pizza still on the bill. This was after speaking with a manager to request it's removal.
Our server argued that slices had been eaten to which we responded yes, he tried to eat it but failed and sent it back.
Long story short we said remove it and the service fee and we will pay the rest. This sparked a service fee debate and we left cash to the value of the bill AND service fee less 7dollars (£2.50) as we were unhappy with the interaction regarding the food.
We were met by 4 security at the exit and escorted to a card machine. At which I was then fuming at the overkill and embarrassment, lack of tack and pure attitude that no matter what you pay our service charge.
Also told the server would be docked it if we didn't which is also disgusting behaviour and all over £2.50!!!

There aren't enough stars for the Harbor Club. The location and facilities are great. The range of food and drink was lovely, however all of that was eclipsed by the stunning service and friendliness of the entire team of staff. Without exception everyone was cheerful, friendly and so attentive. We loved it and will return.
