Seems like a great resort but they market it falsely for the summer of 2024. If you are on the right side of the resort for the garden rooms, you are looking at a concrete jungle. No one on the staff informed my family when we called to plan our stay, acting as if the gardens were still there. There is an active construction site ~20 ft away from the balcony that ruins the trip with their gas saws and other equipment blasting away. I am hoping they can accommodate us better and will provide an update at a later date.

The hotel is on a great beach with beautiful water. Location to nearby restaurants are walkable. Rooms and resort are clean. Housekeeping staff, front desk, restaurant and bar are friendly and accommodating. The one downside is the food. Many buffets,lunch menu never changes neither does breakfast. Unfortunately the food quality is not good. Would definitely eat elsewhere. This is our second visit and food was a little better 6 years ago. We travel extensively for over 25 years and love St Lucia. Would not pay for the meal plan again. Enjoyed all the nearby restaurants. This was our 9th visit to St. Lucia.

We stayed at Bay Gardens Beach Resort around the end of October for three nights before heading to another resort on the island. Started off on the wrong foot with our room not being available for us to settle in to right away. We ended up relaxing at the restaurant for an early dinner and drinks until our room was ready two hours later. We also discovered late that night that the air conditioning was not working properly in the bedroom (we had an ocean view suite). Figured it wouldn’t be worth the hassle of changing rooms and causing a fuss since we had to get used to the temperatures anyways, we did end up reporting it at check out. Our next resort room was open-air rooms. Aside from the two inconveniences, I can’t say enough about how friendly and helpful the staff was. I never felt like we were being neglected, always was greeted when passing staff on the property. The beach was incredible and the food was top notch. The location was perfect for exploring what the north side of the island had to offer. We always felt very safe at and around the resort. I definitely would consider staying here in the future if visiting Saint Lucia again.

Fun place for years. Beach is nice. But unfortunately it's old. And not being updated. Food is bland. Way to much money for old stuff. Plenty of other places on Rodney Bay to go to that's new and great food. If this place lowered the prices for what is really there that's fine. But now not worth it. I was a timeshare person for 5 yrs. With maintenance fees and nothing ever got fixed. Workers and staff are great but again unfortunately the investors are keeping all the money and not updating anything

This is not a resort. It's more like a hotel on the beach with a pool. Not is all inclusive it's an extra charge. Food or drinks are not included, its an extra 150 usd a day. When I was told I didn't purchase the meal package after already having paid about 4k for 8 days(just me), I tried to find a different hotel before i checked in but was told i couldnt get a refund and was rushed off to my room so they " could figure out the mix up", which was never figured out. Half the events on the calendar never happened. I did do the sip and paint and enjoyed the director of that. Very nice and sweet lady. I had to call to front desk 3 days in a row for them to come change my sheets again after housekeeping had left because they put dirty sheets on the bed. The room I had was adjoining with people I didn't know so I heard all of there conversations and vice versa. The room was nasty when I got there. Toilet was dirty, shower dirty, bed dirty (luckily I had 2 beds in The room). There was a large gap in door so bugs and especially mosquitos were in the room every night. I had to spray the door frame with off to keep them out. There is no adult only side( I was told there was prior to booking). I gave 2 stars because the staff I interacted with after check in were very polite, I did have a good view of the beach and the food was delicious.
