We had such a wonderful stay at Bay Gardens Beach Resort & Spa! It’s not the typical adults-only luxury resort — it’s more of a family-oriented luxury experience, which made it feel warm, welcoming, and comfortable for everyone. The food was absolutely amazing and delicious every single day. The staff truly made the experience unforgettable — everyone was so kind, professional, hardworking, and genuinely happy to help. You can tell they care about their guests and take pride in what they do. For us, this was definitely a 5-star experience. The atmosphere, service, and overall stay exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely return and highly recommend this resort to families and anyone looking for a relaxing, beautiful stay in Saint Lucia!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Amazing 9-Day Island Escape! I recently spent 9 days and 8 nights at Bay Gardens Beach Resort, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine Saint Lucian hospitality. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure my stay was enjoyable. The location is simply unbeatable—right on my favorite beach, with beautiful calm waters and breathtaking views. My Beachfront Deluxe Room overlooked the Caribbean Sea, and waking up to that view every morning was something I'll never forget. One of the absolute highlights was the food. Every meal was delicious, but breakfast was truly exceptional. The variety of authentic Creole dishes gave me a true taste of Saint Lucia each morning. The food and beverage team, along with the bar staff, were outstanding throughout my stay. A very special shout-out to Chef Prospere, whose culinary talent made every meal memorable. You can truly taste the passion and care that goes into every dish. Whether you're traveling as a couple, with friends, or bringing the whole family, I highly recommend Bay Gardens Beach Resort. It's the perfect destination for anyone looking for a relaxing Caribbean beach vacation with exceptional service, great food, and a beautiful beachfront setting. I am always so pleased when I stay here and so sad to leave my staycation. Candi made staying and dining with a baby so pleasurable. Her personality is immaculate. Curlis was such a sweetheart at reception and these extra little perks added to our stay. I will choose stains her for my vacation or birthday or anniversary over and over. This is the best hotel for couples or families alike. And I love it everytime.

We recently stayed at Bay Gardens Beach Resort while in Saint Lucia for the Masters International Invitational Football Tournament, and overall we had a wonderful experience! Originally, we were supposed to stay at the Sapphire Sands Beach Villas, however the property was not completed in time. The resort upgraded us to a beautiful One-Bedroom Ocean View Suite, and honestly, it was perfect. The room was spacious, very clean, and the ocean view was absolutely stunning. To make up for the change, the resort also included two complimentary excursions of our choice, which was such a thoughtful gesture. One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the butler service that was included with our Sapphire booking. Our butlers, Jimmy and Britnay, were hands down the best! They truly catered to our every need and anticipated things before we even had to ask. Our friend’s butler, Prisca, was also outstanding — attentive, kind, and incredibly helpful. They all treated us like family and made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. Since we were there for the football tournament, our butlers went above and beyond to make sure our team was taken care of. They provided coolers and water for the team and thought of every little detail. After long football matches, they even made sure dinner was waiting in my room. No stone was left unturned. The resort itself was very peaceful and quiet in the evenings, although there wasn’t much entertainment at night. The food was good overall, with breakfast and lunch being our favorite meals during the stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again. Looking forward to coming back in 2027!

I loved our stay at Bay Gardens beach resort and spa first of all they gave us a welcome drink that was very good and helped us with our bags to our room they were so accommodating to our needs we got put on the upper floor but due to my boyfriend having issues with his foot and could barely walk they got us switched over to a room on the first floor and even decorated our room twice (since we had to switch rooms) for our anniversary and gave us a free bottle of wine they were very helpful to with planning of our excursions I loved all the employees we delt with they were all super nice and we felt super safe! I also want to mention the food which I thought was very good and my boyfriend thought so as well and he is very picky and he wanted to eat here every day! Thank you I will always recommend this place to my family and friends!
