I would say this resort is perfect for people who enjoy having quiet, relaxing time while still being able to have fun and enjoy a bit of a party atmosphere—without feeling overwhelmed. It’s not the biggest or most crowded resort (at least when we went), and it ended up being perfect for us. We stayed here for our honeymoon, and St. Lucia itself is absolutely beautiful (though be prepared for a lot of traffic 😅). The staff, for the most part, were amazing. Management was especially kind, helpful, and made sure our stay was everything we needed. Karol, the hostess, was absolutely amazing—so warm, welcoming, and attentive. She really stood out and made our experience even better. The food was great—we really can’t complain. There was something different every night, and my wife and I loved it, especially the homemade soups and teas. One thing worth mentioning: the beach servers were not very attentive. When we first arrived, we tipped $20 USD (which goes a long way there), hoping it might encourage more frequent service, but they rarely came by to ask if we needed drinks. A few times I had to get up and go to the bar myself, and other times we had to call them over when they did pass by. Just something to keep in mind. Other than that, the oceanfront beach suite was fantastic and something we highly recommend. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely consider staying here again. I would definitely recommend going all-inclusive. The checks after each dinner can add up quickly and get expensive—that’s what we ended up doing, and it made things much easier and more enjoyable

I loved our stay at Bay Gardens beach resort and spa first of all they gave us a welcome drink that was very good and helped us with our bags to our room they were so accommodating to our needs we got put on the upper floor but due to my boyfriend having issues with his foot and could barely walk they got us switched over to a room on the first floor and even decorated our room twice (since we had to switch rooms) for our anniversary and gave us a free bottle of wine they were very helpful to with planning of our excursions I loved all the employees we delt with they were all super nice and we felt super safe! I also want to mention the food which I thought was very good and my boyfriend thought so as well and he is very picky and he wanted to eat here every day! Thank you I will always recommend this place to my family and friends!

We loved our stay at the Bay Garden Resort and Spa. The resort is not too large so there was plenty of quiet time and plenty of room on the beach all hours of the day. Rooms were modern and very clean. The beach was excellent and the views were amazing. The all inclusive is the way to go as the food prices can be high to pay as you go. Some people may dislike there is only one restaurant and there is buffet for many of the meals, but the food was pretty good for buffet style and we appreciated how the food was labeled with allergens/lack of allergen, as well as temperatures. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and there is plenty of off site tours for those interested. Highly recommend and make sure you get a coconut on the beach!

This resort is right on the beach with beautiful views overlookin the Carribean and great sunset views. It is within walking distance of many restaurants and shopping areas. We paid the all-inclusive fee so we didn't visit any other restaurants in the area although they do offer two nights at select area restaurants if you'd like to eat somewhere else. The front desk staff is amazing! They were so helpful when we had issues. Any issues were solved quickly. The only reason I rated service 4 out of 5 was because of the wait staff. Although the evening wait staff was great, the breakfast and lunch wait staff were not very attentive. But all in all, we enjoyed our time there tremendously and plan to return in the future.

I reserved what was supposed to be a garden room . Upon checking in, I found that there was construction for a new pool, restaurant, and additional rooms going on instead of a garden. Once completed, the view should be great. The management understood my comments and offered a generous discount. All rooms are within a short distance from the pool and the beach. I have no complaints since I was compensated for the error in describing the view. the property is very nice and the service was very good. I recommend staying at this property.
