Amazing hotel! The location is fantastic.... please note: there is a 5- minute ferry ride from Marigot bay to this hotel.. the ferry runs all the tine until 11 PM. The hotel rooms are distributed on a beautiful hill. Some hike will be needed to reach you room! The have a small winch, to transport to the top of the hill rooms... The rooms are very simple, with basic bed, stove, bathroom and a beautiful balcony, overlooking the bay!! Its a magical experience overall!!

It’s located at beautiful Marigot bay beach. However, other than location, the worst hotel service I’ve ever been in my life with very expensive price. I stayed there for a week, the hotel service is very slow. I asked clean towel, received it 2 days later. So I never asked clean towel afterwards while I’m staying there, I just grabbed beach towel myself and used it. I asked shampoo and soap, I received shampoo and body lotion after several hours, not the soap so I didn’t even asked for soap again, I just gave up. We asked lady to cancel the taxi reservation, she charged us taxi fee at the end of the day that we asked to cancel. So basically what happened is that she said no problem, I will cancel it and she forgot and never did it. They never cleaned hotel once so my hotel room’s condition was horrible and all covered in sand. The bed was so hard my back hurts after stay there. I know there’s letter that room cleaning need to be requested, but after asking something and it never went right and was so slow I didn’t even asked because I didn’t have expectations anymore and was worried if someone would still my stuff while they are cleaning. Also, I wanted to be left alone and chill during vacation that’s why I went to the island but there’s several guys always drunken hanging around there they seriously woke me up while I’m sleeping sitting on the beach to sell me something, they kept disturbing everyone there chilling on the beach every second, everyday during staying. I’ve never had this much human interaction in my life and feels so exhausted from staying there, I couldn’t wait to go home to take a rest. There are only 4 restaurants that you can walk from Marigot bay they are all very very expensive: 100$ for 2 person minimum. And food tastes was so plain and lack of variety food; every restaurant only have these menus: hamburger, pizza, pasta. I got so tired of eating same overpriced blend and boring food again and again that I couldn’t wait to go back to the USA and eat various tastes foods. Overall, St Lucia the whole island was scam and ripped off and charge more of white people and the worst and slowest service you will ever get either hotel, restaurant, taxi; 1 hours of driving is 80$ USD come and come back is 160$ USD, I will never coming back to there and never have desire to visit any other Caribbean island. I’d rather do the tours countries like Mexico, Europe, and Asia. I feel so relieved and grateful to be back to my hometown where I can get the good and fast service with affordable price.

It’s more of a bay than a beach. But there is a small pool if you don’t want to get pinched by a crab. They have a free shuttle going across the bay. The drinks are strong. 5 chicken wings will cost you 27 US dollars.

Rooms were spacious and with good view but dirty (even after requested cleaning shower was never cleaned) and hot water anger made it to the shower head. Service was rather slow. It took more than 24h to get the room cleand.

Beautiful bay location and view from room. Good food and service at Doolittles. Small beach and pool. Accomdation is tired. Efficient water and road taxi. Services for snorking and diving handy.
