We were a family of three and decided to go ahead with a family deluxe room and we were placed in building C which was near the main buffet. We stayed for 7 nights, 8 days. Location was perfect! We had a good size living room, decent size bedrooms. Plenty of space for your clothes. Bed and pillows were so comfortable. Daily cleaning available. We enjoyed our balcony with pool view. Their food were tasty! Lots of variety in food which changes daily. Their kitchen staff, waiters/waitresses are hard workers! You could see them sweating but still pushed through to make sure everything was perfect. We appreciate their effort! Even the bar staff, they're nice and generous with alcohol. We enjoyed their heated pool as we went 2nd week of Feb. It definitely made a difference. We will stay here again!

- The water still runs after pressing the flush button. - Very poor internet, sometimes missing for half an hour. - The bathroom is not clean, lots of limescale on the taps. - Something above the air conditioner makes a noise, it's annoying. - Water leaks underneath the toilet. - There was no soap at all, we had to ask for it. - The hairdryer barely works, you have to wait every 5 minutes for it to turn back on. - The Spa isn't free, it has to be paid for separately, even though it was stated to be free in the description. - I didn't receive slippers. - Every morning around 7 o'clock the cleaning lady slams doors down the hallway. - Recording during aqua gym in the pool is not allowed. - It's always slippery on the tiles outside. - Drunk people are heard in the hallway, shouting, playing music at 3 o'clock. - The remote control doesn't work. - The staff in the shops are generally unfriendly, the shopkeeper gets angry that I wanted to try something. - Breakfast is only until 10 o'clock. - The photographer takes pictures of me without asking, and I don't want to be photographed. - There is both good and bad food. - Friendly workers. - This hotel definitely doesn't deserve 4 stars.

Unfortunately although initially we were treated well the rooms they claim to be air conditioned are not the equipment is there but they turn them off so they only heat the rooms. The first two days they worked then didn't when I complained they said they would send an engineer nothing happened I then asked for a fourth tie to be told it was hotel wide. Still nothing happened I then went to reception the following evening only to be told an obvious lie that it was on winter mode still so the whole hotel is off this is untrue as all the corridors are air conditioned. They told me I was lying about the first two days at reception so I feel as I teach customer service as a job they should join my course. This is obviously a way to save money and stop people using the Aircon. Apart from this the staff on a whole are very welcoming. I even got told by customer relations it is because I am from the UK I am not used to the weather.i am still here but can't sleep at night no fans are available apparently either

Unfortunately, smoking in hotel rooms is common in Turkiye. This was an issue with my room. But staff were very helpful and professional. They politely gave me another room. I have to say that most of staff were friendly. The best part for me, though, was food. Vast variety of food and very well prepared. I highly recommend to buy all inclusive

We have enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room was clean and well maintained. The staff is well organized, well informed and helpful. The only con would be couple of bartenders who would prefer to watch their phone rather than take care of the customers. Nonetheless the experience was incredibly positive. Great selection of drinks and food options at the restaurant.
