Guest Relations agent Cemre took the time to listen to my complaint and assured me that my problem will be solved. Her communication was very clear and very helpful and gave me reassurance that there was someone who would be able to resolve my issue. Maybe front house can be more smiling rather than serious. The food was absolutely amazing because there were huge variety of food to select from. There was also a variety of drinks to choose from. The room cleaning was very efficient and prompt. The hotel is spotlessly clean. The cleanliness was excellent.

The customer service has been great and attentive. They have gone the extra mile for us when we needed anything for our stay and onward travel needs. They were very dog friendly. Beach close by. The food was really good and catered I all diets. Our short stay was really lovely. We are sad to leave so soon. We will come back again.

Loved this hotel. Food and drinks were great. Short walk to the beach, but there was a bar there. Plenty of sunbeds both at the pool and the beach. Staff were friendly and efficient. It's a family hotel with plenty to do for the children. Huge place, we went in November so not too busy. Imagine it's very busy in the school holidays.

We holidayed in November for 5 days so there wasn’t much on, understandably. Room was clean and basic, had plenty of toiletries that came with the room. Staff were generally kind and helpful although for some English wasn’t their strongest language so some misunderstanding. We particularly struggled with check in which felt rushed and staff appeared unprepared for our arrival. We also struggled to communicate with the maintenance man as air-con was blowing hot air. Turns out the whole hotel was on winter mode and was unable to change to cool air at that time. Pools were nice and plenty of food. We even dined at the “peppermint restaurant” on site for an additional €15 pp which was very nice - live music too. Overall a nice holiday away from everyday life but would probably get bored if we stayed any longer at that time of year.

This is our first trip to Turkey and was recommended this Resort by a friend who had visited the year before. I was taken aback by the service from the outset. We were looked really well on arrival. Guest Relations were amazing - they assisted with help locating trustworthy local businesses and room service. The hotel is situated in a perfect location with a number of shops nearby. The staff are pleasant. The rooms are great and facilities on site are spot on. The food is also good with a lot of variety all day everyday including bbq's on certain days. Thank you to the staff of Grand Park Lara.
