Lovely hotel, always lots of staff keeping the place tidy and clean. Rooms cleaned daily and towels changed. Fridge in room with water and juice. Restraunts generally busy but plenty of selection of food. Fridges with bottled water scattered around resort and bars for drinks. Ice lollies available during day and I'd recommend trying waffle bar!! Staff friendly, accommodating and helpful. Beach short walk or 2 min shuttle bus away and Friday night beach party was great. Overall lovely hotel, plenty of shops around also

Good hotel with friendly staff Have to be up early to get a good lounger as people seem to put towels down for the week. Plenty of loungers available but if you want poolside then good luck. The hotel staff have all been great, had no problems at all with anything or anyone. Would recommend it if coming as a family, if coming without kids, go somewhere else.

Janil and Sude in the kids club were great with our girls! Made them feel very welcome as did all the kids club staff! Kids club was clean, toys in good condition and were so good with the kids at the mini disco! Rooms are brilliant, we stayed in a 2 bed room. Clean, hotel staff attentive, couldn’t do more. Only negative would be other patrons, cutting in lines especially in front of the kids which was frustrating, but that is nothing to do with the hotel, its cleanliness or staff! Good choice of food, salads are amazing! Would come back again, felt safe!

Fantastic hotel and staff are great. Rooms are lovely (in a standard double room without balcony). 3 resteraunts, 3 pools (1 heated) and 7 (if I remember) bars. Cocktails are lovely, beer is good and the wine is lovely. Also endless supply of water and mini bar in the room is free (if all inclusive). Things I would improve: better selection of hot meats, this is a hard one to explain but felt each evening meal was kind of the same. Breakfast would be better if you could have eggs made to order (like an omelette). Ice cream man there every day all day as it was delicious 😋

We had a fantastic Family holiday at Grand Park Lara. The hotel and the bedrooms were very clean, the staff were very friendly, The food was very nice, being vegetarian I had No problems. Great entertainment, my grandsons loved the water slides. The food on the Beach was so yummy. Patisserie selection was so good. Definitely would be going back to this hotel. We booked our holiday through Easy Jet Holidays.
