Big hotel with 6 big towers of hotel rooms, this on a relatively small area makes it a very bussy and hectic atmosphere. The staff is friendly, the rooms are modern, spacious and ok equipped. The food is below average i would call it. Even the easiest things are made kind of untastiy. Vegetables are too less cooked and hard, all meat is too much cooked and very dry, food quality is also average. The buffet is organized in a way that there is always a very long queue at the station where you get the main dishes so you always have to wait Would not recommend it for people for whom good food is important. They have one pool which is heated until at least end of April with a good temperature of around 28-29 degree. But this one is also small related to the amount of people who can stay in this hotel. Overall it's ok for the pricetag but not more.

Amazing hotel but a few problems... when we first arrived they were very kind and helpful we got up to our room and it was very nice. We went to the 24 hour restaurant because we got there around 10:30pm the restaurant is clean and nice but not a lot of options for kids or other countries. Pools are amazing and slides are fun only problem the pool under the bridge is very cold sometimes, I went in there for around 20 minutes and was shivering for a while, went in the shower and had to have a nap. Now the main restaurant, very nice and big more options of food and clean when we first came it was easy to find a table after a few days, it was packed and we had to wait a hour to find a table. Since there's 900 rooms they need maybe another restaurant or 2. Line for hot food is massive I got some mash from the corner and lined up to get some chicken took about 10-15minutes and by the time I sat down my mash was all cold my family went to the rep (Ivy) and she told us when we go get food on the night to talk to the reception and get someone to come and see how busy it is. The lady came in and was talking to the kitchen staff in turkish and looking at us she told us it's not that bad and what do you expect me to do about it. The noise at night is also horrendous, very loud, people shouting and making racket live show is quite loud and needs to be quieter. Air con only goes down to 22 degrees and blows hot so you have to open windows and here all the racket outside. Also we stayed for 10 days and had 8 people, 3 rooms.I would add a lot more but too much to add. Wouldn't come again but enjoyed to have a break.

One of the worst experiences so far with this resort. Came with very high expectations but got something very bad as a result which made me to write the review within the next morning the day I checked-in. Checked -in into this hotel with a family of 3 where we have a kid of 3 years old and got the most worst room of the hotel it seems in the name of double room. They just kept a cot for baby that too near the window which is highly dangerous and even after requesting for a change of room they don’t even bother as it seems 1 guest’s problem doesn’t even bother to them because they are doing good business. Staff don’t even bother about child safety at all. There is no space in the room to even walk, no soaps and shampoos in the washroom provided, interestingly AC is there but only for heating not for cooling as they will start cooling from April to Sept( strange hotel policy I have seen first time in life), no hot milk is available in such a big resort with no reason at all. Requested hotel staff for hot milk for kid but they simply refused that they can’t provide even though they have such a big kitchen but can not heat a glass of milk for the kid, amazing service so far. Unfortunately we are going to stay for 7 nights and this worst experience we have got on the first night itself. Don’t know how we are going to spend rest of the holidays. Very bad impression at the very first day itself. Recommend not to book the hotel just by seeing photos they have shown something else online and giving to the worst in reality. Please be mindful while booking a holiday. There are lot many better resorts around which seems to be better that this hopefully. Not possible to give 0 start hence giving 1.

Not good at all. First thing that my family and I realise upon arrival was that the hotel did not look like the photos given on the website. Once we had checked in, me and my partner was led to a room that had not been cleaned and already allocated to someone else. The cleaners were TERRIBLE and barely achieved the bare minimum. They failed to top up anything in the room (water, toilet rolls, coffee station etc). There was a funny smell in the bathroom for the first 2 or so days until we poured some boiling water down the drain. I realised on the last night that the cleaners had binned by retainers even though they was very clearly on my bedside table away from rubbish. What annoyed me most about this is that they did not bin any of the rubbish that was in the room at the time yet still binned my retainers, now I have to pay £200 for a new set. I was on my hands and knees looking everywhere, under the bed, under the bedside table… anywhere that I thought they could have fell but I had no luck. Location was great and the food was okay, nothing special. The main food court was constantly busy, you could not get a table until you arrived at least 30 minutes before it opened. I would not stay at this hotel again.

Disappointing Stay – Definitely Not Worth the Money We stayed at this hotel as a family of three for four nights, hoping to celebrate both my birthday and my daughter’s 4th birthday. Unfortunately, our experience was far from what we expected or were promised. To start, the room was not cozy or welcoming. The door frame was broken, and the phone to call reception was sticky to the touch—really unhygienic. The pillows were extremely uncomfortable, and the air conditioning was loud, whether it was turned on or off, making it very difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Basic necessities like toothbrushes, toothpaste, or even a spoon to stir coffee were not provided, which you’d expect even from a 3-star hotel. We had booked all-inclusive, but the mini fridge in our room was completely empty. Staff were mostly rude and unhelpful—only a few smiled or showed kindness. Communicating was also difficult, as not all staff spoke English, and those who did often didn’t understand us properly. The food was just okay but became repetitive quickly. And if you’re thinking of doing laundry—don’t. They charge outrageous prices per item (10 euros for trousers, 6 euros for a t-shirt, and even 1–2 euros just for socks!). What made the experience even more disappointing was the lack of care for our birthdays. Over the phone, Jet2 had promised a surprise for both mine and my daughter’s birthday. However, nothing was arranged until I spoke to Ivy, the Jet2 customer helper, who had to step in and talk to the hotel. They eventually sent a basic fruit basket (one piece each of an apple, pear, banana, and orange) and a bag with a few soft drinks—but they didn’t even bother placing it in the fridge. On my birthday, we were again told to expect something more special—perhaps a bottle of wine or champagne—but instead, they repeated the same gesture with a bag left by our luggage, again with soft drinks and four pieces of fruit, poorly presented. We even had to pay for a birthday cake, despite the hotel having a patisserie and serving cakes daily. Overall, this stay felt like a waste of money. Even for a 3-star hotel, basic hospitality and care were seriously lacking. We spent a lot hoping for a relaxing family celebration and left feeling disappointed. Would not recommend.
