I have mixed reviews mostly not good but will focus on the good points rather than the negative. Check in was smooth apart from the black outs due to a storm. Staff bought our luggage up to our room shortly after. The restaurant offers a good selection of different foods ranging from soups mains and of course desserts There was also a snack bar pool side for food between meals . There are 2 main pools 1 kids pool and 1 slide pool There were quite a few cats around the hotel which was quite pleasant if you like cats some were friendlier than others. There are a few shops located in the hotel offering different things with plenty more within walking distance Most of the staff understand English but there are a few that Google translate was a god send. There is one waiter that stood out and was really nice I never got his name In general it's a nice hotel with lots to do including a gym spa games area and a cinema

Wow, what a holiday! Visited from 22/10/2025 to 01/11/2025. Family deluxe room for 2 adults and 2 kids, had plenty space with a pool view balcony block H. Hotel is massive. Good food for both adults and kids, plenty bars and restaurant for drinks and snacks near pools and beach area. No splash park, fair ground and only 4 water slides but this didnt matter as my kids did alot more due to the kids club. Heated pool between kids activities made eventful days. Big shout out to corey and friends kids club, the guys and girls working there every one of them went over and beyond to make this holiday special. Daily activities for kids from kids yoga, zumba, trampolining, bread making, Cupcake making, face painting, clown shows etc etc. Evening entertainment was excellent, mini disco followed by children shows and then main entertainment. This hotel goes all out with excellent shows but having this kids club going the extra mile for kids made it extra special. Entertainment was incredible from beyonce tribute, michael jackson tribute, acrobats, singers, dj's, and not forgetting the halloween night! Great daily acivities for adults too, archery, darts, pool trampolining, zumba, yoga etc etc Have Visited other more expensive hotels in the area with grander water parks and better food but these guys have excellent hard working staff all over and the service has been the best! Can't wait to return!

We had stayed in this hotel last year and we were very happy with the staff so we came back to stay in this hotel this year. Clean hotel and our room were decent sized. The guest relations staff were amazing friendly and very helpful. When we needed help they were too happy to help us. Plus they spoke good English. All the front reception staff were lovely and friendly too. The breakfast, lunch and dinner etc were very good too. Plenty of choices of food to choose from. I would recommend friends/relatives to stay in this hotel. Diner and bar, cleaners staff etc they were very friendly and hard working too.

Standard room r very small cant fit even 2 small suitcases ...does have any balcony..if u want to upgrade the room for the balcony should pay 40$ per day on the reception. In washroom available only soap for hand and the same u should use as shower gel and shampoo...i was shocked.... I requested from the cleaner to give me shampoo and shower gel and hair conditioner. Bathrobe hotel doesn't provide - only if honeymoon or if u r regular customer 🤷 Steaming rooom and sauna for such of big hotel is very small and u feel like sardines in tin

Great hotel to stay at with kids for a few days. Not luxurious by any means, but lots of activities, big rooms, good food, great service, and relatively cheap. For how many people there are, they do a great job of keeping everything working smoothly. All food and beverage quality was higher than I'd expect for the price range. Only downside is that there isn't much around besides other hotels and cheap markets. So if you like to explore a bit, this area in general is not ideal and you'd want to head south to Kemer.
