Amazing hotel. Lovely staff. Just one guy who was kinda rude to me but overall it's lovely, we had to tip some lovely staff members including this one lovely woman, can't remember her name and this lovely guy I believe his name is Karmel or something similar. Our room was beautiful, beds were comfy and the pool outside was nice and warm especially for this winter weather. Definitely would come back. Gonna miss this place a lot.

You are greeted by the hotel staff with a glass of bubbly, some of the staff are polite and friendly however there are the managers who seem to feel they don't have to treat guests with respect and make them feel a burden. Other than that the suite we had was spacious and comfortable. We had all inclusive and it was exactly that. The food was amazing no fault there. Everything else was great just those few individuals that need customer relations training. One moment I could take food to our room for my disabled wife then the next I get told we not allowed the next day I was told it is fine. They need to work on their policies and procedures and align across the board this can be confusing and frustrating for the guests. Also it might help for the hotel to consider some of the guests that are disabled and their needs, such as allowing food to the room.

Stayed here for 2 nights tbh with you it did the job. The room wasn’t too bad, food wasn’t great and outside there is completely nothing to do. Just loads of fake shops. No restaurants no bars. We checked out at 12pm and our flight wasn’t till later that night so we left out luggage in the room next to the reception desk, they give you a ticket for when you need to collect your luggage. When we came back our travel neck pillows had both been pinched!! I told staff and alls he did was look around and say to there not here… well obviously I’d just told him they had been pinched!! I sat in reception for an hour waiting to be picked up and watched the guy who was suppose to be guarding the luggage and he was outside more than in and the door where your bags are kept is left wide open! I mean what’s the point in a ticket to collect your luggage if no one’s there and anyone can just walk in and out? The door should be locked and your ticket given in while they collect your bags for you. Obviously wouldn’t of been robbed if this was the case (no pun intended 😳) he wasn’t even available when I turned up so I went in myself, we paid £40 each for these neck pillows in the airport when travelling to here so to have them robbed within 2 days is disappointing!!! Definitely wouldn’t return

I have mixed reviews mostly not good but will focus on the good points rather than the negative. Check in was smooth apart from the black outs due to a storm. Staff bought our luggage up to our room shortly after. The restaurant offers a good selection of different foods ranging from soups mains and of course desserts There was also a snack bar pool side for food between meals . There are 2 main pools 1 kids pool and 1 slide pool There were quite a few cats around the hotel which was quite pleasant if you like cats some were friendlier than others. There are a few shops located in the hotel offering different things with plenty more within walking distance Most of the staff understand English but there are a few that Google translate was a god send. There is one waiter that stood out and was really nice I never got his name In general it's a nice hotel with lots to do including a gym spa games area and a cinema
