Big hotel with 6 big towers of hotel rooms, this on a relatively small area makes it a very bussy and hectic atmosphere. The staff is friendly, the rooms are modern, spacious and ok equipped. The food is below average i would call it. Even the easiest things are made kind of untastiy. Vegetables are too less cooked and hard, all meat is too much cooked and very dry, food quality is also average. The buffet is organized in a way that there is always a very long queue at the station where you get the main dishes so you always have to wait Would not recommend it for people for whom good food is important. They have one pool which is heated until at least end of April with a good temperature of around 28-29 degree. But this one is also small related to the amount of people who can stay in this hotel. Overall it's ok for the pricetag but not more.

Had an amazing stay at grand park Lara The service from the staff was amazing The room was fine but only downside is that I had a child with me that sleeps around 9, which they have a live event going, the windows are not really sound proof. The pool was freezing cold even though it stated it is a heated pool. The food was amazing, the main restaurant has a wide variety to choose from along with their 24 hour restaurants, I ate so much beef that I don't think I could eat it for a while, their all inclusive beach was really nice, downside was that the pier was under construction during the time of my visit. Overall I did enjoy my stay here and do plan on coming back

The rooms were way better than I expected. Clean modern and spacious The hotel is big with multiple towers with lots of facilities Some of restaurants were not open when they were supposed to be (according to the website) which was a little disappointing so we found the choice of food was not as advertised.in saying that the main buffet has an amazing selection of great food. The hotel was busy and the staff seemed a little bit over it which we understand when they’re under pressure. Sadly I felt like an inconvenience to some of the staff and was disheartened by their rudeness. If you like the “all inclusive resort experience” then I guess this would be a good option, but we found it a bit “mass market” and the level of service and attitude from the staff was a bit disappointing.

We had a lovely holiday with our 3 little childeren. There was no moment that they have felt bored. They went almost everyday to the mini club and the staff do their upmost best to entertain the kids. The room and hotel area was clean. Staff was friendly. This is our second time that we have booked here and woud recommend this place to everyone who want goed value for their money. The one thing which is disturbing for us, is that there were a lot of smokers at the hotel.
