Considering the price, this hotel truly deserves five stars. While there are a few minor inconveniences, they are nothing unusual and can be found in most hotels. The rooms are spacious and clean, with exceptional housekeeping that pays attention to the smallest details. The food is varied and delicious across all meals. Customer relations manager Daria is always ready to step in and solve any issue promptly. The pool is large, safe, and enjoyable, with different shows and activities every day. The hotel owners are always present, friendly, and down-to-earth, which makes you feel right at home. The hotel is also close to many shopping areas, and there’s a private shuttle that takes you to the hotel’s private beach, which is only a 3-minute ride away.

This hotel isn't good on the first day we were told to shut up by the staff and the hotel stank always. WiFi slow they cut off our telephone so we can't complain. On our first day we booked two rooms but they only gave us one and put a mattress on the floor to sleep on. Bugs everywhere in bathroom and spiders and cockroaches. Staff barely speak English and swimming pool was rarely clean slides were too small. Weren't even allowed to use floaties on them slides. Just go to dream world next to it it's better. The food was so bad and it always stank of rotting meat.

I would like to mention that this hotel is very nice inside, the rooms are spacious, there are more beds, the pool and deckchairs within the hotel are great, the pool is beautiful and has very nice greenery around it, women clean the rooms every day, but not exactly as clean as it should be, the bed linen is not changed as often, the terraces are not cleaned as they should be! As for the food, the food has no taste, it is very difficult to choose something! I would like to mention that we are on vacation and we need a lot of fish to be included in our lunch and dinner! Susi, for example, was in a lot of hotels, there is no mention of that here! The people who come to the hotel were very sloppy! They kept spilling something! The cleanliness of the restaurant is grade 1, without air conditioning where you eat! The air conditioner does not turn on at all in the hotel, only in the rooms where we turn on the air conditioner ourselves, and where the reception has it! The food could have been much better! Bed linen should also be changed every 3 days! It hasn't changed here even for 7 days! The chairs in the restaurant are very sticky when you sit down! The tables where you eat are very dirty, the mats are not washed or wiped after people! The beach was very dirty! As for the beach itself, the people who are employed force the animals and dogs that stay there to hide from the sun, which indicates very bad treatment of animals! The beach is full of cigarettes and bottles on the sand, and many uncultured tourists who should be ashamed! We have not seen worse tourists and more uncivilized than in Turkey

I dont recommend this hotel ever one of the worst ones ever. I'm really annoyed. I spent a lot of money for this hotel. However, I don't get treated with respect like others. Staff are scared to talk to people as the managers are treating them with disrespect. I will never come here again on of the worst hotels in the entire world.

I regret to say that the hotel is not worth even 3 stars. Let me start with the arrival: when we arrived at the hotel at night, the hotel interior was lit only with a pale light indicating deep savings in electricity. The reception staff was unpleasant and downright disgusted by the arrival of guests. At first glance, the room seemed fine, but it was enough to lie down in bed to find that there was sand in the bedding, which allowed us to assume that the bedding had not been replaced, only adjusted on the bed. The bathroom probably never belonged to a 5-star hotel, even right after the hotel was built. Cleaning the room only consisted of adjusting the bedding and changing the towels. Unfortunately, the hotel staff did not come up with the idea of ​​replenishing the shower gel or hand soap. I have no major complaints about the amount of food available, although its quality could be better. The cutlery and plates do not deserve even the lowest rating. Only one bar available by the pool in the hotel. The lobby bar and the beach bar are unavailable. All inclusive is an unknown expression in this hotel. The bar only serves alcohol in combination with Coca-Cola or Sprite. Any other combination (here called a cocktail) requires an additional fee of 5 euros each time. Juices squeezed on site cost 2 euros for a small cup. In general, I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, even if it is at a very good price.
