Just came back from Side, arrived on the day around 9pm got checked In straightaway, we paid extra £30 to get pool and sea view so we can have a quite side of the hotel, otherwise you will get a room facing front side which could be noisy. The food was terrible, they definitely cater for Germans, there was not much variety of food and would give us last nights leftover food maybe because the hotel was not busy at all, 2 days before we came back the Hotel manager came and he was really nice we spoke to him and asked him theres no pizzas and he got the chef to make us a pizza at lunch time, the manager was really good. The pool was empty and so was the beach so plenty sun beds. To get to the beach the hotel provided a buggy so that was good even though it wasn’t too far to walk. There was no daytime or evening entertainment so no animation team, there was the Dj who would ask you to play darts during the day and he would play music which was mainly German songs. There’s plenty shops around you as soon as you get out of the hotel.

This is not a 5* resort but love holidays sell it as a 5* resort. We just got back and my advice is DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. The hotel is not as big as the pics. The reception staff laugh in your face if you make a complaint. They do not help to resolve issues. The are dirty and not cleaned properly. House keeping staff are very rude and do not clean properly. The duvets and pillow cases have no covers. The telephones did not work in the rooms so you had to go down to reception if you needed anything. They never fixed them during our stay.The toilets have no toiletries. They do not replenish anything daily. The restaurant is so small and food is repetitive daily. The staff in the restaurant are not helpful and rude. There were flies on the food and in the restaurant. No aircon. The Jacuzzi did not work which we needed for our old father who can not use the pool. There is no ice cream for kids and no ice in 37 to 40 degrees heat. There was no entertainment for my toddler and the kids room was empty with no toys or staff. Had to pay 2euros for fresh orange juice. Basically this is not a 5* as sold with love holidays. I have stayed in better 3*. Was told by staff that the owner does not care about this hotel so nothing gets fixed.

Hotel was nice , food was ok. The only trouble with this hotel is it only caters for Germans, all staff spoke German all music is German ! Whole town of Side caters for Germans. Beach is lovely and beach restaurant was ok. Evening entertainment was terrible and once again was mostly in German.Make sure you take Euro and not Turkish lira as its a nightmare as all places are in Euro and you have to try to convert to lira.

Just back after a week stay can't really complain about the staff or the rooms. Food was OK but repetitive no bus to the beach as advertised no afternoon tea entertainment was for the Germans. But across the road bill Cosby bar Food and entertainment was brilliant staff were excellent nothing was too much trouble for them I certainly won't be staying at palm World again

The air conditioner was not working, we reported it twice and no one did a thing about that! Outside was 50 degrees. Sometimes there was no water or electricity at all, internet was really slow, food was delicious but you will eat only if you are first in the line! Dinner starts at 6:30 and around 7pm there is literally nothing to eat. The last day after we check out, I left my towel and bikini by the pool to dry because they were wet. After 1 hour, when I ask the manager of the pool, where are they he literally yelled at me, why I left them there. Go ask the reception how would I know. When I asked the front desk, the man was typing on his phone, didnt even looked at me, and said I dont know. My experience was really bad. Stay away from this hotel.
