I recently stayed at the Ramada Hotel and had an incredible experience. The food was delicious with a variety of options to choose from, and the cleanliness of the entire hotel was impeccable. The pool area, kids' area, and water park were fantastic and kept the whole family entertained. The beach, though located on the other side of the road, is just a 10-minute walk away, and there are convenient shuttles available every 15 minutes. The professional spectacles and entertainment provided were top-notch. The only acceptable downside was the beach's location, but it was hardly an inconvenience. I highly recommend the Ramada Hotel for a wonderful stay!

My partner and I stayed at this resort and had an exceptional experience. The staff were incredibly accommodating, polite, attentive, and hardworking. The resort itself was beautifully maintained, and the location was very convenient. They offer a private beach with a bar, just a 5-minute drive away. With a shuttle bus running every 15 minutes from 8 AM to 12 PM exclusively for guests. There’s truly something for everyone: we enjoyed watching the Euro games with excellent bar service, particularly from Mohammed at the beach club (he had our drinks ready before we had to ask for another). There’s also entertainment for kids, including discos, shows, and games. The variety of food was impressive, with multiple restaurants and snack options. Our room was impeccably cleaned and refreshed with new towels every day. I can't speak highly enough of the outstanding service. My family visited weeks before and completely agree with my sentiments. The staff are so present, pleasant and incredibly hard working no matter the time of day. Side note - I felt safe and in good hands, so much so when i asked for a plaster after cutting my knee (my own fault)....they pulled out a full first aid kit...cleaned and dressed it. I would definitely recommend this resort for anyone, couples and families. Thank you so much for a great! and well needed get away! Absolute quality!

Unfortunately not a good experience at all! Came here a couple months back only getting to write this review now as we had food poisoning! The food is not clean and they should wash the food. The AC was not working in the rooms either. This is not a 4stat hotel its more like a 1star. The all inclusive is repetitive and boring and not fresh at all. Also there is no complaint system and no email address to contact on their website. Staff are very rude and arrogant.

Booked this holiday as a treat for me and my 2 daughters ! What an amazing place ! Rooms very accommodating, clean , air conditioned, staff amazingly helpful hard working ! Food excellent, drinks all day long and cold water at hand anytime ! Pool lovely and clean with entertainment everyday ( pool exercise) . There is a separate desk for customers with any enquiries , ( we missed the evening meal and we’ve had room service !! ) There is a doctor on site , as well ! I cannot find any faults at all Unfortunately today is our last day ! Thank you for an amazing holiday

Amazing hotel was a very good clean hotel with loads to do. The pool area was clean and rooms were cleaned daily. Food was great rooms were cleaned daily. Also the hair salon was amazing got our hair cuts and perms for the boys which were done really good and loads of compliments when arriving back to the UK. However the location is good but not great if you’re looking to spend time in the old city as it is a little bit of a distance. However I do highly recommend this hotel
