We loved everything about our holiday at splash and most of all how amazing the lifeguards were with all the kids My son grouped up with a teenage gang and the lifeguards were so good with them ..even though the teens would pester them they always made it fun Thank you so much Arda for making our holiday experience so good. We will be back next June ❤️

Room: Offered room upgrade for £160 on arrival, read previous reviews so was ready for this. People in front seemed to be offered an upgrade for £80?? We refused & went with the standard room. Standard room was ok & not as bad as we feared it was going to be but we luckily got a room at the back of the hotel facing the slides not the street & the building site opposite. Hotel’s standard room was ok for a family of four, the sofa bed was ok for a 13 year old. Internet was good in the room but poor in some communal areas. Only English channels on TV were Sky News & CNN. Room was clean & cleaned regularly. Plenty of towels. Asked for more pillows & got them asap. Ac worked well, easy to use, goes off if you leave the room with the key card, but that’s understandable imo, it would cost the hotel a fortune if left on constantly which means higher holiday costs. Sensible imo. The Muezzin call from the local mosque may wake you up if you are a lighter sleeper. We woke up on the odd occasion (but we had opted to sleep with the balcony door open instead of having the AC running as the room got too cold). If you were around the front of the hotel facing the mosque, it would probably be louder. Food: Food was good & lots of it, bring an open mind & attitude & you will fill your boots. Some staples were served up day after day but also some variety was introduced. Only criticism from me would be the bar cakes at dessert didn’t taste as nice as they looked. The bigger cakes which you take your own slice from were nicer. Outside Hotel: Some chipped tiles around pool, dangerous & slippy, bring aqua shoes. I was injured on the ‘plug hole’ slide, I hit my mouth on the side of the bowl, got cuts to my face and lip. Use with caution would be my advice as you go down it with some gusto though I may just have been unlucky. The two bigger slides nearest to the main hotel building are only open 10-11.50, whereas all the others open 10-11.50 & also 2-4. There wasn’t enough water flow on some slides at times, had to shunt ourselves along. Pool was good. No problems accessing loungers. Eftalia Island: Bus to Eftalia island was regular. Island water park was good, the beach wasn’t picture perfect but it wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be, the foam party (held on Tue & Sat) was a good laugh. Found the Jet2 bar easily enough, but had problems finding snack areas at any other times outside of noon-4pm. Overall, the Island was a nice change of scene from the hotel for a bit. Other general info: Ice creams were only free 2-4, Feasts or Twister Lollies. Would agree with others, Spirits seemed watered down. House wine was ‘ok’ but not great only red, white, not rose offered as stated on menu Burgerland was ok but no soft drinks other than water or hot drinks there. Wouldn’t bother with the patisserie, no cakes were labelled, and they were all the dreaded bar cakes, the server didn’t speak English & it wasn’t self service. Hotel generally was very clean Drink stations plentiful Staff friendly & helpful Lifts slow because of high demand at times. Turkler as an area isn’t the best unless you like lots of shops selling snide gear, there really isn’t much else there of interest so if you get itchy feet & fancy a cheap day out off site and out of Turkler that isn’t an overpriced excursion, I got the dolmus bus both to Alanya & Side on two separate days. You can get the Eftalia Island shuttle bus down to the main road & catch the buses from there in either direction. Cost 40TL from Turkler to Alanya one way per person. You then can catch another dolmus (bus number 4, again from central Alanya up to the Castle to save you walking up the hill or paying for the cable car) & it’s a pleasant enough walk down the hill back into town. To get to Side, the one way, one person cost to Manavgat was 100TL & the bus from Manavgat to Side was 28TL. Bargain imo. Overall, we were happy with the holiday for the price paid for a weeks All Inclusive. Wouldn’t come back though simply because we prefer change to retracing our footsteps.

The room: Was very clean and comfortable. The bed was comfy and when we asked for extra pillows it was no problem and they were brought to the room quickly. It was billed as a large room for a family however it probably could have been a little bigger for the four of us (two adults and two kids, one 9 and one 12). There was a large dresser for cosmetics, chargers etc and a large mirror and stool for getting ready. The wardrobes had space for hanging and shelves and a full length mirror. There were also a few drawers but on the whole I'd say not enough space for a family of four to all unpack into wardrobes and drawers. There was a balcony with two chairs and a low table, and rails for hanging wet clothes / towels at the end of the day. The view from the balcony was a building site on which camels seemed to live over night. The bathroom was again very clean, the shower was lovely. A little small but on the whole there was enough room to get ready. The hotel: Was lovely, spotless and lots of staff always on hand to help with any queries. Reception was a lovely place to sit with a drink, having a bar and a cocktail bar. The bottom floor has the main restaurant and a couple of shops which weren't that much more expensive than out of hotel shops - it cost my son £10 for a (fake obv) Turkey football top sized for a 9 year old. The lifts are very slow so worth taking the stairs if you can. The pools: Were fab, three pools on one side of the hotel for the kids with load of slides and fun to be had. Lots of sunbeds around the pools - we never had any trouble finding four beds to put together. The other side of the pool has a bigger and deeper pool without any slides and is better for just chilling. Again there are lots of sunbeds around the pool. In the middle of the two pool areas is the pool bar where you can get cold soft drinks and alcoholic drinks all day, there's a spring water machine and a coffee machine. Also beside that is the snack bar which is open over the lunch and afternoon times for burgers, chips and other such snacks along with a waffle stand. Trips: We went on a pirate ship trip which was amazing, it was a four and a half hour trip including lunch, swimming in the sea, seeing caves around the shoreline and generally just a lot of fun. The kids loved jumping into the sea from the sides of the ship.

First time in turkey with my 8 year old and WOW the staff are amazing! The cleaners are so good’ they left towel art every day on mine and my daughters bed and a Few of the lifeguards gave my child so much confidence in the pool as she was resilient to go in, she is absolutely gutted that two of them are not on shift today as we are leaving today, my only issue is that it isn’t as close to the island, it’s abit of a walk but they do have a shuttle bus that runs every twenty minutes.. Would I come back? YES

Amazing, first time in Turkey and it never failed to impress me. Food was different everyday and tasty. The staff work so hard keeping the area clean. There's so much to do on site, beers not that good on all inclusive but its cold and refreshing in the heat. Definitely coming back.
