Before I booked this hotel, I must admit I was a little apprehensive as there are some negative reviews but since going, I can only honestly say the negative reviews are really unfair.
We couldn’t be happier.
I think it is important that people understand that you are visiting an area where tourism is the major source of income, so yes, you will be offered “upgrades” as soon as you arrive and you will be asked if you want day trips, spa treatments or cocktails etc but ultimately, people are trying to make a living and from what I purchased, it was often worth it even if you did need to haggle a little to get the best price, for me, this is all part of travelling to Turkey.
My point is, please don’t allow your first interaction to dictate how you feel about the hotel, we said no thank you to the upgrade and I am grateful we did.
We are a large family, 4 children and we found the hotel to be lovely, clean and above all else, exceptionally friendly. Our room was spacious, It was cleaned daily and we were asked several times throughout our stay if everything was ok.
The hotel swimming pools played a large part in our decision to stay at the hotel and we were not disappointed, we have 4 kids across various ages and there was a pool with slides suitable for them all and on top of that there’s an “adult” pool too! The slides are great, well maintained and with multiple life guards ensuring they are safely used, we felt comfortable letting our kids on them over and over again.
Everything you need is in the hotel directly, they have a hairdresser, shop, clothes shop, perfume/ jewellery store and a spa. My wife really enjoyed the spa.
The reviews that really annoyed me in particular were focussed on the food. I have been lucky enough to stay in a few different hotels around the world and few have been better than this. An all inclusive buffet is designed to cater for everyone, from all around the world, so yes, there might be somethings that aren’t to your taste but from what I’ve seen, each member of my family were able to find something every day they were happy with. I found it really varied and tasty and I struggle to believe reviews saying it was cold as there was countless stay continually refreshing the food to ensure it was fresh and hot. The snack bar at this hotel is also a massive plus, between 12&4 they provide burgers, pizza, chips and waffles and a variety of other items including a particularly nice traditional flatbread cooked before your eyes (the meat and cheese was my favourite but my 10 year old had cinnamon sugar every day!)
The desserts are an absolutely fantastic!
The drinks, they are what they are, soft drinks are standard, there are juices for the kids to help themselves too. I didn’t try the wine but other guest told me they loved it. I stuck to Effes which was great and they have a fairly basic spirit coverage (would have been nice to see a rum but you can’t have everything). With 4 kids, we weren’t really there for drinking, but what we had we enjoyed and the bar staff by the adult pool were fantastic and really friendly and were always willing to engage, especially with the kids.
Overall, we were really, really happy and the kids have insisted we go again! I found it a perfect little getaway for families that want to be able to relax, knowing their kids are safe and want everything in one place.
As we went off season, we didn’t expect entertainment but the animators really pulled through and put on a great show! The absolute highlight of our holiday were the “summer gang” children’s animators as they made every effort to ensure everyone (including the adults) were taking part and having fun! The entertainment started ramping up as we were leaving, but the kids disco was great and we managed to take part in lots of different things all thanks to the animators! In particular Ata and Ava, they were both so friendly, helpful and great with the kids! I honestly believe they are the main reason the kids are in such a hurry to come back!

I was there for 10 days with a larger group. the hotel is quite new. The staff was friendly apart from one person who sells cocktails. I can say that he is very rude. I saw him show the middle finger to a child who was on the balcony. You definitely can't relax in this hotel because it is very noisy until late at night. screaming and a fight in the corridor in the middle of the night is the norm and the staff does not respond.
the beach on the island is very dirty and the water in the sea is also very dirty.I will definitely never go back there.

For a reasonably priced all inclusive, I can’t fault the place.
Rooms and communal areas are kept clean and tidy with daily housekeeping.
The pools and slides are fun for all ages with regular entertainment in the day and evenings.
The food is quite varied with something for everyone, whilst it might get a bit repetitive for fussy eaters but that’s not surprising!
Drinks are quite restrictive for all-inclusive, but for the price of the holiday we really couldn’t complain and certainly enjoyed what we got.
Free access to the Eftalia Island is what makes this place worthwhile, beach areas are great, extra water park and outstanding evening entertainment!

Avoid this place at all costs. Never have I been on such a money orientated holiday the second we walked in that hotel we got harassed to upgrade our room for £100 and the reception staff are very unfriendly when we said no. From then on everyday of our 10 day holiday we were just harassed for more money to the point having breakfast we had a waiter coming round asking us to buy a glass of orange juice for 1€ 2 or 3 times whilst trying to eat breakfast. Food everyday was disgusting and no variety which forced us to eat out everyday. Cocktails round the pool aren’t free they charge you 7€ per cocktail this was an all inclusive holiday and we spent £1200 which you should never have to do. And the shop within the hotel avoid at all costs total rip off they take your eyes out plus side hotel rooms and pools very good the staff and food disgusting you couldn’t pay me to go back there or Turkey ever again

Got here at 0200 with 4 kids. after an 18-hour travelling day, I was told to go have breakfast as our room wasn't ready.
We said we didn't want breakfast, how long will it be for the room.
After much laughing in our face, we were told 10 minutes.
An hour later and after being shouted at, we got one key for our room.
One pillow, each and thin ones at that.
Rooms are tired bathroom door (I have spent hours looking at this) was delaminating and was all blown.
Offered us an extra key for £10.
Good start.
The next morning, it was clear it was money orientated.
€2 for an orange juice.
Food was cold or unrecognisable.
Within a few days, we came down with food poisoning. This took 9 days of our holiday with different people having it.
The bathroom is a good size annoying as you can't be sick in the fridge and wee out your bum at the same time.
Evening entertainment is not the best.
Cocktails are €7.
Pushed to try and buy things constantly from tattoos to trips.
Shops on site are extortionate, 2 min walk to one that's a normal price.
Pools are good, but slides turned off for 2 hours in the day and then closed early.
2 slides only on for 2 hours a day.
Lifeguards are dangerous they wistle and shout but spend most of their time smoking and watching phones with headphones on.
Ice cream is only free for 2 hours a day and is hidden away by the spa. After this, it's €3.
Overall, I spent more time in the loo than the pool.
