I recently stayed at Eftalia Splash Resort in Alanya, Turkey, and I can confidently say—this place blew me away! From the moment we arrived, every single staff member—from reception to entertainment to restaurant crew—was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive. You could feel the positive energy everywhere! 🎉 Activities & Entertainment There was so much to do, it felt like a mini paradise. The variety of waterslides was unreal—something for every thrill level, and I loved every second of it. Every night featured a mini disco for the kids followed by jaw-dropping entertainment shows. I mean it—my jaw was literally on the floor with how good they were! 🍽️ Food & Dining The food options were amazing. So many different cuisines and choices that everyone in our group found something they loved. Whether you’re picky or adventurous, you’ll be well-fed and happy. 🏖️ Beach & Shuttle A free shuttle bus ran every 20 minutes to Eftalia Island, just a short 7-minute ride away. It ran until midnight, which was perfect for late-night beach vibes. And the foam party there? Absolutely unforgettable! 🌅 Room & View Our room had a stunning view—waking up to it every morning felt like a dream. Clean, comfortable, and modern. 💧 Room for Improvement The only minor downside was the shower water pressure. It was okay for a quick rinse, but for long-haired folks like me, washing hair took a bit of patience. Hopefully they’ll improve that soon! Honestly, I’ve seen some negative reviews and I have no idea what those people are talking about. It’s like they stayed at a completely different place! From my experience, Eftalia Splash Resort was phenomenal in every way. Don’t let the bad reviews put you off—go experience it for yourself and you’ll see just how amazing it truly is. Some folks clearly don’t know how to appreciate a good thing when they see it! Overall, this resort exceeded expectations. It may be rated 4 stars, but it absolutely deserves 5. I’ll be recommending it to everyone I know—and I’ll definitely be back!

AVOID, PLEASE READ this place had some good aspects but the cons massively outweighed the pros. The slides and pool area were very good and we thoroughly enjoyed them, the rooms were clean and that’s about it. We arrived late at night (10:50pm) and so had to eat at burgerland, it was gross! The food was so greasy and the only option was spaghetti with the blandest tomato sauce ever or burgers that were as dry and thin as anything. We brushed it off and went to our room, we were greeted by floorboards coming up, a broken light, a balcony that faced directly out onto the building work opposite and most importantly a bathroom which absolutely stunk. Reception did not care, you ask for help they give you empty promises. We asked again and again for someone to sort out the unbearable smell and eventually, on our third day of staying, they said they’d ask someone to look at the plumbing as there could be an issue. 5 minutes later the cleaner comes in with some febreze and sprays the room. After this, on our 4th day they moved us rooms. This room was better although underneath it was the bar which was playing loud booming music until 4am, again asked staff when it was going to stop as we had no acknowledgment that this happened and they gave half answers and were completely unbothered and unwilling to help. We were on floor 0 and because they’re are no doors minus the ones on your room, every time someone was speaking it echoed all down the hall and into your room. Children were screaming until the early hours in the morning and running around playing, be aware that sleep isn’t guaranteed here! Also beware the rooms are not as they seem on the photos. They are bland and literally just a mattress on a basic bed with what I can only describe as a towel as a duvet. If you are British like me, you will struggle with the food, there are no proper labels and you never know really what you’re eating. Breakfast options are limited for people from the UK and are not very inclusive considering that a large proportion of guests are from Britain. This holiday was not one for us, it might be for you and your family if you like places like this but if you’re like me and my family, please consider avoiding this tourist trap. This is my first review as I felt sorry for the people who were misled as we were.

Eftalia splash resort is an amazing hotel .i think this is probably the smaller hotel out of the Eftalia group of hotels .but this is just amazing place offering plenty of pools with water slides for all the family .The food on offer is great with plenty of fresh salads and amazing cooked food .we are having a really great time here .house keeping on top of our room leaving lovely displays of towels and flowers on you’re beds .the hotel is really clean and cannot fault this place at all .we would tell anyone to visit this hotel .they even offer shuttle service to Eftalia island but really you don’t even have to bother going there splash has it all .we will definitely be back here even after visiting other hotels in this area this one is the one for us .To all the staff at Eftalia splash keep up you’re astounding work making peoples holiday memory’s the most memorable.Thank you each and every single one of you ❤️👍🏖️🏝️☀️

honestly a lot of the bad reviews untrue personally i don’t find the hotel bad i find the people who stay here bad. for example on multiple occasions there was rotting food left outside peoples rooms such as fruits and cakes etc, one day i walked past on floor 0 and there was so much rotting cakes and watermelon it smelt so bad i couldn’t breathe like vinegar and mold lol. along with moldy breads etc, bins exist. a lot of people not using swim nappies on their babies leaving pools constantly closed due to poo we stayed 2 weeks and would say a pool were shut nearly everyday obviously not all pools just a pool. another thing is some rude families here for some slides you need to get a ring and big families would push in front of kids for a floaty, one time a 40ish year old woman pushed infront of my 12 year old multiple times for a ring. the foods good both kids never went hungry always something there. rooms ended up being good in end booked standard looked nothing like picture ended up paying £130 for a room upgrade which was annoying but the new room we got was perfect not a complaint about it. all staff so nice no complaints about any being rude we had to go front desk few times for broken room keys and locking out the safe etc and they was nice. cleaners good and even leave some cool things like towel swans or hearts and always leave the rooms spotless

Honest opinions matter right !!! Hotel very clean , porters seem to be encouraged to hold out their hand for tip ..tip buckets everywhere ..your choice but if you tip all you’ll run out very quickly…usual tip 2 euros or 200 tl upwards ..rooms if not upgraded reasonable yet stating that 3rd tiled.. rest laminated the laminate needs a definite upgrade like ripping up and starting again ..bathrooms and shower very decent ..well tiled and clean …safe for valuables passports etc ..3 euros a day ..great for kids but be mindful keep your eyes on them at all times many different types of dangers associated with deep water as pools are very close to each other ....entertainment not bad ..usual for a hotel resort ..drink / beer no complaints aint come to drink get what you pay for ,kids club don’t bother ..2 hours in the morning..2 hours in the afternoon..I’m assuming staffing …slides only open part of the day not all day.. kids pool been closed a few times due to what’s been described as a child pooping ../food of plenty great looking with tasty dishes but becomes very repetitive…hotel shopping stores no prices and when you buy very expensive better to take a short trip to the local shop 5 minutes walk .youll thank yourself later ..WiFi only good if your using phone late in evening as it goes on overload during the day overall and it’s only personal ..I’ll give it 7 /10 with room for improvement ..that’s being very generous…
