A Vacation to Remember! The hotel exceeded all expectations! It's an incredibly atmospheric place with great music, plenty of entertainment, and a wide selection of delicious food. Room cleaning was top-notch—always spotless and tidy. The real highlight, though, is the spa center — the true gem of the hotel! Spacious, modern, and filled with a cozy, relaxing ambiance. The range of treatments is truly impressive — from classic massages to more exclusive wellness programs. Special thanks to the spa manager, Benhur — a true professional! He helped me choose the perfect massage, which turned out to be absolutely amazing. I left feeling completely refreshed and in harmony. The entire spa staff is polite, attentive, and caring. It's clear that they love their work and genuinely aim to make every guest’s stay as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend visiting the spa, even if it’s not usually your thing — you definitely won’t regret it!

What can I say about this place apart from it was amazing! We arrived during the early hours to the hotel, not their fault. Reception staff pleasant, the chap asked us about the upgrade of room as we had booked a double room and with 2 teenager lads seemed right to upgrade, we wasn't hassled and at excellent price £10 extra a night we couldn't refuse the offer. Directed to our rooms and the was excellent, rooms clean, and well equipped. Housekeeping is amazing, and we tipped her after the 2 weeks because she had done an amazing job during our stay. Restaurant large and with an excellent variety of foods for all with my lads having either pancakes most mornings and chips of evening so they were happy. Staff cleaned the area regularly and were happy to help or even chat with us. Entertainment staff Potter and Alex kept everybody busy with Pool Gym, Darts, Water Polo, and Air Rifle with tunes being played throughout the day. 3 pools, 1 adult only pool near reception. 2 other pools, one far end of the village with 7 slides to entertain children. Across from the site is Eftalia Island, which opened 15th April with 11 extra waterslides free for everyone with their hotel resort wristbands and drinks at the bar. Other attractions on the island are at cost rides, etc, to keep the family entertained. Shops and markets are also on site, so in theory, you don't need to venture too far from the resort. Offsite pubs and other markets and shops nearby with a Sunday market around the corner where you'll find sellers attempting to hassle you for your money with my lads spending ours. All in all, 5 stars we couldn't fault anything about this place, and we'd recommend it.

Great stay, hotel has everything you may need for family break. We've spent most of our time at the Island part ,great choice of foods, activities and watermark is also great. Hotel staff really friendly and helpful, rooms cleaned daily and up to great standard, probably would rate the interior as more of a 3* Gorgeous food and lots to choose from. I'd just say you have to pay for a lot of 'extras' which aren't an extra at the standard all in option like (cocktails, fruit , ice cream etc ) however if you choose not to you still get plenty of options. Overall great stay and nice resort!

Wow what an amazing holiday. The staff where fantastic, the food was beautiful and was different every day, the pools where amazing the slides where the best we had been too. The entire place was spotless. We all felt safe, our bags by the pool where allways safe to leave. Its perfect for all ages The place is just amazing and we are booking to go back again next year. I literally cried when we had to leave. Absolutely love this place.

Just come back from a 10 night stay at the Eftalia Village.. we had an amazing time. Before we arrived I was reading all the reviews and it was very up and down. Please come to this hotel with an open mind, I think the reviews reflect on different expectations from different people. When We arrived we did get offered a room upgrade for £70 we didn't get there untill the early hours, we just wanted to get our heads down so we refused and said we will look at the room and decide in the morning We didnt upgrade the room was fine. The food- plenty of choice my daughter struggled she isn't as daring as we were to try different foods but the pancakes and chocolate sauce were a big hit. They have themes nights eg. Fish, Turkish ect we never went hungry. The hotel- lovely hotel our room was spotless the walk away to the two pools stunning with gorgeous flowers and trees kept very clean and tidy (people everywhere always cleaning and tidying). The restaurant lovely again very clean food presented beautifully the waiters so pleasant, there is a language barrier but they always tryed to help and understand making an effort to talk to you. The pools- the slide pool very busy but fun the slides open at 10 then closes at 12 till 2 then open back up again the slides are good everyone enjoyed them. The pool bar at the slide pool only serves beer and wine and sofa drinks with the all inclusive. The other pool it's a bigger pool less busy but they do all the pool games in this pool eg water gym, water polo ect. The pool bar here does serve sprites rum gin vodka and whisky. The staff- animation team FANTASTIC GG, Enus, Potter, Mali and haribo were amazing special mention to GG Potter and Enus so friendly always talking to you coming to sit with you talking and having a laugh, they were always so busy getting you involved with all the activities darts, shooting, football ect. They were great and really made our Holiday so fun. The entertainment on a night time was good we enjoyed it and made us laugh. The management staff all really pleasant and polite, reception staff lovely, and as said above restaurant staff very helpful. The life guards don't really do much apart from sit and smoke so if your children aren't strong swimmers then you definitely need to watch them as the life guards don't really do anything. The all inclusive- this is were the reviews confused me and I didn't no what to expected. All restaurant food, snack bar food, beer, wine and sprites (at one of the pool bars are included) they do ice cream at one of the pool bars 2-4. Cocktails you have to pay for from €5 upwards, the freshly squeezed orange juice (in the morning) as you walk into the restaurant you have to pay for there is someone stood there doing it its €1 you don't have to buy it as there is bottled water and other fruit juices available. There is a few little stalls that sell things like ice cream, candy floss, corn pop and corn that you can buy I think they are expensive anything up to €12 my children are older so they wasn't interested but I would expect younger kids may possibly want them. The island- alot busier then the hotel as all the eftalia hotels can use it. There is a tunnel that runs under the road to get to it straight from the hotel we spent and few hours down there on the slides ect but we liked been by the pool in the hotel. We came with jet 2 and on the island there is a few things that jet2 customers can do but we didn't spend much time down there. If you are interested in going on any of the excursions I recommend the open top jeep were you go to fruit gardens visits a cave then end the day by going for something to eat at a restaurant in the water it was amazing so much fun and interesting aswell. It was £30 each but so worth it. I know it's a long review but wanted to get as much information in as possible. I would definitely recommend this hotel for an holiday we had an amazing time and really enjoyed ourselfs the all inclusive is questionable to some people but you get food and drink which is all you need 5* stay for us.
