Just come back from staying there for 10 nights with my family. As others have said, it’s not all inclusive, you have to pay for certain things. I personally struggled as I don’t eat meat. My grandchildren enjoyed themselves in the pools. I treated myself to a Turkish massage which was good, they then recommended that I had another one which I did at the cost of £50. It started well until they used the hot stones which were too hot and I was left with burn marks. I went back to them and they did put some oil onto it and another quick massage. My partner was not pleased with this and we went back to them and said that this is their fault as they have caused burns on my back. We went to see the Doctor twice who put ointment on. We involved the Jet 2 rep who was extremely helpful. The manager of the spa offered us £100 to say that he is extremely sorry for what happened. We did not accept it as we will be taking this further. The only thing that I hope that has not happened is who ever the lady it was who gave me a massage I would not want her to lose her job

Booked with Jet 2, 1 week, 2 adults, 2 teenagers! Arrived at hotel at midnight no food avaliable so went to bed hungry! Room was pretty small so upgraded to 2 bedroom for €70 next day! Rooms were nice, bathroom not so great! This is not all inclusive, you have to pay for cocktails & premium spirits! local spirits avaliable at hotel pool bars and Jet 2 bar on island between 8-11pm! Tasted horrible! Shops are very expensive for snacks at the hotel and island! Recommend going to Migro's much cheaper 5 mins from hotel! Breakfast a bit dire.....don't expect a full English! 1 euro for fresh orange juice! Fruit selection rubbish, salads good! Dinner was much better but get there early as all good stuff goes! Very loud in restaurant so recommend sitting outside! Snacks bar by pool good and food court on island brilliant! Free ice cream between 2-4! Entertainment was ok! Slides at hotel and island my teenagers enjoyed them! Found bottom pool better with some activities but found them a bit dire! Night entertainment at hotel Absolutely rubbish, Recommend going to ampitheatre on island much better! Staff pretty miserable felt like if you didn't tip them didn't want to know! Cleaners were lovely though! Wifi awful, had to buy data package! They have a gym but it was apalling .....broken equipment and dirty! Probably wouldn't come here again tbh and would recommend the other efilia hotels....heard they are much better! Found the all inclusive set up and times for food/drinks weird! Felt like a bit of a cash cow place and really expensive! Was bored at times, not much to see in the area so you would have to do some excursions!

A Vacation to Remember! The hotel exceeded all expectations! It's an incredibly atmospheric place with great music, plenty of entertainment, and a wide selection of delicious food. Room cleaning was top-notch—always spotless and tidy. The real highlight, though, is the spa center — the true gem of the hotel! Spacious, modern, and filled with a cozy, relaxing ambiance. The range of treatments is truly impressive — from classic massages to more exclusive wellness programs. Special thanks to the spa manager, Benhur — a true professional! He helped me choose the perfect massage, which turned out to be absolutely amazing. I left feeling completely refreshed and in harmony. The entire spa staff is polite, attentive, and caring. It's clear that they love their work and genuinely aim to make every guest’s stay as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend visiting the spa, even if it’s not usually your thing — you definitely won’t regret it!

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The pools were a definite highlight—clean and well-maintained—but getting a sunbed was a challenge unless you were up early to reserve one. The hotel is part of a large complex, so expect a bit of walking depending on where your room is located. The food was excellent throughout our stay. There was a wide variety of options catering to all tastes and dietary needs, and the effort from the chefs really stood out. Every meal felt thoughtfully prepared and consistently high in quality. No, you not het a full English and no they do not serve pork. We enjoyed chicken, beef and lamb and it was different and delicious every time. One thing to note is that the majority of the guests during our visit were from Russia and Germany. While the hotel aims to create a welcoming environment for all, the overall atmosphere at times felt less relaxed than we had hoped. This did impact our experience, though of course, this can vary depending on who is staying at the time. The island waterpark was a real highlight—fun, well-organized, and a great addition for families. The onsite shop was convenient but overpriced; however, there are several better-value options just across the field from the hotel, which we found really useful. The basic rooms are on the smaller side and not very well soundproofed, so noise could be an issue, especially at night. Alcohol options were limited, but bottled water and soft drinks were readily available throughout the hotel, which helped in the summer heat. Overall, the hotel offers great food and some excellent amenities, but depending on the time of year and guest mix, the experience may vary.

I was really worried about this holiday as the reviews were very up and down but apart from a few noisy nights because the walls are very thin, I really have nothing to moan about. The hotel is absolutely lovely and they make a real effort to keep it clean. The room we were in was a family room with two separate rooms and it was really spacious with a large balcony. The food (which I read some horror stories about) was amazing! Loads of choice, loads of things being cooked in front of you, like kebabs, pizza, doughnuts. I also read a lot of reviews about it not being “all inclusive” in my opinion I had no problem with what was on offer, we’re not big drinkers so the fact that cocktails weren’t part of the all inclusive wasn’t a big deal breaker for me but it does state everything in the description before booking the hotel so if you want cocktails and ice cream then book a different place. The ice cream is available between 2-4pm in the village and 12-4 on the island. We thought this was completely reasonable. The island is amazing with another Waterpark (although we mainly used the ones in our hotel as it gets quite busy at the island) and lots of things to do, both my children did the zip line which they absolutely loved. You need to walk through an underpass from the hotel to the island and again I’d read so many reviews saying it was awful, to hold your breath, it smells really bad etc etc but it’s none of those, you’re in the underpass for around a minute, if that and it never smelt bad once. Thing’s obviously cost money out there but I never at any point thought the prices were unreasonable. We didn’t really interact with the staff much - some of them seemed really friendly especially the guys round the pool bar and my son absolutely loved one of the lifeguards. All in all we would definitely go back there. It’s very child friendly with loads to do!
