Hard to communicate in English with staff over here. Not recommended for Indian and Asian people. As there no Veg and Vegan food choice. I stayed here for a week and had to eat Vegetables and Potatoes at all time. Employee do discriminate and treats you so differently then there own community peoples.

The food is not at all taken into consideration for all the types specially those who are vegan and vegetarian. It's very tough and exhausting to explain the staff in English and none of them are good at it. Even the welcoming Is not heart warming and we, my family and friends have experienced prejudice and partisanship. The rooms are also not cleaned, no kettle or enough essentialities. Poor communication and client satisfaction.

The rooms are lovely & clean. Has great onsite waterpark & access to island waterpark. The spa onsite is lovely although they are very heavy handed on your back so i would advise you to tell them to be softer if you have back issues.
Pools are great. Onsite shops to buy snacks, also vendors making crepes, ice cream popcorn & candy floss. Theres shops just 5 minuites walk outside the hotel. Selling close shoes etc. The beach is a 10 minute walk and has more shops& bars. Two big things that let this place down is the food it was the worst all inclusive buffet I have ever tasted the food was so bland & tasteless The milk was that watered down it was literally watery milk. Second the people that work here are not very nice at all their abrupt & arrogant. Reception men are abrupt and disegaged. Few are ok but most just are very rude in their overall attitude. The spa ladie was very welcoming and cheery. So if you stay here & like good british tasty food go to Oscars resturant which is 5 minuite walk north from the hotel. Prices are good and the food is delicious. We ate there many a night instead. He also does take away aswell which is greeat if you have just arrived and buffet is closed. Would I stay again no definitely not the staff & the food let the place down.

The food you can’t eat. None of it is that bad and there is not a lot of English food here as it says in the brochure the rooms is very filthy and dirty at the still peoples water bottles and clothing is stained didn’t clean their rooms at all. Also, there was no kettle and you could I have a kettle out as if you’ve got a newborn baby locations okay but very expensive in a taxi or you were walking aids. Very fair to town
