Absolutely amazing place. Couldn't of asked for more from a holiday resort. Staff on village and island went above and beyond their roles. The resort was spotless and food was brilliant,. Something for even the fussiest of eaters. Cleaners made your rooms spotless everyday. Reception helped with any issues we had immediately (ie kids leaving key card in room) didn't want to leave and loved it so much we have booked for next year already.

Spent 7 days with all-inclusive as family of four (8 & 12 years on the kids). Food was ok, but gets boring after few days. Gets very busy during dinner with long queues. Gets very loud in main restaurant. Option to sit outside was preferred. Room was fresh, but poorly isolated and many distracting noises when trying to sleep. Check-in was very slow and they try to sell you an upgrade (at least they did for us), in hindsight I suspect it to be a trick to gey payed for upgrades that they need to do to overbooked double rooms but not confirmed. Gets very crowded and loud around the pools. Plenty of water slides which the kids enjoyed and sea access was good. You go trough a tunnel under the road to access sea, which worked well.

Am i in a different hotel than the reviews. Still her till the end of the week and already wouldn't recommend. Cleaning staff and gardeners really nice but other staff rude. Like no-one knows how to smile. Food pretty awful. Heard so much on reviews about a lady gg but met her few time and she was rude to me and my 3 year old. Hotel extremely, extremely loud, can hear everything in the next rooms. Also WiFi doesn't work at all. Not that this is the hotels fault but most guests were extremely rude also had a few men and woman bang into my child then give her a dirty look , when confronted, none of them spoke English and would just give us a dirty look. Pool areas are good and so is the beach.

We stayed in start of April with my 5 years old son. Room very clean, hotel staff super friendly and helpful. One day we came to pool area and couldn't see free sunbeds, staff member appeal from nowhere and sort us in a minutes. You getting everyday clean, fresh towels for swimming pool. Food was good. My son loves pepperoni pizza and one day there was no pepperoni pizza. Chef Ibrahim was very friendly and made pepperoni Pizza for my son. Waterpark worked from 10:00-12:00/14:00-16:00 probably because of the time of the year. Weather was great, so we could swim in a pool very comfortable. Lifeguard Simon was super friendly with kids, minding them and playing with them. Across the road there are more waterslides/pools and near the beach and you can use all this as part of the all inclusive deal. At the hotel territory available plenty of shops to buy few bits what you would need. Kids disco every night, you can stay local or go across the road and join another kids disco. It was very nice and relaxing stay for us.

Room very clean bed noise Food is very good restaurant is a 5 star . Loads of different swimming pools water slides good for kids . Staff are all friendly apart from bar they try hard to sell you drinks Drinks are ok alcohol is rabish, so buy a few bottles of vodka and JD at the airport lol Beach is full of stones but you have loads of sunbeds. Entertainment is OK. For this hotel to be 5 star needs better drinks . Better beds Improve the beach I would recommend if you have kids it's brilliant great holiday. Thank you
