Absolute horrible hotel to stay at very dated and unclean food not for the English. entertainment for the children are absolutely garbage more interested in entertaining the adults. 2 of our kids have came home with a nasty bacteria skin infection can only be from the pool. I ate 1 meal a day and that was breakfast just about manageable. water slides not manned kids walking in front of them as your coming down resulting I’m me damaging my ligament and cartilage in my knee in order to stop me flattening a little girl this was our second day and ruined the rest of the holiday as I couldn’t walk I wouldn’t even recommend it to them coming over on the dinghy’s in fact we even tried to get a early flight home but non available wouldn’t go back if the offered me 2 week free overall place is a dump the only star and can give is 1 and that’s for the beautiful weather we had

Lovely hotel been here when I was pregnant with my daughter, enjoyed it so wanted to bring her here when she was born. Visited after lots of saving in July and I must say 7years ago was much better. Myself, my 6 year old daughter an her best friend all were really poorly with food poisoning. Was here for 10night and the last week was ruined by us all getting ill and having to get medication etc from the local pharmacy.

It was a mixed experience: some very lovely staff, in fact an excellent work force. You were condemned to eat in a very hot and guarded dining area( you aren't allowed to take your plate of dinner or watermelon topped with cherries beyond the dining area). The beach hurt my feet, hard, wonky and slippery beach. Beside the main servings in the dining area, food and drink were available for nearly 24 hours. Plenty and full of variety.

It’s a nice hotel to spend vacation with your family! Room: Interior and decor is not brand new and modern, but rooms are clean. There is a fridge, a conditioner and a safe in a room. I would not say the safe is really safe, it opens with a key, but it’s a plus that you have it anyway. In the bathroom audibility is brilliant with neighbours :D You can literally chat with a neighbour while cleaning your teeth. If windows lead to the inner yard, it would be very loud in the evening during the evening entertaining program (closing the window does not help). Programs are nice though, so you’ll be able to observe from the balcony, it’s a bright side. Personnel: Reception staff is polite and friendly, they always helped us even when there were some annoying problems. But the cleaning ladies don’t speak English at all, if you have to explain something you’ll need to use a translator. Food: There is a really huge variety of dishes during breakfast, lunch and dinner. I attached a photo with a long table full of different plates - this is only desserts variety. You can also have snacks and drinks during the day in a snack bar and on the beach. Pool and aquapark: Pool is not very large, but there are hundreds of beach chairs around it, so, most of time there is no space to swim, you can just sit in a water, because there are too many people. But this mini aqua park is great! It is fun and there is no line usually. Beach: Located in about 5-7 minutes walking from the hotel. It is totally nice and always clean. It is sandy pebble, so if you don’t like pebbles, probably it could be uncomfortable to approach the sea. There is also a box on the beach providing water sports services where you can enjoy parasailing, water scooter or banana (there is much more options).

Spent 2 weeks at the hotel. Staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Alot of food but it was the same food for the whole 2 weeks. Don't forget those sunbeds, yep, make sure you're up early to claim one. Rooms were very well kept and a short walk to the private beach with as much ice cream as you can eat. All in all, a relaxing 2 week holiday with wall to wall sunshine.
