This resort was fun to be at, staff were friendly and helpful. The location on the peach and the various pools were great to swim in. Food was quick and always good. Never a complaint from our group of 6 about the food/drink service at the resort. The main downside was the maintenance required for the resort and the rooms did not seem top notch. Some older rooms had AC issues, plumbing was less than ideal but always seems to work even at low water pressure. The cleaning staff always changed the AC temperature, seemed to leave the sliding balcony door unlocked after we locked it, and sometimes did not replace towels or pillows during the cleaning. We had to ask for our pillows to be replaced at 10pm and our travel partners had to request towels, water, and minor maintenance. The staff was always positive and wanted to provide a good experience, despite knowing that the building quality was not top notch.

I loved everything in my vacation. Room was very clean, I had everything I need and even more, great view from balcony. All the stuff was very friendly and helpful, really, every single person! Everyone was doing great on their level. For this I would put an extra star) Nature is beautiful, beach is great and everything on territory was extra clean. Food could be a bit better, sometimes was too salty or tasteless, but in general was very good quality of products and lots of choices. Was not so happy with my manicure but problem was fixed and I was satisfied with the solution. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will be happy to come back) Thank you everyone who is working hard everyday to keep us happy during our stay!

So far so good, The Rooms are nice, the beach and pools are beautiful. The Food has not been not to our taste, but there are 4 more choices on the resort. We choose a Mon-Thur vacation so the weekends may be better. It was an hour from the airport. 12/12/2022 In my conclusion I was pleased with the service ALL the people from bar staff to bell men were pleasant and helpful. The things that my wife and I did not like was @Amstar non flexible ability to get us to the airport. We are scheduled to fly back to the states at 7pm and they have us scheduled to go to the airport at 2:30, but we checked out,,🤨 and are in the lobby since 11:30 am. They said that a taxi is 1700 Mexican currency or 100 American currency. Very displeased. Also the food was not to our liking, we ate only fruit, I'm down 3 pounds 😂, funny not funny. We also was not accommodated for the tour that was missed. I don't know if we will be back here.

I just arrived home last night from a 6 day stay. I had an oceanfront view with my son. I loved the resort grounds, all the pools, and the beach access. The staff were all very nice!! I did ask for towels and had an issue with the shower and no one brought towels or came to check out the shower. The food from all the restaurants was terrible from breakfast to dessert. Very disappointing! Also the iced drinks were made with syrup not fresh fruits. I love pina colada’s but they used liquid syrup mixed with ice..smh! For some strange reason all the cups always look dirty..it doesn’t appear that they wash dishes properly. The buffet food was not good. The 4th night after leaving the buffet I developed a terrible stomach ache and diarrhea for 2 days. The only thing I loved was the fruit variety and yogurt. We had to keep the light and exhaust on 24/7 in our bathroom because the bathroom smells like stool without the exhaust being on. I literally almost vomited from the smell! I had a great time otherwise jus couldn’t wait to get home to get some good food..

I just got home from my vacation in the resort and I had the best time of my life. I traveled by myself and I met so many people there that really changed my life. The stuff was very friendly, respectful and helpful. The food was good and the room was clean and nice as well! you can have unlimited drinks and food so for me it was absolutely worth it. I loved the location amazing beach a lot of pools all over the resort. Also there are nice people inside where you can book excursions that are also safe when you travel by yourself. i loved it and I will definitely come back!!
