The worst hotel I have ever been to, by far. I don't even understand how this isn't a 2-star hotel. Facilities: It looks like a large hospital, with corridors lined with rooms that lack effort in decoration. The rooms are devoid of warmth or charm. The entire hotel smells like a foul, gas station perfume detergent. Service: Not very welcoming at all. There is no indication of where to park. I felt like I was almost bothering the staff with my parking request. Food: It's okay if your best food experience has been at a McDonald's. Other than that, it reminded me of the food we used to get in school. Noise levels: I kept waking up from 3 am to 7 am nonstop due to drunk guests. It felt more like a cheap hostel than a 4-star resort. Prices are completely unreasonable for the hotel's quality. They overcharge by at least 50%.

The service from everyone at this resort was top tier. Most importantly I dealt with concierge Mon my entire trip. She help book all the services I needed in advance. Everything that I requested she made happen. Her service was amazing. Without a doubt I will request her again on my next visit. The food was good. Alcohol selection was good. Entertainment was good.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service from Julian at Temptation Resort From the moment we arrived at the buffet, Julian made us feel like VIP guests. His warm smile, attentive service, and genuine hospitality elevated our entire dining experience. He was always quick to make sure our table was clean, our drinks were full, and that we had everything we needed—often anticipating our requests before we even asked. What stood out most was his friendly personality and professionalism. Julian went above and beyond to make sure every visit to the buffet was not just a meal, but an experience. You can tell he truly cares about guests and takes pride in his work. If you visit Temptation Resort, I highly recommend looking for Julian—you’ll be treated to exceptional service that will make your stay even more memorable.

We had a good trip overall. Our butlers, Ivan and Shadia made it even better! We definitely recommend them for butler service. We only wish the other services across the hotel was as good as their overall customer service and care. They worked well together to ensure we were okay during our trip and we truly appreciate it.

What an incredible experience! My friends and I had the pleasure of dining at Sea Flirt in Cancun, and it was truly unforgettable. We were lucky enough to be taken care of by the dynamic trio of Damaris, Jorge, and Israel (Runso). Their service was beyond exceptional. They paid such close attention to detail that they memorized our daily breakfast order—French toast, eggs, guacamole, hash browns, omelets, mimosas, and green juice—after just one visit! It wasn't just about the food, though. They were incredibly hospitable, caring, and funny, making every meal a highlight of our trip. They went above and beyond, not only serving us but also engaging in a wonderful cultural exchange. They were eager to practice their English, and we were just as excited to learn new Spanish phrases. This made our experience even more special and personal. If you're in Cancun, you absolutely have to eat at Sea Flirt and ask for Damaris, Jorge, and Israel. Their incredible service, paired with the delicious food, creates an experience you'll never forget. We will definitely miss them!
