Lydia and Hein are truly outstanding waiters at the pool and beach club. From the moment we arrived, they were warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. They anticipated our needs before we even had to ask and made sure our drinks and food were always perfect and delivered promptly. Their friendly personalities and professional service really elevated our entire experience. Even during busy times, they remained calm, efficient, and genuinely kind. It’s clear they take pride in their work and care about their guests. Thank you, Lydia and Hein, for making our day so enjoyable.

We had a fantastic time at this pool beach club! The atmosphere is beautiful and relaxing, with a clean pool area, great music, and an amazing beach view. It’s the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the day. A special thank you to Lidiya, our waitress, who was incredibly kind and attentive. Last Friday, i visited Areia Pool and Beach and had a pleasant experience. The pool area is comfortable and relaxing, though the food took quite a long time to arrive. Thankfully, a waiter named Laksamana stood out by offering me a refreshment drink while i waited, which made the experience much better. Despite the delay, his excellent service and the cozy atmosphere made my visit memorable, and i would consider coming back!

Rohan: From the moment we arrived, he brought an energy that was next-level. The drinks? Ice-cold, perfectly balanced, and somehow appearing exactly when we were thinking about ordering another. It was like he had a sixth sense for hospitality. Every cocktail came with a smile, a bit of charm, and that effortless confidence that makes you feel like you’re in the best hands possible. And the sun beds? Flawless setup. Towels perfectly arranged, everything spotless, and positioned like he personally negotiated with the sun for optimal rays. We didn’t lift a finger — Rohan anticipated everything before we even had to ask. What truly sets him apart, though, is his attitude. Attentive without hovering. Friendly without being overbearing. Professional but genuinely warm. He made us feel like VIPs all day long. The kind of service that turns a great day into an unforgettable one. If there were awards for legendary poolside service, Rohan would need a bigger trophy cabinet. 11/10
