Really friendly personnel, they were also very helpful. The rooms were excellent and always clean but ours had slight damage at the bathroom door, but it doesn't matter that much. Great location for the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Mall. The food is very good, but not really western. Would definitely come again!

Overall the hotel is well located, wonderful rooms, and even better service. Breakfast was especially amazing. I wanted to thank Vicky and Savior for taking great care of us during our meals. I also want to thank Selene, Nour, Joyce and Francias for also being kind attentive.

The hotel is located in a good area close to Dubai mall and many restaurants are located in this area as well. Room is nice specially the bathroom. A point which need to be mentioned is that the room is missing a window which can be opened. The air in the room need to be circulated and refreshed and this can't be done if there is no ability to open the window. Other than that, all is good in the room. Service is good also and thanks for all staff.

The staff at the hotel is really lovely. We were checked in by Sreya- she gave us a perfect upgrade to celebrate our anniversary and helped us with all she can. I would highly recommend the hotel. The views are lovely and breakfast is truly amazing. Thanks to Pauline as well.
