The staff was incredibly welcoming, especially Samir from Guest Services, who checked on us every single day. We were traveling with a baby, and both the check-in and check-out processes were quick and seamless. We had requested a baby crib in advance, and it was already set up in the bedroom when we arrived. The room was spacious and had a terrace, which was a great bonus. Having a kitchen was also a plus, especially when traveling with a baby, it made everything much easier. The rooftop pool was fantastic, and the gym was spacious and well-equipped, making it very convenient if you enjoy working out in the morning.

I had a fantastic stay at DoubleTree by hilton business bay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Staff were friendly and attentive, and the location was perfect—close to everything I needed. Breakfast was delicious, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. A special thanks to Hostess Sara and Chef Bivina, Rabin, Diwas, Mercy for making my dining experience wonderful. I’d definitely stay here again.

Amazing stay location perfect walking distance to Dubai mall and Burj Khalifa. Service on point and rooms lovely! Breakfast amazing choices and the staff were exceptionally friendly and great! Really went above and beyond to make your breakfast ponderous so impressed with the service I would definitely come back because of the service it makes such a difference. I’m not usually that impressed at breakfast times because it’s a busy time and staff can’t always be there to help and assist but in double tree by Hilton in business bay we’re absolutely brilliant! Special thanks to chef Diwash, chef Rabin, chef Manoj B and chef mercy also Sara Mery Jeni and the management staff they were simply amazing!

You really feel welcomed and well taken care of from the moment you arrive. The room design was equally impressive: modern, tasteful, and thoughtfully arranged. It created a perfect balance between coziness and elegance, making it a place I truly enjoyed spending time in. Another highlight was the spacious bathroom – much larger than what you’d usually expect in a hotel. It was beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and made my stay even more comfortable. All in all, a fantastic experience. I will definitely be coming back!
