My team and I recently hosted a 3-day business event at DoubleTree by Hilton Business Bay in Dubai, and it was an absolute success — largely thanks to this fantastic hotel and its exceptional team! From the start, the banquette service and food blew everyone away. The catering was outstanding in variety, flavor, and presentation. Every meal across the hotel outlets was consistently impressive, proving that excellence here is the norm, not the exception! A huge shout-out to the incredible event staff: Marie, Nasim, and one other wonderful lady whose name I sadly can’t recall. They were simply amazing: flexible, proactive, and calm under pressure. They managed every last-minute request, agenda change, and setup adjustment with a positive attitude and remarkable efficiency, making the entire event run smoothly despite ongoing tweaks. Their professionalism and warmth didn’t go unnoticed by out attendees! I personally also loved the hotel rooms. spacious, spotless, and beautifully equipped. The bathtub was such a treat, and I especially appreciated having one in my room. The bed comfort, cleanliness, and overall room layout were perfect for unwinding after long event days. I also want to highlight Sweta, Manoj, and their entire team for delivering outstanding hospitality and service at every possible opportunity. No matter the hour or request, they always went above and beyond with genuine friendliness and great attention to detail. All in all, DoubleTree Business Bay is a top-tier venue for business travelers and corporate events, offering superb facilities, amazing dining experiences, and a team that truly cares about guest success and satisfaction.

We had an amazing stay here! The service was truly the best — Sweata and Manoj were incredibly welcoming and caring throughout our visit. They even made sure our kids were fed fresh dosa every morning, which meant so much to us. A big thank you to Chef Zshaib for the delicious food and the extra love he put into everything he prepared. Stayed here for 4 nights with my family. The rooms are big and luxurious. Housekeeping does a fantastic job of cleaning the room everyday. We also had dinner at Level P My Square restaurant. The service is top notch with the staff checking in on us, making sure our needs were met. The food is fantastic and is the best we have in Dubai. Special shoutout to Ruth, Pradeep and Jenifer for your warm hospitality. Keep it up Double Tree Hilton!

I really enjoyed my stay at the Hilton. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff made me feel welcome from the start. My room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection, and the pool area was relaxing and well kept. Service throughout the hotel was consistently warm and helpful. Overall, a great experience and excellent value. I would gladly return.

Wonderful Breakfast Experience at Hilton Business Bay I had a lovely breakfast at Hilton in Business Bay, made even better by the attentive and friendly staff. Sara, Sweta, and Jennifer were warm, courteous, and ensured every detail was taken care of with a smile. Chef Saraswati prepared everything to perfection, and Manoj was consistently attentive and professional throughout our meal. The entire team made the morning feel relaxed and enjoyable. It’s refreshing to start the day with such genuine hospitality. A big thank you to all of them for their kindness and professionalism — I’ll definitely be coming back!
