We loved our stay at this hotel. It has that warm, boutique, friendly vibe that makes you feel genuinely looked after. Neha, the receptionist who checked us in, even remembered us the next day and asked if we’d slept well or needed any help – such personal service is rare and really appreciated. The concierge team is lovely too; Narendra helped carry all my luggage all the way out to the main road. This is a no-frills hotel, but you still get a great spread at breakfast – from almost Chinese-style noodles to Western options – and they are relaxed about guests going in and out. The bed is comfortable, though you shouldn’t expect every amenity like toothbrushes to be provided, so bring your own essentials. We had just come from staying at The Palm for three nights and were worried this might feel like a downgrade, but we were pleasantly surprised. The location is also convenient – Dubai Mall is about 1.2 km away, and we even walked back when we couldn’t get a cab. It was very manageable. The only thing I’d improve is the car drop-off area. It’s a bit hard to find a proper spot to stop the car, and I wish the staff at the entrance were a little more cheerful and proactive in helping with arrivals. Overall, a charming, comfortable stay with truly kind staff and great value for the location. Would happily return.

Fantastic hotel experience, enhanced by caring and competant staff. Hotel has an excellent location in a padestrianised area and is within walking distance to Downtown. My room was wonderful with a clear view of Burj Khalifa. Every day it was cleaned meticulously, and with plenty of clean towels. Lovely aroma in the room corridors, indicative of the best hotels. I hope be in Dubai again in February and I am looking forward to a return stay .Special thanks to Brendan, Dolly, Shreya, Bilal and the Duty Managers who really care about the guest experience. Stayed here for 4 nights with my family. The rooms are big and luxurious. Housekeeping does a fantastic job of cleaning the room everyday. We also had dinner at Level P My Square restaurant. The service is top notch with the staff checking in on us, making sure our needs were met. The food is fantastic and is the best we have in Dubai. Special shoutout to Ruth, Pradeep and Jenifer for your warm hospitality. Keep it up Double Tree Hilton!

Excellent experience while traveling with 2 young children. After a long journey, the hotel was able to grant early check in with 1 room so we could rest. They also then accommodated our 2nd room right next to the 1st room. Staff was helpful with setting up taxi service, helping provide recommendations and being courteous throughout our stay. Rooms were clean and spacious and hotel pool was enjoyable. Food was too pricey so we ate elsewhere.

Wonderful Family Stay at DoubleTree by Hilton, Business Bay Dubai! Our stay for 7 days at DoubleTree by Hilton Business Bay Dubai was truly fantastic! We were a family of four, and from the moment we arrived, the hospitality made us feel completely at home. The service throughout our stay was absolutely amazing. A very special mention and heartfelt thanks to Heshma, Sreya, and Neha for going above and beyond to take care of us. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made our experience unforgettable. Especially Heshma – she was incredibly sweet, friendly, and always ready to help with a big smile. She truly made our stay extra special! Overall, we had a wonderful time, and we would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai. Can’t wait to come back!
