Everything was perfect! Our stay was amazing from start to finish. The service, attention to detail, and overall atmosphere made it such a great experience. Everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. A huge thank you to Naila, Rasool, Gladys, Siddik and Kim for being so wonderful — you truly made our visit special! Highly recommend this hotel — absolutely perfect in every way.

The hotel is well located and is within easy reach to the Dubai Mall and restaurants. The hotel was excellent, very clean and with excellent amenaties. Selection of breakfast was excellent. We also had dinner and light snacks. Our room was not cleaned one day, we did mention this and the housekeeping was carried out in a timely mannor there after. The staff are all friendly and attentive and polite. I would definately book this hotel again and reccommend this. I would just like to mention that the TV channel selection is not great. I wish that they had more English speaking channels and have a better selection of films and programmes. Whilst you don't watch much TV, I would hope they have something like SWAT or action police dramas like NCIS or similar.

Had such a great stay here! The room was clean, comfortable, and in perfect condition. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing — especially the egg dishes! So many options and everything was really tasty. Big thanks to Chef Said, Eiza, and Sweta for being so kind and cheerful every morning. They made my mornings even better. Highly recommend this place!

Great Hotel! I had a very nice stay here: breakfast was excellent, the room was nice, and I found housekeeping to be excellent also. I have one minor criticism though: I thought the pillows were terrible! Still worth 5 stars though. It's about a 15-20 min walk to Dubai Mall, and the Burj Khalifa - it looks shorter on a map.
