We stayed at Double Tree Business Bay over New Years and it has been a great experience. The views of Burj Khalifa from the hotel area were awesome. No need to brave the crowds on the street. Also great central location - 20min walk to Dubai Mall. Rooms were spacious, well kept and modern. We stayed with our two young kids. We loved the level 2 pool area. We must have spent at least two hours a day there relaxing and swimming after venturing outside the hotel. We enjoyed the international buffet breakfast each morning. Staff were attentive and helpful there. Special mention to Ei Za. Thanks for the great stay.

The hotel is very good for its price. It has luxury, good service and good food. Basically everything you could ask for. The room fells really luxurious and hygienic. As for the food the breakfast here is the best. Everyday there are many new dishes. I am vegetarian and this is heaven for me. Truly an amazing experience. Sweta was an exceptional server and very polite and kind and very professional. Chef sahas prepared very good food for breakfast that I had never tasted in my life before.

I had a wonderful dining experience at Hilton DoubleTree Business Bay, Dubai. The service truly stood out and made the visit memorable. A special thanks to Pradeep, Ramila, and Ruth, who were incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional throughout the meal. They made sure everything was perfect and were always welcoming with a warm attitude. Compliments as well to Chef Zaman for the delicious food. The dishes were well-prepared, flavorful, and beautifully presented. You can really tell care and skill went into the cooking. Overall, it was an excellent experience with great hospitality, and I would happily recommend this restaurant to others. I look forward to visiting again.

We loved our stay at this hotel. It has that warm, boutique, friendly vibe that makes you feel genuinely looked after. Neha, the receptionist who checked us in, even remembered us the next day and asked if we’d slept well or needed any help – such personal service is rare and really appreciated. The concierge team is lovely too; Narendra helped carry all my luggage all the way out to the main road. This is a no-frills hotel, but you still get a great spread at breakfast – from almost Chinese-style noodles to Western options – and they are relaxed about guests going in and out. The bed is comfortable, though you shouldn’t expect every amenity like toothbrushes to be provided, so bring your own essentials. We had just come from staying at The Palm for three nights and were worried this might feel like a downgrade, but we were pleasantly surprised. The location is also convenient – Dubai Mall is about 1.2 km away, and we even walked back when we couldn’t get a cab. It was very manageable. The only thing I’d improve is the car drop-off area. It’s a bit hard to find a proper spot to stop the car, and I wish the staff at the entrance were a little more cheerful and proactive in helping with arrivals. Overall, a charming, comfortable stay with truly kind staff and great value for the location. Would happily return.

An absolutely wonderful stay! The hotel is beautiful, spotless, and very well maintained. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome and comfortable. The hot breakfast was outstanding — delicious, fresh, and with an impressive variety of cuisines, complemented perfectly by fresh juices. It truly exceeded expectations. The front desk team deserves special praise for being consistently friendly, helpful, and accommodating to every guest’s needs. A special mention to Nuwanthi at the breakfast area — she is incredibly warm, attentive, and truly made our mornings extra special. This hotel clearly understands hospitality at its best. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again!
