My family and I had a very wonderful stay at this hotel recently. It was in a great location, all of the staff was lovely, and the hotel was very clean and well-maintained. We even ran into a familiar staff-member named Mohamed at the hotel’s restaurant, My Square! My family and I recognized Mohamed from another Hilton property, and we were so delighted to see him again at this hotel! It was like running into an old friend and it made our stay there even more special. We would highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed at this DoubleTree during our visit in July 2024. The desert heat was intense, especially for those not accustomed to it. However, the exceptional customer service throughout the hotel, particularly at the DoubleTree, truly enhanced our trip. From the moment we arrived to every meal we enjoyed at the Squares restaurant, the service was top-notch, making our experience even more special despite the heat. The food at the Squares restaurant was delicious, with a wide variety offered daily. I'd also like to recognize some exceptional staff members who made our stay unforgettable: Selene, Sara, and Novi. Thanks as well to the front desk staff and valet for their helpfulness

The hotel is everything you would expect from a Dubai property: spacious, clean, well-maintained. What made the biggest difference for us was the outmost hospitality of the staff. From the front desk, to concierge, restaurant staff and pool attendants, everyone went above and beyond to provide exquisite customer service for me and my family. Even though this is technically a business hotel, I would highly recommend it for families with kids as well.
