The service was courteous and professional, and the entire staff showed a personal approach and willingness to assist with any request. The reception team was especially kind, patient, and highly service-oriented, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the very first moment. The level of cleanliness was very high, both in the rooms and in the public areas. The rooms were clean, well organized, and very comfortable.Especially Kim, Rovshan, mama Naila, Abdellah and Sneji The food was varied, fresh, and very tasty, with attention to quality and presentation. We would be happy to return and highly recommend this hotel to others.

Fantastic place! Everything was top-notch – from the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms to the professional service. The location is very convenient. Delicious food and great hospitality! It’s an extremely pleasant spot. Special thanks to Eiza, Ramila, and Rihan for their excellent service—they were quick, attentive, and always served us with a smile, which made our evening even more enjoyable. The meal, prepared by Manoj, was fresh, incredibly tasty, and perfectly presented. The atmosphere is modern yet cozy at the same time. Definitely worth a visit !

The food was delicious. The employees were so kind. Staff were very attentive and treated us very well. Chef Saed’s poched eggs was delicious, they were the best things in the breakfast. Waitresses Ei Za and Nuwanthi was very polite and friendly. The room was very clean and whenever we asked something from the reception, they brought it immediately. We liked this hotel too much and we are going to come here again when we are in Dubai.

The hotel is great, in an excellent central but quiet location. The staff is kind and pleasant, making a great effort to provide the best service possible. We were upgraded to a large room and enjoyed a spacious room with all the necessary conditions as a family!! The food was delicious and they were very considerate of food allergies. Dear Ramila and Rihan your service was absolutely amazing! They responded to every request and were incredibly kind. One day my son wanted crème brûlée for dessert, and although it wasn’t available that day, they specially prepared it just for him. They recommended great attractions and were simply wonderful overall. They always made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended!
