We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. The service was exceptional throughout our visit. A special thank you to Naila, Rasool, Sreya, and Roushan for their outstanding hospitality. They were all incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. Every request was handled promptly with a smile, and they really went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Nice experience and great location!

We are currently staying at Hilton DoubleTree Business Bay in Dubai and are very satisfied with our experience so far. The reception staff have been friendly and helpful from the start, and everything has been handled professionally and efficiently. Especially during the current situation in Dubai (march 2026), we feel very well supported and taken care of, which we truly appreciate. Breakfast is very good, with plenty of choice and fresh options. A special thanks to Vinginia, Sara, Cindy, Izza and Ruth for their friendly and attentive service each morning. Based on our stay so far, we would definitely recommend this hotel.

My work trip to Israel took an unexpected turn when I had to divert to Dubai from Tel Aviv due to the recent conflict in the Middle East. After a long, exhausting journey and very little sleep, I arrived at the DoubleTree in Business Bay around 6 a.m.—knowing full well that normal check-in isn’t until about 3 p.m. I was tired, stressed, and honestly just hoping for a place to sit down. What happened instead completely turned my trip around. Stateside, DoubleTrees can sometimes be hit or miss, but the DoubleTree in Business Bay was absolutely amazing—honestly nicer than some of the hotels I’ve stayed in in Vegas. The team at the front desk went above and beyond and managed to get me into a suite early so I could rest my tired, travel-beaten soul. That level of kindness after such a chaotic travel situation meant more than they probably realize. The staff across the entire hotel were wonderful—from the front desk, to housekeeping, to the restaurants and cafés. Everyone was warm, professional, and incredibly accommodating despite all the chaos happening in the region at the time. A special shoutout to the “momma” at the front desk who took exceptional care of me during my stay—even bringing me fruit plates and checking in to make sure I was doing okay. That kind of genuine hospitality really stands out. Because of the situation, I had to extend my stay several times, and each time the team handled it smoothly and helped make the process easy. They truly made a stressful situation feel manageable. The hotel itself was fantastic. The pool area is amazing, and the restaurants inside the hotel were excellent. Plus, anything else you want to see or do in Dubai is just a short Uber or taxi ride away. All things considered, what started as a very stressful detour turned into an incredible stay thanks to the people at this hotel. I can’t recommend the DoubleTree Business Bay enough.

Excellent experience at My Square during breakfast (DoubleTree by Hilton - Business Bay). The staff was incredibly welcoming, particularly Nuwanthi, Ruth, and Virgin, who provided seamless service throughout our meal. The food prepared by Chef Said was outstanding. It’s rare to see such a hardworking and coordinated team. And also great staff at bell , specially narendra and Ganesh alsways goes above and beyond for even smallest things, We will definitely be back!"
