This was my 4th visit staying on blue waters. But 1st visiting Delano hotel. From the minute we arrived the service was impeccable. All staff go above and beyond to make your stay that extra special. The reception staff were perfect special mention to Patrick who was exceptional. The management from top to bottom of the hotel can’t do enough to make your stay that extra special. Then a special mention about the breakfast manager Kabir. Who’s a credit to the hotel team. Made your stay that extra special each morning you came down for service. He went above and beyond for myself and mother. All the restaurants are exceptional it’s hard to pick favourite. I recommend you stay at least a week to try all the restaurants they share with their sister hotel Bamyan tree !!! Stay at the hotel was 31/8/25-11/09/25. Already looking for booking next August to return. I highly recommend staying here.

My stay at this hotel in Dubai was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome — always attentive, friendly, and ready to assist with a smile. Special thanks to Jason at the reception. He was incredibly helpful from the moment we arrived — welcoming us making check-in smooth and easy, and even sharing great tips about what to do and see around the city. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the city’s main attractions while still enjoying a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Wilson’s service at the pool was outstanding he was always attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed to fully relax and enjoy our time by the water. His professionalism and warm personality really stood out. I also want to mention Brad, the manager, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. His attention to detail and genuine care for the guests made us feel truly valued. It’s rare to see this level of dedication, and it made all the difference in our experience. The installations are modern, elegant, and impeccably maintained — from the luxurious lobby to the stunning pool area and well-equipped fitness center. Everything feels thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. The food was another highlight: a wide variety of delicious options, with both international dishes and local flavors prepared to perfection. Every meal felt like a treat! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be returning. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Dubai!

The beach is very nice similar to Saadiyat island. The rooms and service are superb. Special thanks to Ms.Daira from front desk as her professionalism and care is reflecting very well on the hotel brand. Also,there is one staff i forgot his name from South Africa that works the main pool desk was very welcoming and helpful. In general all staff and services are excellent. I will definitely come back again.

Thanks Peter at reception. From the moment we walked in, he treated us like more than just guests, especially my pregnant wife, who he went out of his way to make comfortable. We decided to get an upgraded room as it felt like he genuinely wanted us to have the best stay possible. We did not regret it, and the stay has been amazing so far. All the staff have been friendly and helpful too. Patrick was very helpful and ensured we had everything we needed.

Delano Dubai was simply a perfect experience in every way. Service and hospitality are outstanding: the staff is always helpful, friendly, and attentive to every detail. Cleanliness is absolutely impeccable – from the common areas to the rooms, everything is spotless and meticulously maintained. As for the food, the half-board option gives access to several restaurants, all of excellent quality, with well-prepared dishes and courteous, professional staff. The rooms are stunning: spacious, modern, perfectly clean, and equipped with every comfort. Truly a pleasure to come back to every evening. The gym deserves a special mention: very well equipped and always spotless. A big thank you to Tony, the coach, who personally followed me every day as if it were a personal training session. Extremely skilled and kind, he made every workout an enjoyable experience. In summary: a resort that fully deserves 5 out of 5 stars. Everything was fantastic – I’ll definitely be back!
