Brilliant hotel. Right kn the beach. Lovely and clean everywhere. Has everything you need nice and close. (Kids pool, kids club within sight of main pools, beach). The food was incredible! Nice touch being greeted to the restaurant without fail. Staff were awesome, nothing was ever too much trouble for anyone - especially Dimitris on the bar! 👌🍹 Great effort from the entertainment team on the daytime entertainment and the kids disco, evening shows. Rooms were lovely, clean, modern. Very close to airport, directly on flight path, which our 2year old loved - every single time. Usually stopped by 11.30pm. Would highly recommend and will definitely return.

Nice location, away from a lot of the business. Staff is friendly and food is good. If you're a drinker, they got 3 different self-serve wine dispensers, and one beer one. Rooms a fresh and clean. Pool area is nice, and even though people put a towel on the chairs, there is enough for everyone one. It didn't feel like it was packed, and other patrons were friendly. Beach side is very close and has its own chairs. There is a paid shuttle service into old/new town which is cheap (pick-up and drop-off). Only con, the airport is nearby. Closer to the evening and at night, every 30 to 45 mins, a plane takes off. Didn't bother me, may bother others.

Room: We got an upgrade and had a very nice room with an awesome view from the balcony. Room was clean upon arrival and cleaned every day. However, the shower is a bit small, so after showering the bathroom floor was completetly wet each evening. Staff: The staff was very nice, welcoming and often up for a nice chat :) Food and Drinks: The food was good/average with a decent selection. The drinks on the other hand were awful. The mai tai was blue… and the the cocktails were overall too sweet and weak. We ended up going to the beach bar next to the hotel to drink cocktail and beer each evening. The still water served at the poolbar and dinner was also not enjoyable - I believe it was tap water (tasted like poolwater). But they had decent sparkling water. The coffee was also not great (i think it was some kind of instant coffee) Ambient: The music was not our taste but the animation team was giving their best and they were all very nice. Evening shows were good and there was smth else each day. I guess if you have kids the ambience and pool is nice - for us as a couple it was a bit to noisy and overstimulating. Beach: The beach is great if you like windsurfing. Swimming and snorkling is not really enjoyable as the waves a pretty high. The sunbeds at the beach were not the best especially in comparison to the sinbeds at the pool (but these were all taken by latest 8 am and as said at the pool it was very loud and the music was not great) Overall, it was a decent experience - but we were lucky to have a car with which we could escape the hotel from time to time.

Great hotel right next to the beach, the staff was friendly, you can book the bus to the old town from and to the hotel, the food was tasty, nice variety of food, and there is a program each night, room was clean, with promised sea view, only toilet outside should be better handled, good value for money

Hotel was being renovated, beach parasols under construction. Walkway too. No place to wash your feet, after beachvisit, no shower. We were given a room, no seavieuw. But we paid for it. Next day we got another room, so okay. Second entreecard took two days. Certainly no 4 stars. 3 at most. Food was okay, but no 4 stars. Spa and sauna cost extra. Gym was minimum , one multistation, few dumbbells and a few crosstrainers. Area outside, so basicly the town Village was like a war zone. Ruined shops, bad streets, damaged walls. It looked like a post apocalyptic movieset. Still, we enjoyed ourselves. Sunshine, food, Pool, beach, entertainment. Staff was very friendly, they were helpfull. Still, Next time its mallorca again.
