Loved it, Nektarios makes some of the best pizza I've ever had. Meals are varied enough for a week long stay, we chose to go for dinner in town one evening to get some variation, but there is something for everyone every meal. Meal times are sensible and long enough to cater for all, I didn't feel rushed to fit into a small meal window. Breakfast: 0700-1030 Lunch: 1230-1430 Dinner: 1830-2130 Location is perfect for access to the harbour and old town, and collection for excursions was sensible. E.g. 0810 collection for 0900 boat to Symi gave ample time for breakfast. I was all inclusive which was great, a good selection of drinks are available at the main bar and at the pool bar. The pool area is quite small, in peak season it may feel too crowded, but there is a beach 5 minutes walk away. There are sofas in the lobby which were nice to relax on during the cooler afternoons. My balcony was immediately adjacent to another, which was fine, but my neighbour for the first half of my stay was a smoker, so when they were out smoking I had to keep my doors closed as the balconies for neighbouring rooms are very close together. My bathroom did not have an extractor fan nor heated mirror, so it was difficult to use the mirror after a shower, and the shower head was positioned in the centre of the bath with the shower screen and towel rail at one end (see photo). This is a ridiculous setup so it was quite difficult to shower without getting water everywhere, but it was amusing for a week! Aircon in my room had a remote control and worked excellently. The staff are professional and welcoming, I very much enjoyed my stay.

Good, small, quiet hotel if you're looking to explore Rhodes town - location is great. Staff on the reception desk were lovely, really warm on welcome. Would not recommend opting for all inclusive - food selection at lunch/dinner was good however between meals there wasn't much on offer - just crepes. Drinks were okay. Rooms are old and basic (which is okay!) however cleanliness and maintenance a little sub par. Main reception area was maintained very well, though. More staff needed at the pool area as there were always lots of glasses and rubbish left by other guests.

We just spent 6 days in this hotel and we had a great time! It's well located between the beachside and the old town. Everything is within walking distance to the city which is historical and beautiful. We chose this hotel because of the very good reviews we saw, and we are happy we did! As the excellent reviews are true reflection of the hotel. The whole team is fantastic: hard workers, professional and very kind. A special thank you to Zara, Esri, Popi, Anthonis , Maria, Stella, Vaso and their manager from the catering team. Also to John, Aldo, Iléas, Anastasia and the bell boy gentleman who took care of us when we arrived late last Sunday night (I am sorry we didn't catch your name) from the front desk. We felt very welcome and we were taken care of the whole week. Also a big thank you to the cleaning team taking care of the room, it was well maintained and to the team in the kitchen, the food was delicious with a large variety of dishes. I have a food allergy and the chefs kindly took time to check the dishes each time with me. We wish you all the best! Thank you again for your kindness and your smiles. We will be back again. We had an Easter fantastic stay at Petit Palais! From the moment we arrived, the service was seamless - check-in was a breeze, our bags were promptly collected, and the staff even made sure we had lunch sorted right away so we could start relaxing. The dining experience was a particular highlight. Antonis and Maria provided excellent service in the restaurant; they were attentive, professional, and made every meal feel special. The food was exceptional and another highlight was the resident pizza chef - he was talented and the pizza was as good as it gets. Also shoutout to Konstantinos, the junior barman. He was incredibly friendly and helpful, going the extra mile to make sure we had the drinks we needed. It’s rare to find such a dedicated and welcoming team. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for top-tier hospitality!

A very pleasant stay early May at Mitsis Petits Palais. Food was excellent. Waiting staff in restaurant helpful and welcoming. Special shout out to Antonis. Always smiling. A real asset to the hotel. This young man will do well in anything he puts his hand to.Rooms were very spacious and clean. Would definitely come back.
