July 24 - All of the photos and reviews are true. The rooms are really stylish and rustic looking take time to see the visitors room photos - This place is a gem - We (couple) visited in July for 4 nights - it was really hot 35-37C but manageable as I jumped into any sea or pool when I felt too warm - there are plenty of beaches and pools open to all in any area. The staff are absolutely second to none - so humble, kind, helpful, engaging - happy to chat explain and recommend. I cannot say I have had hotel staff service like this for a long while. The food (we were B&B only) was more than adequate the staff polite and fresh eggs or omelettes to your tastes cooked while you wait. It is very very well connected by bus which stops right outside the complex, many routes pass through actually - Pefki /Pefkos (10 mins) and Lindos (15 mins) the other way. Both recommended to be visited as restaurants, bars, scenery, beaches and shopping a plenty. There are further destinations to visit as the buses were modern fully AC’d up and really good efficient. https://www.ktelrodou.gr/lindos-pefki/ €2 per journey - the last bus back to hotel from Pefkos was 10.30pm or Cab was €11 / €9 from Lindos Ensure to take a wander across the road to Navarone bay and you maybe surprised at the views of the cliffs terrain and even mountain goats – bring sea shoes as a really rocky walkout into the warm water – also take a drink in the Lindos Memories hotel outdoor bar area too, the pool area overlooking this beach…amazing. *My only gripe is the hotel management apply a # €150 deposit on check in # we booked via a household big reputable Holiday company and no mention of this at all. Also a €7 per night summer tax charge is additionally administered - but no AC charges are quoted as most do, so I guess this is it.. we waited for a month for the money to be credited back but that was via the charge card policies as it took so long - the hotel say 7-9 days but as per reviews you can clearly see the timelines. I would return here but be prepared for the additional costs as aside from this the hotel is really nice IMO we enjoyed it a lot.

Have just returned from a fabulous week at lindos sun hotel. The hotel itself is very well kept with a beautiful pool area surrounded by pretty plants and flowers. Located just an easy 15 minute walk from lindos Town. Bus stops just outside hotel too with a decent service. Our room, a superior sea view double, was well designed, spacious and clean with a great bathroom. Our balcony had a beautiful view and was also a decent size. Had tea and coffee facilities and toiletries to use as well as air con and a (really noisy) mini fridge. There was a mini bar but we did not purchase as overpriced as all mimi bars are! The rooms were cleaned daily by a really friendly team. The only downsides of the room was limited clothes storage. Just one small wardrobe with 2 drawers at the bottom. Really could have done with a chest of drawers as not enough space to store things properly. Also some road noise. Breakfast was fantastic, had everything you could possibly want and more! Hot/cold options, eggs to order, pastries, cereals, cakes etc. The staff at breakfast deserve a mention as so hard working and pleasant. Think would be better to have self service beverages as sometimes the wait for drinks was too long and seemed an unnecessary pressure on staff. I'd definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again should I return to beautiful Lindos.

This place was fantastic. Everything was well maintained and clean, service was exceptional, the restaurant was very classy and the food great, and the breakfast buffet was exceptional. I was especially impressed with the fact that it was 2 weeks before end of tourist season when normally people would be pretty burned out, but all the staff treated you like you were the first one there. Only areas of improvement would be to introduce memory foam pillows (pillows were hard in all hotels that we stayed in Greece) and to have a coffee and hot water station at breakfasts instead of requiring guests order and wait for each cup. The latter is just unnecessary additional work for staff and unnecessary delay for guests in the morning. Would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful boutique hotel 10 mins walk to Lindos Town. Hotel is immaculate and staff are very friendly and welcoming. Our room 101 was on the top floor which is only accessible by a few flights of stairs. Bus stop to town or further afield is outside the hotel and these run every 25 minutes. Breakfast is fantastic with a great range of hot and cold food. We loved the pool area which has ample sun loungers so no need to get up at stupid o'clock to reserve one. Great hotel however I would recommend a low level room. If you have mobility issues.

the room with the private pools are ok I'm going to be honest they are very small rooms and the best thing about them is the pool . there is very little storage in the rooms and if you both have large suitcases there is just not enough space to unpack them both . the mini fridge has a few very overpriced drinks and snacks in . €3.50 for a Fanta lemon which is going to cost you €1.20 anywhere else . the decor is starting to look a little tired but it's liveable. I would say 3 star not a 4 star hotel . THE STAFF , the cleaning staff are absolutely perfect and very friendly the rooms are cleaned daily and done well the only down side is they start work very early 6:30am they can be heard getting things ready and don't be surprised if by 7am there is someone cleaning your pool . the waiting staff are friendly (some mornings). reception staff we didn't really have a lot to do with until the last day when we wanted to arrange late checkout . this can only be done on the day of departure so that's a little annoying as you just can't plan anything incase there isnt a room available, which is what we were told at first , but the lad on reception had a few words with the manager and sorted another room till 3pm for €30 which helped us out a lot . the a la carte dining is disappointing very limited menu and not particularly good food it's just average and definitely not a la carte and if you are not drinking wine etc they seem to be off with you . location the buffet breakfast has a good selection but often random on the hot counter with green beans , sweetcorn, onion rings , cabbage and other various veg making an appearance probably what's left from the night before . if you can handle people's greed and very unhygienic approach to serving them selves it's ok . I didn't like the fact people were eating while walking around picking things up with there fingers over and over . or coughing into there hands then picking up the serving tongues with the same hand etc that's probably just me being picky . but the greed of some people stuffing food into bags every morning to take away is beyond me . calm down . it's a 20 minute walk into lindos it's a pretty easy walk but be aware on the way back not all the street lights work and the footpaths are uneven and difficult to navigate in pitch black . phone light is a must . overall the hotel is ok we didn't really have any major issues and nothing to really complain about but unfortunately we wouldn't go back , there are better hotels in the area that cost less.
