This hotel was amazing! We stayed here on holiday and it was worth the trip! We didn’t even have to leave the hotel as it was so fun just laying by the pool. When we arrived, we were greeted by the staff and gave a welcome drink which was really tasty. The food there was so good. There are activities on almost all the time to play. There are three pools; a volleyball pool, normal pool and a diamond club pool. We stayed in a Diamond club room which was really nice. Every time our room was cleaned, the staff would refill our fridge with nice drinks. The staff there were making you feel welcome. It was one of the best holidays I’ve been on. I highly recommend staying in this resort!

Reviews are indicative of the experience. The food is mediocre at best. The liquor is better quality than you’d expect. The service is l terrible. We asked to change rooms four times with no luck. The second day the manager said she wanted to meet with us so we assumed it was to get the room change we had requested. We waited on her for over thirty minutes in the lobby - she then told us she had too many people arriving and we could check back the next day. We did again the next day with no response. The party next to us was extremely loud during our stay - yelling, alarms that they wouldn’t turn off, etc. We were also bummed since we called ahead about the room and the occasion. We’ve stayed in a lot of nice and not nice places around the world - it’s disappointing when you pay for nice and it’s not. Not that this should matter, but I’m a Marriott Ambassador member and my partner is Titanium. You’d think they’d care about loyalty of all their members but especially the ones who spend over 100 nights a year in a Marriott. :(. The beach the property sits on is beautiful. Overall, Antigua is beautiful and there are better places to stay.

Stayed at this resort for a week with my friends. Best part out of the whole resort was the beach. The beach is super crystal clear water and amazing. The food was horrible because everyday for breakfast, lunch, and dinner it’s the same thing. There is absolutely no variety of food to choose from. My room was amazing, super clean, and I never had to ask for any items. The bartenders are very friendly. After 10 pm there is nothing to do in the resort everything is dead. Throughout the day there is a vibe team who try to entertain people. Last but not least don’t let the lobby staff fool you they told us we don’t need to make reservations to restaurants first come first serve but when we got there supposedly everything is booked because of diamond club. We saw plenty of tables and the staff refused to seat us down because we were not diamond club members.

The resort was fantastic, also location, how can such a beautiful place fail to train their staff leaders on basic customer service skills. I can’t believe that this resort failed us on basic issues. For 3 days no one came to clean our room, once they did and took the towels we were no longer able to get any more clean face towels, these things are minor and shouldn’t been an issue that takes away the greatest of this experience.

If your looking for a resort that has great food and is fly less  Do not stay at the  Royalton Antigua. I checked in to the resort on July 22, 2024 for my son’s birthday. Upon arrival, we had to wait 2 hours as they had the incorrect check in date. They had Tuesday, July 23, 2024 .. however it should have been Monday, July 22nd so with that we had to wait an extensive amount of time for them to correct the issue. I must say that the resort is one of the worse I have ever stayed at. There was not a huge selection of food to choose from and the area food is literally infested with flies .. When we would try to eat our food the flies swarm at us …. To say the least we lost our appetite. Secondly on July 23, 2024 while walking back from an all white affair I tripped over a light fixture on the floor that I did not see because it was not illuminated . I have never fell so hard in my life, I managed to get up with the assistance of my husband. I went to the nurse she  recommended to go to the hospital to rule out any fracture or sprains. I went to the hospital and I waited three hours until being seen. the high school and Antigua have different rules. It’s based on the level of emergency where person will be seen. You could have sat there for three hours, but if someone comes with a higher emergency, they will see that person before you. They clearly lack doctors and nurses for me to sit there for three hours if beyond absurd. After three hour, they took me to a room that was for medical billing. Asked me if I had insurance and which I did ..they informed me that they did not take, my insurance and so I will need to pay $1000 out-of-pocket. Now had this been an issue that came about which wasn’t affiliated with the resort then I would have paid but the fact that I tripped over something that was a part of their property proves that it should have been solely their fault. After speaking to the manager and not coming to 100% agreement where it would be paid by the resort I ended up coming back.they wanted me to pay half   And  I was not enthused by it. Needles to say my trip was ruined and I was extremely upset. ..

Beautiful hotel with great staff. We checked in on time after 3:00 p.m. however it took over two hours to get our room. It is extremely hot, we had access to beverages and water but could not change out of our clothes to beach wear to cool off in the pool or sea. We got three pieces of chocolate for the room delay. If you ask me, it should have been a room upgrade. The food overall is great; however, Elements breakfast is horrible. Pancakes, and Waffles needs to be made by request instead of sitting out where the are hard and dried out. Oatmeal need to move to individuals packets and instant where you add hot water if needed. Best restaurants is Haven Garden and Insomnia. The food temperature needs to be warmer instead of luck warm. Plates are hot but food is cold as puppy nose. Vibe Team brings the energy and made our trip memorable. Shout out to Ms. Samuel's who's passionate for entertainment shines through. She was very engaging and interactive with the crowd quite a lot.

Review of Royalton Chic Antigua (August 22-26, 2024) Pros: · Pleasurable Island: Antigua is a beautiful island with wonderful people. · Excellent Fitness Center: Clean, friendly staff and great equipment. Cons: 1. Understaffed Resort: The resort is significantly understaffed, leading to a poor experience. 2. Small Rooms: The rooms are small for a Caribbean resort, with bathrooms the size of a closet. 3. Substandard Washcloths: The washcloths are not 100% cotton, feeling like sandpaper, and there is a long wait time for replenishment exceeding an hour. 4. Restaurant Issues: o Several restaurants were consistently closed. o Wait times for meals exceeded 2 hours. o No steaks are included in the all-inclusive menu, except at The Hunter Steakhouse, which seats you outside unless you have the diamond package. o The seafood restaurant charges extra for everything without the diamond package. 5. Entertainment: The entertainment was mediocre, making every day feel like a Monday. 6. Diamond Package: Even with the diamond package, the butler service was subpar, with drink wait times exceeding 2 hours and guests needs not being met. Conclusion: This property, part of the Marriott chain, offers substandard service and overpriced packages and ruined my friend's birthday celebration. For a quality experience, consider other options.

This resort is AMAZING!!!! From the food, to the service, to the cleanliness, everything is top notch. I love how friendly all the staff is, and the location is beautiful. The beach and sunset view is spectacular, and we had a great time getting to know Devon, Kalique, and RiRi from the vibe team. Antonio the water fitness teacher is also friendly and fun and knows how to keep it light, but also a good workout! Thank you for making our honeymoon special Chic Team! We will never forget this trip.

I initially was super excited for my stay at Royalton Chic Antigua. The beautiful resort and great reviews I saw prior to July had me eagerly anticipating a wonderful vacation. The resort itself is stunning, with well-maintained grounds, luxurious amenities, and a picture-perfect beachfront setting. One of the standout aspects of my stay was the incredible staff. From the front desk to the housekeeping team, everyone was friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make guests feel welcome and comfortable. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by several significant issues that detracted from what could have been a perfect vacation. Firstly, I spent the first two days of my trip sick from food poisoning, which was a major setback and certainly not what I had hoped for. The resort frequently ran out of food and top-shelf alcohol. On multiple occasions, popular dishes and beverages were unavailable, leaving guests with limited options. The long wait times for room service and at the resort's restaurants were another major inconvenience. Many guests, including myself, found ourselves having to leave the resort to find food elsewhere due to these delays. It was disheartening to see that the resort was unable to meet the dining needs of its guests in a timely manner. In addition, the on-site transportation was incredibly expensive, and the resort did not allow outside cab drivers to pick up guests, which left me feeling trapped.

This resort is so much fun! The vibe team, especially Kalique and Devon make your stay even better. The water aerobics is also so much fun with Antonio and Elvis. My hubby and I had our honeymoon here and we would definitely be coming back!

Absolutely beautiful! I can not describe how much I loved this place. The beaches were beautiful. The food was great. The folks working there are great. If I had one complaint, it would be the rooms were dated. With being said, we didn't spend that much time in our room. I didn't even turn on the TV. The price wasn't bad considering everything that's offered.

Sandals Antigua is stunningly beautiful, with pristine beach views, water, white sand, and luscious foliage. The big problem with this Sandals location is the service. I'm not sure if it's the people of Antigua who aren't friendly and welcoming, or if it's the Sandals lay-off turmoil that is affecting this location, but you'd be better off in Sandals Royal Bahamian, or Royal Curacao. The starkness of the disdain starts at the very beginning of your visit and lasts all the way through the very last few moments of your time at Sandals. Bahamas and Curacao roll out the red carpet in the most sincerest of ways as soon as you arrive, but in Antigua you will be rebuffed starting at the airport. At check-in they'll give the impression that you are interrupting them, at meals you'll be putting them out by requesting a table, and the wait staff can hardly stand to get through your dinner. in the meantime, the spa staff will ask you (harass you) each and every day to book expensive services, and will walk with you to ask again and again instead of accepting no for an answer. There were far less festive activities than we experienced at the other Sandals, and it was nearly impossible to book dinner reservations. At the pedicure I endured, the technician never said a word to me, and by non-verbals communicated her unhappiness at performing the service. lastly, we booked a cabana because of our cabana experiences at other locations, but the servers came to take only one order, we never saw staff for drinks, and it ended up to be a huge waste of money and a depressing experience. We loved our trip despite the staff, but we won't ever go back. We are strongly rethinking visiting a Sandals in 2025.

On our honeymoon. Absolutely stunning island. Resort is beautiful, staff are great, A few issues with the lack of our honeymoon package, nothing extra was included that you don't already get. Maid service majority of the time fab, occasionally hit & miss. Food fab, drinks good.. when they don't run out. Pools all lovely, beachfront is perfect.

Great location and beach with great views. Grounds are well kept and give a great tropical retreat. Most of the staff very friendly. Only 1 bad experience, Eleanor's for breakfast lost or never turned in our order. After seeing the entire restaurant that had arrived after us served, we asked to check into ours, no reply back and left after an hour. Main pool was awesome, the 2 activity coordinators there were great. Candle light dinner was well worth the extra 200. spa was good. As far as the negative reviews we saw, we didn't experience or they were just areas not of high importance. Never saw a Mosquito. Vendors were on beach, but all friendly and not bothersome. Food quality was just o.k. but for all inclusive it was expected and certainly fine with good service and some variety . We stayed on the beach and while it was starting to show some time, it was clean and gave us the view we were there for. Overall a great experience if you are looking for a Caribbean experience. Probably not so much if you are looking for a modern room to sit in all week.

We stayed for 6 days and had a great time! A truly beautiful place, the grounds, beach and pools are all absolutely perfect and very clean, well maintained. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. We felt the rooms are a bit outdated and the food wasn’t anything overly great, with the exception of Eleanor’s, Mario’s, and Soy. Those were the only restaurants we visited more than once due to the quality. Other places were rather generic, this detail and the okay room made us question whether the price was worth it across the board… Many resident kitty cats at the resort, this was a fun surprise and we loved them all! Snorkeling and spa were both great bonuses that we really enjoyed.

This is a beautiful resort with lovely staff and private beaches. The food in all the restaurants is absolutely delicious, very well impressed. They keep the place spotless clean. It's lovely to lay out on the beach and the staff take your drinks order and deliver to you. The ocean is warm and the pools are refreshing to dip into. Id recommend bringing a few US dollars for tipping although it's not expected of you, it's a nice way to say thank you to the staff for wonderful service. This place really offers a luxurious service. Highly recommended. Tip, bring earplugs for sleep, the crickets are a different level here!!

I must say that I THROUGHLY enjoyed my first and certainly not l stay at Blue Waters Resort. This was also my first solo trip in celebration of a milestone birthday. I had so much fun, the staff were so attentive/sweet/kind/and hospitable that I really didn’t feel alone as a solo traveler. My room was gorgeous, always had whatever I needed, and the front desk were also very knowledgeable to attend to all my needs. I love the views that I was able to see from my room, the gorgeous beach that was just a few steps away, and of course all the delicious food and drinks that sent me over the moon !!!! The resort is very peaceful but still has daily activities to keep you entertained. I could go on forever about how much I love this place but please go see for yourself and book a stay at the Blue Waters Resort. Tell them Sarah sent you 🥰😄😄🫶🏾🫶🏾

Just returned from a 7 day stay at Blue Waters with my family, including four adult children. We stayed in the Cove Penthouse which worked perfectly for our family. We had a private pool, king sized beds, a great covered porch with easy access to resort amenities including pools and beaches, pickleball, yoga, gym and restaurants. Service was impeccable with special call out to our concierge, Nicole. We chartered a power boat to cruise the coastline and had an awesome captain Danny and first mate Rocky. Few resorts earn our 5 star rating and intention to return Highly recommend!

The service at the Blue Waters is exceptional, this includes the restaurants, bars and housekeeping. May I thank Karen who welcomed us when we arrived and checked up on us during our stay, Lauren, Tremaine, Stephan and Juliet who were simply amazing. Unfortunately, there were areas of the beach which require more cleaning. I was very frustrated that in our 7 night stay, families were waking up early, I heard before 6am and placing towels on the sunloungers for their entire family. After our breakfast, my sister and I could never find a spot on the beach or near the pools. This was very disappointing, as a result it is very unlikely we will return. This is such a shame as we enjoyed most of the food, the staff and the entertainment. This resort is definitely more geared for families with children.

I don’t think this is a 5 star hotel in my opinion. The Pros: staff is incredibly nice, scenery on the resort is beautiful. Cons: food is awful! My husband ended up getting food poisoning, but the other nights we weren’t impressed either. I think food is huge as it relates to a high end hotel so overall was quite disappointed. We will not be returning.

Again, what an amazing week spent with u all. I am going to start with Milton who is always smiling when he greets u at the doorsteps…he says, “the least amount of muscle is used when smiling!” To Smiling Dion who was always eager to help us. Shawnley(one of my favorites) checked up on us every time we were passing by and when we would have a question! Marlon at the Bar, thank you for introducing the local Rum. Juma, who would be there to help my Mom with the Golf Cart-thank you so much. Shannoy Roberts, who personally making sure we had the hammock at our suite and a bowl for the feet before entering our rooms, and also being there for my Mom with a golf cart, the whole team at the water sport; my boys had the best time! My boys enjoyed variety of water sports thanks to them. You were the best! Chef Kumar—-always went over and beyond for us. We had dietary restrictions and he really listened to us and took care of us during our stay. Michael from the restaurant was always trying his best to accommodate our party of 8 plus the baby! We didn’t have to wait much and always ended up with a table with a great view. Hilmi—she tries to be there everyday before her 6am shift, and works non stop with a beautiful smile..always greets whenever she sees me! Jody, you’re an event planning star, very genuine and personable.. we wish you all the very best as you close out the season. Looking forward to our next visit there. We truly fell in love with the place and all of you guys. Such genuine staff. Andrew Hedley, you and your staff made our week in Antigua a very memorable one. Thank you for your hospitality and taking care of all our needs.

Rooms were excellent, beautifully situated right next to the beach. Location very good, with beautifully kept gardens. The opportunities to hire a boat or go snorkeling were prohibitively expensive and totally unreasonable in price.The staff are lovely but communication at all levels is very hit and miss. Service we paid for would come one day but not the next. The Italian restaurant by the pool was really poor. I don't think the chef had any idea of what Italian food might look like.When I complained about my meal I was met with complete indifference. I think the management needs to get a grip and turn a potentially lovely resort into a great one.

The staff at the resort were fantastic. Jamol, Georgier were exceptional and really made my kids feel at home. The beach is magical. Everyone is kind. The kids club was engaging for my kids (3,5). There are sand toys available at the beach so need to bring them. Nice mix of adult and kids amenities, but not saturated in kids focused stuff where it’s overwhelming or in your face. I would come back. Love the vibe of the people at the resort and the whole island.

A total dive where few things work, noisy as can be, biting bugs in mattress I'm still trying to recover from. Very run down cottage (we stayed at Spice). Think Marco is planning on selling it to some big developer, so does not give a hoot about this place. Seriously, look elsewhere. Think the good reviews are all paid. My review is real.

Beautiful Caribbean style cottages with a breathtaking sea view and constant gentle breeze. The host is kind and helpful. Bath toiletries and kitchen items are provided. If you're cooking, you only need to purchase food ingredients, as a variety of seasonings, olive oil, vinegar, tea, coffee, even paper towels are on hand. The host's attention to detail is phenomenal. Be prepared to walk up a steep driveway and several steps, but that's just the added benefit of exercise. A recommended stay!

Back again once again at the Cottages, I believe for our 5th visit to the beautiful island of Antigua. Always a consistent experience; a well-kept and -appointed, somewhat secluded spot. The beauty of the location is it's only minutes from the port area of St. John's, so you're not far from things you need. Car optional if you don't mind a bit of walking and/or using public transit. Galley Bay Beach was red-flagged every day this time, and there are no lounge chairs to use, so hint: bring a hammock! Marco takes great care of us time and time again.

It's literally an easy 5 minute walk to our 2nd favorite beach on Antigua. If you are looking for a five-star resort, then this is not your place. If you are seaking out a secluded place that is 15 minutes from St. Jonh's then tis is not to be missed!

We come to these cottages year after year. The beach is a 5 minute hike but I'd rather sit in my private tropical paradise anyway. Well appointed kitchen so we cook our own breakfasts and some dinners. We have stayed in them all. Spice this year. Propane bbq for grilling. Decent grocery store 10 minutes away so you don't have to drive in the hell of St. John's!

I have never done a review but this place made me want to leave one. My wife and I spent our honeymoon here for 7 days and loved every second of it. If you are wanting a quiet, relaxing, and romantic vacation you have to come here. It is obvious that the resort is gorgeous but I want to talk about the staff. The whole entire staff is amazing, in the 7 days here I left feeling like I’ve known them for years. When we first got to the resort we had an issue regarding the villas and the manager of the resort, Mrs Alex made sure that she did everything in her power to give us the honeymoon of our dreams. She genuinely cared if we had a great time. Troy, the manager of the lighthouse restaurant was outstanding. He was so fun but so professional at the same time, truly was fine dining. We would look forward to seeing Troy every night because he’s the man! The food that they make at this restaurant is the best food that my wife and I have ever had. You would never think an all inclusive resort would have true 5 star dining. Leon, our ambassador was the nicest, most respectful, attentive, and fun guy ever. REQUEST HIM. Tevon, the water sports attendant, is awesome. First day he taught me how to use the hobie cat sail boat and after a 20 minute lesson from him I was sailing around the cove all week by myself. He is awesome and truly wants to teach people new things that they might not have access too back home! The other water sports attendant, can’t remember his name but he was amazing too. Jayden, Chelsea, and Zachri who are 3 of the beach/pool servers were amazing and made sure we were always taken care of. They were so good to us and so hard working in the crazy heat. It is obvious that this resort is gorgeous and everything you dream of in a vacation. But I think the staff is what truly makes a place special and they did exactly that for us. We want to go back just to see all of them again! Tell all of them Collin & Bailie from Jacksonville said hi when you go!

Amazing! The three Ambassadors provided a very unique, welcomed, and refreshing level of service. Kenya, Darrel, and Leon are all rockstars! This was an amazing experience and the entire Hammock Cove team delivered a remarkably positive experience which directly contributed to the success of the vacation. Highly recommend!!

Loved this resort !! My husband and I came here to celebrate our two year anniversary and we had the best time ! The only reason why I didn’t give this resort 5 stars is because I was expecting more hammocks around the property and I was hoping the pool was heated. We also had a slight hiccup with our gazebo dinner where it was missing a course and our chef wasn’t made aware of us not eating pork and was brought out a pork dish. The resort did offer a discount which was fine! Also we booked the boat tour, but the staff wasn’t made aware of us coming till we got there at 8:45 so they had to quickly make us lunch which also ended up having pork and we weren’t able to eat. Overall The beach is absolutely beautiful! The staff was 10/10! The light house restaurant was right across our villa and the food was Spectacular!! We were a 3 minute walk from devils bridge so that was amazing to see! The property so beautiful and well kept! There is also water sports available on the property!! Loved this resort ! And would return with the family! Oh our room also had the best bathroom!!! The shower was huge and they had a wonderful vanity so I could get ready. We also loved the game room and rum Tasting bar which had some great games to play after our evening was over! NOT TO MENTION THE SPA is to die for, Marilyn and Elizabeth gave me and my husband a massage one day, a wrap a massage a facial, a scrub, head massage the next, and a 90 Minute the following day !! To say the least we loved their expertise in massage skills!!

My husband and I spent our Honeymoon at Hammock Cove (7 days). It was absolutly amazing! The staff was phenominal and so inviting! Everything about this resort was top tier and definitly worth the price! We can't wait to go back! If you are looking for seclution, comfort, beautiful views, amazing food, and overall a good time... This is the place!

We had an amazing stay at Hammock Cove. We stayed 9 days, 8 nights. It's definitely on the pricier side with the inclusive fee, but we loved our stay. This property boasts 40-something villas each with private plunge pools. There are two types: waterfront (closest to the water) and waterview. There is food availability 24/7 and room service. There are 2 restaurants and several bars.  Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. There is wifi throughout the resort. Everyday, we would hit the gym, have room-service breakfast, use some type of water feature (main pool, beach, private villa plunge pool), play pickleball, and eat dinner. One day we did one excursion: the stingray and tortoise encounters. There are others we did not do, like the jeep safaris, calypso cat boat charters, etc. GYM The gym is one of the best gyms we've ever been to at a vacation resort. All the equipment is new. There are machines for chest, back, legs, arms, free weights, benches, a cable machine, treadmills, bikes, and a rower. We used the gym every morning. It's air conditioned. Plenty of water and towels. It's next to the Spa, which we didn't use, but has a lot of treatments, such as facials and massages. It's also next to the gift shop, which we also did not use. Beach The beach is very beautiful. At first it seems small, but there is plenty of room and never felt busy even though the hotel was quite full (likely since a lot of guests use the main pool and private villa pools). The ones who work on the beach are super nice and make sure you have water as well as drinks or food brought to your beach chairs. Julio is the absolute best!!!! What a hard worker, we loved him; he was always so cheerful and nice. Also great are Tashawna, Natalia, Chelsea, Eric, Tevin, Nashila, Hector, and others whose names I am forgetting (I apologize, but everyone was great!). They also service the main pool area and make sure you have water, food and drinks to order.Activities include taking a ride on the hobie cat, kayaking, paddleboarding, swimming, lounging on a circular raft (your drinks can be brought to you on the water!!), swimming, snorkeling.The beach also does some food activities at noon, such as oysters & bubbles, caviar & bubbles, seafood grill, BBQ, and others. Pool The main pool is a 3-tier infinity pool with several areas to lounge in. Plenty of towels. The water is so refreshing and the view is spectacular. The aforementioned individuals service the pool too. The pool itself is just stunning PickleballThere are 2 pickleball courts. We would play around 5 pm when the sun would not touch the courts. It was definitely a fun time. Cons Our room looked directly at the Verandah, the sister property. I presume the better view is near the Hammock Cove beach or closer to the Devil's Bridge area. Sometimes the Verandah had loud music at night. In between the 2 facilities, there is construction ongoing, which was loud during the day.I would have liked more snacks/foods for the minibar rather than just nuts. We have stayed at other similar resorts such as Nayara in Costa Rica which has similar villas and had a ton of snacks. However, Nayara isn't all-inclusive so I guess the upside is you can always order a light bite to the room at Hammock Cove. Overall: will go back!

We are Miami based and have traveled all over the Caribbean to over 22 islands and 30 hotels over the past 10 years and have found a home with Hodges Bay. Finally, we have found a permanent fixture for an annual 3-4 day escape. The resort is absolutely beautiful, and the rooms are clean and have ample space compared to most resorts. What I appreciate is the service level and attention to detail that we receive at Hodges Bay compared to other properties - you can just tell they are better managed. The food is great and we loved the breakfast to start each day. The ocean view room was stunning, waking up to that view each day makes it worth it. Prickly Pear is a must for a beach day escape.....and snorkeling is incredible with tons of aquatic life. Our friends use us to recommend places all over the Caribbean and Hodges Bay is our go to recommendation that has won over dozens of our close friends.

I like some of the nice functional areas of this resort, thx mainly pool looks newly rebuilt and is fabulous, the beach bar with the pier and infinity pool is amazing on the day and night. What let it down for us is the lack of consistency with the service, reception was always helpful and had smile, while the man who seats you and "greets" you in the main restaurant needs a lesson in customer service and attitude, you can see why the restaurant is mainly empty. We had one very poor breakfast and went elsewhere after that. He pays more attention to his dreadlocks. Annoying the elevator doesn't work and hasn't got quite a while hear, not great with suitcases however they do offer assistance to be fair. A mixed bag really but overall a nice place and would stay again.

The rooms are overpriced. The facility is showing its signs of wear. I couldn't sleep the first night because my room had a door to an adjoining room which was not soundproofed. I could literally hear a spoon drop. Even though they moved me to a better room the next night, I was given no credit for my awful night the first night I was there. When I ask them for some adjustment to the first night, they basically thought it was a joke. The personnel are nice there, and they do try to take care of you.

Stunning property and great hotel service team. Beach was beautiful and kept Godly clean. Room was spacious and extremely comfortable. Food is expensive, but that's a captive audience for you. Dinner and breakfast were very good. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat !
