The resort is gorgeous. The location is wonderful, great beach with clear pristine water, wonderful atmosphere and clean pools. My friends and I booked a reservation for a day pass almost 5 days in advance only to get there and find out that they never made a reservation under our names. The front desk employee was great. She was extremely patient and managed to fix our issue. However, every other employee at the resort was rude and the service was terrible. The employees at the bar were rude and didn’t want to make us our drinks, told us they ran out of straws and the drinks we wanted, but we saw other guests with the same exact drinks and straws when they ordered after us. At Score, the sports bar, we were seated for almost 10-15 minutes and then went to the bar and asked for it. They never handed us one. Again, there were other guests who got their menu immediately upon entry. We were really excited for a nice time, but were incredibly disappointed in the service and how we were treated when we paid a hefty amount. Not sure if we’ll be visiting again, but for what it’s worth, the resort itself was very pretty.

The resort was fantastic! Everything was clean, safe, and the workers were welcoming! The rooms were clean, updated, and spacious. The pools, beaches, and watersports were 10/10. The food was great at the Caribbean and Italian restaurants and the buffets but the steak house came up short. Most of the drinks were good. We did not do diamond club and did not see a huge advantage while on the resort.

I’d start off by saying that CANDIA IS THE ONLY REASON THIS RESORT GOT 4 stars. At first glance the resort can do with upgrading since it’s considered a 5 start hotel. The reception staff especially safiya or sopfiya was terrible, kept rolling her eyes, shocking they didn’t get stuck even laughed at us along with a pregnant worker in reception named tenisha at our frustration,Very rude. Onekia tried her best to help but still had the most horrible check in experience ever. Keys didn’t work, wrong room given the fully accessed our room by 7:30pm. Scores male bartenders at night were racist and sexist hated serving men, jeston is one name I remembered, the bar closes 2am but stopped drinks at 1:30am. Raquel and Shaniceia or Shanice as they call her, were terrible waiters, once reported complaints Shanice was pleasant and Raquel still shady but ok. The male bartenders at the beach bar sexist and racist as well. The female bar tender was excellent. The Caribbean restaurant was a horrid experience served me buffet food thinking I wouldn’t know. On to the positives. The beach was amazing, the rooms turned out to be ok. Reserving restaurants on the app was simple and successful. Wi-Fi worked great. I was able to eat at all restaurants I realized at the steak house if you don’t complain they will serve you crap. The steak I initially got was small like a leaf when I complained I got a juicy awesome steak, buffet was good just the staff behind the stations need to be happy to help. The activities were ok tho the guys from the vibe team were sexist only interacted with the females. The female dj was excellent and was very inclusive. The staff that made my trip memorable were, tenisha the pregnant receptionist (although she laughed at us with saffiya earlier) she eventually helped us access our rooms once saffiya was gone. Mandy excellent service,Khadijah was very helpful and nice to me but one time she was walking with Raquel the same waiter who had terrible attitude and she moved a bit cold but nothing too bad. Natasha s, rasheena, the facilities manager were awesome, jerimiah was accommodating and very kind, but the one person who stood out the most was CANDIA that woman had not a pinch of racism which we experienced a lot from staff, her professionalism and friendliness was top notch, she was like a mother to us, she definitely made our trip a total highlight and the reason why I gave 4 stars. I was initially going to give 3 but just remembering how pleasant she was changed my mind. The resort has potential to live up to being 5 stars but the workers have a huge part of that ratting due to favoritism, racism and sexist.

I visited this resort for a wedding and truly had a wonderful time celebrating with the wedding party and guests. However, when it comes to the resort itself, my experience fell short compared to other all-inclusive resorts I’ve stayed at. First and foremost, **customer service is everything**. While no resort is perfect, exceptional service can make up for a lot—and unfortunately, that was lacking here. I observed that staff seemed to treat certain guests more favorably, particularly those they assumed had money. Sadly, this often translated to white guests receiving quicker and kinder service. Not all staff were unfriendly, but overall, the warm hospitality I expected was inconsistent at best. **Room service**, which was included in my package, was unreliable. On several occasions, I placed orders that never arrived, and I wasn’t the only one—multiple guests shared similar frustrations. **Cleanliness and maintenance** were also concerns. Many of us noticed a strong smell of mildew throughout the property, particularly in the rooms (photos attached). Lastly, while the bride and groom chose a wedding package expecting a beautiful experience, weather conditions forced the ceremony and cocktail hour indoors. Unfortunately, the backup location was not prepared to accommodate guests comfortably. The reception space was extremely hot and humid, and the cocktail hour was held in a cramped hallway, which felt more like an afterthought than a proper venue. For the most part, I enjoyed Antigua but will not be back to this resort.

We stay right now at room 10616 and we are currently staying at this hotel based on a strong recommendation from a good friend of ours. At first glance, we really liked the hotel. However, during our first two nights, our neighbors were extremely disruptive. They were drunk, slamming doors, and shouting. Our children couldn’t sleep for several nights. We called security multiple times, but no action was taken. A few days later, when we once again approached the front desk, they told us everything was fine and that the issue had been resolved — those guests had finished their stay and checked out. But up until that point, nothing had been done. We paid good money to stay at this hotel and relax, but we were shocked by how the staff handled the situation. Therefore, we do not recommend this hotel to anyone, as they show a complete lack of care for their guests.we reported this hotel to Expedia and our federal service,maybe they will change something on future for people who trust this pro
