This was my third Sandals resort to visit and I absolutely loved it! The drive from the airport is only about 15-20 minutes, which is a huge perk. I stayed in the Mediterranean walkout club level room and really liked it. It was clean and in a great location. I do think the bed and pillows could be more comfortable. Overall the staff was extremely nice! Other than the occasional not so friendly person, I thought they were really welcoming. The diving was okay. The dive boat is on site, so that’s nice! And the dive team is really great! I thought that the food was very good! There are several options for each meal. I didn’t have any problems getting reservations. There are 3 restaurants that require reservations and all of the others do not. The beach is GORGEOUS! I would definitely come here again!

What a place. Antigua was amazing, but the people are what set it apart from everywhere else. It's just stunning. We met a wonderful bartender named Joy. She was so attentive and made us feel at complete ease as soon as she spoke to us. All the staff were happy to speak with you and offer advice on where they loved and places they loved to visit on the island. The cleanliness of the rooms and hotel were second to none. We will be back!

We had a great vacation. The island is beautiful. The service is excellent and everyone is so sweet and accommodating. Plenty of activities- snorkeling, driving, tours, beaches, pools, bars, and nightly entertainment. We went over to St.John's, by cab, explored the town, and saw the old cathedral. We never felt unsafe. As expected the tourist spots and merchandise were very expensive compared to our home but it is on a resort island. Loved the views and the weather.

Pros: Beautiful resort. Easily walkable. The employees were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were cleaned and restocked timely. Communication on changes, issues etc was great! A simple note put under door so that guests were aware. Cons: The only things “marked” on this resort are the restaurants. When an event was at (example) a certain lawn, stage, pool etc, there is no way of knowing where that is. The map does not have them named either! A simple street type sign, plaque or anything at each area that holds events would be extremely helpful. Butler service…. Great to offer this but, there should be signs at the pool or beach that after a certain time, if your spot has not been claimed, it’s open to anyone. It’s ridiculous to be wandering the pool in the afternoon and have no where to sit while chairs and umbrellas are still set up and unused since 6 am.

We love Sandals. I’ve been to several locations and the best part is the wonderful staff. Our butlers, Karen, Neil and trainee Kurt were all fantastic. I wish I would have thought to write down every name of the wonderful bartender and culinary staff, but we were focused on each other. Yes the room we stayed in could use a bit of updating however it was very clean and well supplied. We don't focus on the trivial things. We were there for connection and relaxation, mission accomplished. The restaurants were lovely and the grounds were immaculate. We will definitely return, after we visit every other Sandals resort.
