Had a wonderful stress free week here. Staff all friendly and helpful. Room spacious and well appointed, with our own lounge and garden areas. Food was high quality and plentiful. Loved the two themed restaurants we tried. Big shout out to Steve and his big personality at the pool bar! After a difficult few weeks in our lives this was a perfect reset

Cannot fault the place. Came with our 1 year old for a wedding and it was fantastic. Nice and clean, very nice rooms, lots of little details to make looking after a little one so much easier. Staff always friendly n helpful. Food was very nice with a great selection. Highly recommend!

Can't recommend this hotel enough. Booking sunbeds is genius. So much variety in food. Outdoor dining is so relaxing. Pool always clean and easily large enough for the hotel's capacity.

All inclusive is amazing, with milkshake, ice-creams, hot and cold drinks, including bottled water. Snacks are varied too.
Top notch entertainment in the evenings.
The only frustration we had, was booking in to the specialist restaurants was almost impossible.
Overall, a sublime experience!
North “Northeast”
Thanks to the entire hotel team, it was a fantastic holiday for us. After 17 years, we fulfilled our dream of a subsequent honeymoon because at this point our son was already on his way to seeing the light of day. Our expectations were far exceeded thanks to your great service staff. Our special thanks go to our chambermaid Güzide and the pool service lady Veronica and of course everyone else who treated us with so much warmth. We hope we can enjoy this experience again. Until then, keep it up and we wish you best wishes.

We booked this holiday as our friends we’re getting married here, and it also fell on our 10yr wedding anniversary, when booking we was expecting a 5* like advertised…. when we arrived we was very disappointed, I wouldn’t unfortunately say it was only about a 3* the room was dated at Olympic bay compared to the main resort, cleanliness wasn’t 5* either.. the bed wasn’t changed once, there was 7 day old moldy fruit & sandwich left in the fridge, floors wasn’t mopped in fact I would say all the cleaner did was make the bed & empty the bin, we had NO running water the 1st day then cold water the 2nd day, didn’t get a hot shower till day 3,
Besides from that the staff was lovely and so helpful, the positives are pool side service at Olympic bay and it was nice a quiet and chilled place to stay when we needed that little break from the rest of the group staying in the main resort.
Also a positive at the main resort, they was allocated sun beds so there was no rushing for sunbeds and they put everyone together, which is a really good idea.
Wedding day was stunning, views was stunning, food was good with lots of options.
All in all we would possibly come back with our family but to the main resort.
