Perfect location. Amazing ability/ local dishes and exotic fruits in delicious breakfast. Great service, friendly & professional Staff. And finally, a particularly wonderful beach with clear Mediterranean water. Summary: good value for the money, really :).

The hotel location is gorgeous - the facilities are fantastic and service is superb. The staff is helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet has variety and is very nice - please don’t miss it.
The rooms are slightly small but nice. I feel for a 5 star hotel the room could have looked better also for the price paid I found the hotel slightly expensive.
The only issue I faced was that I arrived earlier than check-in time from a long-ish flight, the waiting line in reception for check-in took longer than expected, however the hotel compensated me by allowing me to check-in as soon as the room was ready, that made a difference to me personally.
Access to the beach is through a shuttle or walking and it’s very convenient.
The pool is beautiful too. I would come back to this hotel again and again.

Absolutely disappointing and misleading, Not Even Close to a five-star experience
I recently endured a miserable two-night stay at this hotel, which was falsely advertised as a five-star establishment. The reality was far from it, leaving me feeling cheated and frustrated.
The rooms were utterly basic, with an all-white decor that highlighted the disgusting discolouration on the furniture. The lack of direct beach access was a major inconvenience, forcing us to trek 300 steps down to a crowded public beach with no amenities. Forget about reserving beds or enjoying food and drink service; the beach was overrun from morning till night.
The return trip to the hotel was equally frustrating. As we had to rely on an unreliable golf cart shuttle that rarely ran on schedule, we had to walk 300 steps back up. The hotel staff was unhelpful and seemed indifferent to our concerns.
We ended up having to drive to other public beaches or pay to use the private beach at the Grecian Bay Hotel, which was also a mediocre experience. The whole situation felt like a bait-and-switch, as we had been led to believe we were booking a luxurious beachfront stay.
Overall, this hotel is grossly overpriced for what it offers. The amenities are subpar, the staff is unhelpful, and the entire experience was misleading and disappointing. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone and will certainly never return.

Hotel has a great feeling of cleanliness and high quality. Konnos beach is amazing and you can get there by hotels golf car shuttle or taking stairs down. I loved breakfast but not ad much the dinner.

Good afternoon. Many thanks for all the support that you have given my wife and I to ensure that our wedding day came together as we dreamed it would. I would like to give a special mention the wedding planner, Koula. We have worked together for two years and she has been the reason the wedding was such a success. She has managed communication brilliantly to make sure everyone was understood and included. The room the service in fact everything was to an excellent standard which exceeded all our expectations. Koula was there for us throughout the day, she is a font of knowledge and facilitated the smooth planning and running of our perfect wedding day. She was there to ensure every last detail was correct and as we expected. I would like to add that my friends, my wife and I will return one day as the venue is second to none. I am thrilled to recommend this service to anyone who is planning their wedding and if you are reading this review may I just say you wont be disappointed.
