My recent stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. First and foremost, the staff were the highlight of the stay, consistently demonstrating exceptional politeness and a genuine willingness to assist with any request. The hotel, in its current state, falls short of delivering on its brand promise and the expectations associated with a five-star hotel. Despite claims of refurbishment, the hotel's dated 1980s style is strikingly apparent the moment I stepped into the lobby. The revamp, if it truly took place, seems to have done little to modernize the space. The furnishings, from the lobby to the guest rooms, felt tired and far from the luxurious standard I associate with the Four Seasons brand, or even a five-star hotel in general. While the mattress provided a surprisingly comfortable night's sleep, the overall ambience of the room was lacklustre, the decor was old-fashioned, and the quality of the furnishings was clearly not up to par. What may look appealing in photos turned out to be cheaply manufactured pieces that did not reflect the premium experience I expected. It's worth noting that the service remained impeccable, as one would anticipate from the Four Seasons. However, the dated and underwhelming hardware significantly detracted from what should have been a luxurious stay. Although the amenities were decent, they lacked the "wow factor" typically associated with Four Seasons properties. Given the high price point, the overall value for money was underwhelming. Would I stay again? Maybe not compared to the other 5 star chains that offer much more. However, if the hotel wishes to truly live up to its reputation, a more substantial overhaul is necessary to elevate the guest experience and justify the premium pricing.

Dining at the Marco Polo buffet in the Tropical Restaurant was more than just a meal; it was an experience. The combination of elegant ambiance, diverse and high-quality cuisine, and impeccable service made it a standout choice. The Marco Polo buffet at the Four Seasons Hotel exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to dine in style.

Starting with the location, I feel it is situated in an ideal location in Cyprus as you are quite central to where everything is. Provided you have/hired a car, this is a great location be at. The hotel is c.45 minute drive from the airport its very easy to get to. The hotel has plenty of parking. The service throughout the stay was outstanding and everyone makes a conscious effort to make you feel welcomed. It’s as fine as staff who you’ve never met before knew us by our name which makes you feel very valued. The room we had was outstanding and we were fortunate as we got room 218 which offers fantastic views of the sea. This room was a bigger room and we got it by chance. The hotel knew it was out first stay there and they wanted to make a wow factor for us. I didn’t rate Seasons restaurants, but that may just be because I’ve had better Chinese food elsewhere. The breakfast offers a great selection and the bit I loved the most was that they do proper Cypriot food for breakfast too. The service, room cleanliness and food options were all good HOWEVER, the there two bits that let the hotel down. First was that the temperature of the water in the main pool – it was absolutely freezing cold, to the point where even in 33 degrees heat, the water was too cold to get into. My wife and I went with our daughter, and we found the water was too cold to put her in and it was warmer to take her to the beach and enjoy the water there. The only other thing that irritated us was that the room temperature could not go cooler than 19 degrees. At night it was quite warm, and it would have been nice to have reduced the temperature lower than 19 degrees. Despite the two issues, I would still strongly consider this hotel a 5* facility.

I can't understand the very good reviews. From my perspective, the hotel lives solely on its extremely good service. The staff are all very helpful, extremely friendly, and competent. The rest does not meet the Four Seasons standard. The hotel is an ugly brown concrete block from the 70s. The rooms are already quite worn out. The beds are good. The hotel is full of children and accordingly lively. There's always a child screaming somewhere. Breakfast is quite a scene. The quality of the breakfast is average. The price-performance ratio does not match. I would not recommend the hotel, especially at that price.

Completely over priced, service is horrible. Rooms are too hot, the hotel is too packed, we couldn’t book tennis or paddle at times when it’s not super hot outside, the pool is too packed and you need to fight for a place. Totally a disgrace to the four seasons brand.
