This hotel is really bad. I got a room with a balcony right next to where the hotel holds weddings. There was a wedding for 5 days with a lot of noise and loud music until 12 at night. The air conditioning did not work in the room, I went down and said it twice without it being fixed. When you order drinks in the restaurant, they only come when you have finished eating. The hotel had also run out of pool towels. The shower in the bathroom did not work, it only dripped with water, so a bath took at least 15-20 minutes. The toilet was loose and was about to tip over. They do not change the bed linen. There is an incredible amount of noise and extremely loud music all day down in the pool, and there are many children who fill the entire adult pool instead of using the children's pool. I would strongly advise everyone to choose another hotel than this. 5 stars is a parody for this hotel, it's max 2 stars. I've been to Cyprus 8 times and this is the ABSOLUTE worst hotel

If you are expecting 5 star hotel please do NOT book this hotel! At best I would give 3*( telling from my own experience as I have stayed in 5* hotels around Europe). We went half board ate lunch only once the food was poorly prepared, no taste and we had to pay for apple and orange juice to have it with the meal !! The breakfast all the time the same. The sun-beds are dirty and most of them do not have table so you have to put your drinks in the grass. The room was spacious but toilet needs urgent refurbishing and TV needs more channels in English. The bed was very comfy. Very important there are only 2 lifts for over 400 rooms so expect to wait long time for the lift. Unfortunately during our stay one of the lift broke so only was available for a day… if you are elderly or disabled please keep this in mind. I am speechless about the behaviour of the guests. I think it would be good for the hotel to advertise about diversity. I speak few languages so it was very upsetting to understand how they speak about staff/ another guests with different colour of skin, disgusting behaviour by hotel guests !!! The only good thing is the location but there are so many hotels with the same locations so please do your research. This was my first and last stay at this hotel. I am very disappointed.

We're on our last day of a 8 day holiday at Constantinos the Great and couldn't be happier with the experience. The hotel is in a stunning location right by the beach, offering breathtaking views of the sea—especially at sunrise and sunset. It’s the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday. The food has been absolutely fantastic throughout our stay, with a great variety to suit all tastes. The waiters and waitresses in the restaurant have been friendly, attentive, and always made us feel welcome. The same can be said for the reception staff—always smiling and ready to help with anything we needed. A special thank you to Adele in the spa, who has been truly compassionate and incredibly helpful to our group of 12. Her warmth and care made a real difference and added something special to our time here. We thoroughly enjoyed the bar area for our evening drinks, and the swimming pool was a lovely place to relax during the day. The massages and spa treatments were also a real highlight—professional, calming, and deeply rejuvenating. All in all, a fantastic hotel in a beautiful location with excellent service. The rooms need renovation – there’s mold in the bathroom, and the room smells unpleasant even after cleaning. Breakfast is very basic with little variety. The room had no air conditioning during the peak of July heat, and the dining area was overcrowded. The pool is okay, and the beach next to the hotel is a nice plus. There are only two elevators in a four-story hotel – we had to wait over 10 minutes for an elevator. As for the staff – most of them were not friendly. We had to ask several times just to get towels for the room. What really bothers me is that I read bad reviews before coming and assumed the hotel would take feedback seriously and improve – unfortunately, that didn’t happen. The service and the hotel have only gotten worse. I do not recommend this hotel

Manage your expectations, this is NOT 5 star, 4 at best. We booked an all-inclusive 10 day break with Love Holidays and flew LGW-LCA. The hotel is 42 km away from LCA and in a great location with its own beach, friendly staff and heated outdoor pool. The main foyer is impressive with beautiful internal galleries on each level overlooking the main recreation and bar area. The lifts take some getting used to, be prepared to go up when you’ve selected down and be bypassed on some occasions. The hotel boasts a large heated pool and a splash pool for children. It was reassuring to see at least 2X Lifeguards on duty when in operation (they also kept an eye open for non-guests entering the pool area which did happen). Music is played during activity hours (yoga, aqua gym etc) and the Sea Breeze Kiosk Bar is open for drinks and food (burgers, chips etc). Table tennis and pool are on offer on the -1 pool level as well as darts and boules. The evening entertainment is very basic and with overwhelming competition from the numerous venues on the strip many guest leave the hotel for a night out in favour them. The bar staff rotate each bar, look for Ehsan, he is super helpful and very interactive. The bar drinks vary in standard from basic to poor, branded drinks have an additional charge but I was disappointed not to even have Keo Brandy on offer for a traditional Cypriot brandy Sour. On the whole the holiday was enjoyable but not worth the price changed. Would we return? Maybe but on a Bed & Breakfast stay only.
