I am not a fan of all inclusive, I don’t like it at all but I was amazed because this hotel had
everything at one place. The food was delicious and I could eat as much as I wanted! Free beverages on the beach, Free and clean beach towels everyday, and room service would clean my room too!
Air conditioning was on top since it was really hot out there. It even had a gym which was small and cozy and usually empty so I could really enjoy exercising.
As much as I hate all inclusive, I was satisfied and relaxed.
What I didn’t like was the elevator. My room was on the highest floor and I always had to wait for like 5 minutes for the elevator in a rush hour (breakfast/dinner) which was annoying!
As a person who hates hotels and was forced to go there by my family it was really unbearable, the noise, children, some sort of a program every evening!
But what can you expect from an all inclusive.
If i consider that it’s a family resort, there’s nothing that bothered me. But don’t go there if you hate children and noise

We had a lovely stay in March with our extended family. Everything was sparkling clean, the staff was welcoming and helpful, and both the buffet and the bar were wonderful! Highly recommend!

This is not 5-star. We do not recommend at all.
If you have better expectations, it may be a better experience. I would expect a 2 or 3-star hotel.
None of the air conditioning worked in any of the rooms. My colleagues and I had same experience.
The food was subpar. Same food every night just different “themes.”
You’re also not allowed to take any food or drinks up to your room which is weird and odd. I’ve never been told that at any hotel. You’re paying for it, you should be able to eat/drink it in your room.

Despite its location a bit far from downtown, it is a great hotel with awesome breakfast variety and staff friendliness. Clean and cozy.

Our reflection of St Raphael Resort Limassol.
On arrival, the reception area was captivating it had a luxurious vibe. Beautiful flowers, decor, and lighting pooring in. Glenn was on duty, a very efficient man who welcomed us with drinks. Our encounter with the dining room manager Sasha made us realise what great service is all about. He made sure our stay was personalised by him and others like Elena, Dimitra, Lisa, Andy, and Jahn-Cas, just to name a few. All employees shared the same comment " we love working here, our employers are fantastic." I knew that when we received a platter of fruit and champagne to our room, from Stavros to celebrate a special day.
You won't be disappointed there is delicious food with freshness and good flavours. A clean hotel and personalised service. 6 restaurants on site to choose from starting May onwards. Catering for vegans, children, and everyone.
There is a sandy beach just a walk from the hotel and a garden to relax on the beds in the gardens of the hotel. Swimming options in the sea, indoor pool, or outdoors. A local bus to travel to the scenic marina. The weather in March was 24 degrees, and going forward, it will get hotter all the way through until October.
A short flight and cost effective to enjoy this 5 star experience you won't be disappointed.
