The Resort was the perfect choice for our honeymoon. Our Sunrise Overwater Villa gave us a breathtaking start to every day – directly above the ocean, peaceful and private. From a culinary perspective, we were impressed every single day. The food was excellent, and the breakfast in particular was outstanding: a huge variety, freshly prepared, and of very high quality. The gym is modern an very well equipped for an island resort. In addition, there is a well-maintained tennis court, which we truly enjoyed using – a great extra. What impressed us the most, however, was the exceptional staff. We have rarely encountered such warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful people. Our personal host Auvaan and Elza took care of absolutely everything and made us feel perfectly looked after at all times. The transfer was also smooth and perfectly organized, making the entire experience completely stress-free.

We stayed at Kuredhivaru in the Maldives for seven days, and it was genuinely one of the best weeks we’ve ever had. Everything about the island felt five-star — from the stunning overwater villa and pristine white sand beaches to the food, which was consistently excellent. The villa itself was beautiful and incredibly peaceful, but what truly made this stay special was the staff. They are, without question, the highlight of the island. Our host, Auvaan, was outstanding. He helped organise all of our activities and went above and beyond to arrange a very special experience for my wife’s birthday, which we’ll never forget. What really stood out was how genuine everyone was. The staff felt empowered to be themselves, not just “resort staff,” and some of our favourite moments were simply chatting with them, learning about their lives, and connecting on a human level. That’s something you don’t often experience at luxury resorts, and it made our stay feel incredibly warm and personal. An unforgettable experience from start to finish. We couldn’t recommend Kuredhivaru more highly and would return in a heartbeat.

Our stay at Kuredhivaru Resort has been absolutely magical. My husband and I came here to celebrate our five year wedding anniversary and my birthday, and we are leaving with the most beautiful memories. From the moment we arrived, everything felt effortless and special. The villas are stunning, private, and luxurious. The staff are incredibly attentive and genuinely friendly. Every morning at breakfast we were greeted with warm smiles, and they even remembered our favorite orders. Those small, thoughtful details made the experience feel personal and welcoming. Between the snorkeling here, which is amazing, and our excursions, we have been lucky enough to see turtles, dolphins, blacktip reef sharks, and rays. Truly unforgettable! The food was another highlight. If you are worried about being stuck on an island with average dining, don’t be. The buffet is consistently delicious with great variety, and the daily chocolate hour is phenomenal. My birthday dinner at The Oak Room was exceptional, with beautifully paired wines and exquisite dishes. Watching the sunset at Lattitude was also a perfect way to end the day. I also enjoyed a relaxing massage at the spa on my birthday, which was the perfect treat! A special thank you to our wonderful host, Auvaan, who helped make everything seamless and easy. Kuredhivaru Resort is a truly special place, and we are already dreaming of returning one day.

Kuredhivaru is a complete experience from the moment you arrive at Malé Airport until you board your flight back home. From the very beginning, the welcome is warm and beautifully organized. The beaches are truly paradisiacal, and the Overwater Pool Villa was absolutely perfect, fully equipped with every amenity you could imagine and more, offering comfort, privacy, and stunning views. What truly stands out is the exceptional service from the entire staff and across all the restaurants. The food is of a very high standard, and the genuine care, attention, and professionalism from everyone make you feel completely at home. Congratulations to the entire team for delivering service that is truly above and beyond. A special mention to Michelle, Yuzub, and Niva from Latitude 5.5, who turned every lunch and dinner into a memorable experience with their kindness, professionalism, and outstanding service. During our stay, my wife celebrated her birthday, and the entire staff went above and beyond to prepare thoughtful surprises throughout the day, making her feel truly special and creating unforgettable memories for us. The photography studio team also deserves recognition for their excellent attention and professionalism. The photographer showed great patience and talent, capturing beautiful and meaningful moments with my wife. Finally, special thanks to Misha, who accompanied us throughout our stay and ensured everything was perfect, from restaurant reservations to keeping us informed of everything happening at the hotel. His constant availability, warmth, professionalism, and genuine care truly made us feel welcomed and at home. The only small suggestion, which does not affect the overall experience, would be for the villas to include bicycles to move around the island. That said, the golf cart service is very efficient and always available. We truly hope to return to Kuredhivaru very soon.

We had a very lovely stay with so much positive to express. First would love to thank all of the staff for their hospitality and kind mannerism. We were greeted and made feel at home. All the staff were very engaging in whatever questions we may have. I would like to thank Auvaan, Tendai, Wesley, Jasmin, Paulina, Maria and Eka for making our stay there restful and enjoyable. The rooms were cleaned 3 times throughout the day. Housekeeping made sure we didn’t need anything. Food was AMAZING. I was worried about food adjustment but you’ve got nothing to worry about. It’s also very family friendly and for sure we see ourselves returning here and brining our child with us as they had a whole center dedicated to keep children entertained and give parents time for themselves. So kuddos to Mövenpick Kuredhivaru for the work they put into this place and we look forward to coming in the near future. 100% recommend this place for couples or for families.
