The holiday of a lifetime will begin the moment you arrive by speedboat or seaplane at this charming family-friendly island resort in the Vaavu Atoll. You’ll stay in lavish accommodation which includes spectacular over-water bungalows and dine in top-quality venues, including a superb speciality seafood restaurant. The sumptuous Mandara Spa is the place for the ultimate pampering experience and the Hama Rhythmic Bar offers the chance to dance the night away. A range of exciting activities on the waves include sunset cruises, night fishing, canoeing, snorkelling, diving and dolphin watching trips in a local dhoni boat. There’s also plenty to keep the little ones busy including a pristine private beach for some sandcastle-building sessions, a kids club and a play area.

We had a wonderful stay at Cinnamon Velifushi Maldives. The view of the ocean from the water bungalows is breathtaking. If you're into snorkeling and diving we can recommend the dive center on the island, we had some great experiences there. The food was delicious and the staff was more than welcoming. Special thanks to Muje, who always knew what we wanted to drink. We would definitely love to come back!

From the very first moment, we felt welcomed and completely at ease. The resort is not only stunningly beautiful and perfectly located – a true picture-perfect paradise – but also shines through its incredibly friendly and attentive staff. A special thank you goes to Mubarak, our waiter, and Jameel from housekeeping. Both took excellent care of us with professionalism, warmth, and dedication, always with a smile. However, one person truly found a special place in our hearts: Hameesh, the waiter with the biggest heart and the most positive energy we’ve ever encountered in all our travels. His genuine kindness, humor, and uplifting spirit made each day unique and memorable. Hameesh alone would be reason enough for us to return to Cinnamon Velifushi at any time! The food was delicious and varied, the rooms beautifully furnished, very clean, and well-equipped. The entire resort is well-maintained, peaceful, and idyllic – the perfect place to relax and unwind. Thank you to the whole team for this unforgettable experience. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely paradise! Cinnamon Velifushi is simply breathtaking — the place is pure paradise. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The island is stunning, the water is crystal clear, and the vibe is so peaceful and relaxing. We had a 14 night holiday at Cinnamon velifushi. It was the most incredible holiday. The island is beautiful. The facilities are fabulous and the staff are so wonderful and welcoming. They couldn't do enough for us. We went scuba diving, snorkeling, dolphin watching and visited the local villages. The restaurant and bars on the island are second to none. Food is fabulous. Hansani in the restaurant was lovely, cooking everything to our liking. Ali, in the restaurant was amazing. He looked after us so well, and has become a very good friend. A visit to this paradise island is a dream come true.

wow! everything was perfect we really enjoyed our holiday. we visited the local islands together with Saiid. he gave us so much information about his island and culture. we enjoyed it so much and are happy that we could do this with Saiid. Our service was done by Shameem he had an eye for detail. always smiling always friendly. After 2 days we didn't have to say what we wanted to drink because he knew this perfectly! We will miss Shameem so much! we snorkeled with turtles and dolphins together with Oppo and Maamu this was a once in a life time experience. He knew all the good spots and guided us super well!
