  • Dinner at Flavour, Zest or a three course dinner at Smoked, Sea Dragon or Azure from the special chef’s menu (booking recommended)
  • Unlimited selected alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages during lunch and dinner and at Breeze Bar (10am to 12am), the Beach Club (10am to 6pm) and Forbidden Bar (7pm to 12am)
  • Complimentary rental of snorkelling equipment, standard kayaks and paddleboards

From the moment we arrived in the hotel Kandima, we felt at home. Starting with the very smooth organisation from the sea plane to the boat that drove us to the hotel and finally the amazing and welcoming check reception team. We really enjoyed the super high level of service restaurants offered various and fresh food for breakfast and lunch and dinner. We had the all inclusive package and we particularly appreciated the food as well as the service at the restaurant SMOKED. We also had a lot of fun with Josh doing the couples training and we had great conversation with the tennis coach, Mal! Finally, we had a super cool experience at the volleyball with Kirah! The staff was absolutely wonderful and the amenities were great. We were staying in the studio and we enjoyed the efficiency of housekeeping as well as the quality of the amenities provided. The few points that we have to comment on are the following: the volleyball court was a little bit dangerous at there were a lot of corals in the sand and we hurt ourselves twice. Also the frequency of the bus wasn’t as good as we expected. Finally, we were hoping that the all-inclusive package would include some more basic drinks is such as Aperol for exemple. Also everyone should note that this is a family and kids friendly hotel therefore there will be a lot of kids around and in the pools. I came here with my 2 kids the service was very good and caring and for my kids there was pretty limited options but they loved go karting but the food was not the best for me out of the 3 (dinner) (lunch) and (breakfast) breakfast was the best with lots of options with sweets and food I stayed in a pool room but the waves were very loud obviously you can't do nothing about that things that I liked Room and the veiw of the ocean The food and the sea life was very beautiful with the dolphins and baby sharks be aware they aren't the ones that hurt or or harm. The things I didn't like They don't test if anything is wrong or not my toilet was flushed and then lots of water came like flooding the bowl of the the toilet and when my kids done there stuff the room stank until room service came wich took 15-25 minutes But overall very nice experience.

We recently stayed at Kandima and unfortunately I became ill during our holiday. However during this challenging time, one staff member truly stood out: Kamil. We normally never write remarks like this, but he deserves it as he went far above and beyond anything we could have expected during our visit. As I became sick, he checked in on us daily, anticipated our needs, and made an incredibly difficult situation much easier to handle. He didn't have to do this, but did it out of his goodwill and good heart. His care, professionalism, and kindness made a real difference for me and my family, and we are deeply grateful and honestly it was the highlight of our trip to experience this kindness. Truly exceptional service and an exceptional human being. His manager, and the rest of the team was also extremely helpful and always there for our beck and call. We felt valued and cared for, which is extremely important when you become sick away from home. As for the resort itself, what I was able to experience was fantastic. The beach is beautiful, the water clarity is incredible, and the water villas are stunning. Dolphins swim by daily, which is unforgettable. Rooms are clean and well-maintained, and all facilities are exactly what you’d expect from a high-quality resort. Breakfast was also very good, with plenty of choice. We sincerely hope to return one day to experience Kandima fully under better circumstances. 😊 All the best from me and my wife.

Very nice resort with a lot of entertainment, beautiful beaches and great service. Rasel from Breeze-Bar was by far our favourite waiter, always very friendly, smiling and making great cocktails, he definitely deserves a raise!

Sajith Pushpamal provided outstanding room service — he is a very kind, respectful, and highly skilled professional. His attention to cleanliness and detail was exceptional, and he always worked with a warm smile and great care. All the hotel staff were extremely polite, friendly, and welcoming, which made our stay even more comfortable. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and well-prepared — truly enjoyable. A special thanks to Malika and Mariya at the reception. She delivers a very high level of service, is always helpful, professional, and attentive, and makes guests feel genuinely valued from the first moment. Overall, the service quality was excellent, and we truly felt cared for. We highly appreciate the hospitality and would be happy to return again.
