We had our first family vacation at Kandima with our six-month-old, and it was truly unforgettable. We travelled all the way from Sydney, and everything—from the initial booking to the final drop-off at the airport—was smooth and well-organized. The stay was wonderful, and the rooms beautifully reflected the colours of the island. Whether you choose to relax indoors or spend your day outside, you’re surrounded by relaxing beach vibes. Make sure to grab a bike and explore the island. The beaches are stunning and filled with unique marine life. Don’t miss the Aquaholics experience—especially the snorkelling. It’s an absolute must-try. The hospitality was excellent. The staff were attentive, and the resort is very baby-friendly. Communication was clear throughout, and the team handled last-minute changes exceptionally well. Our outbound international flight was rescheduled, and Kandima promptly adjusted our domestic transfer to Malé upon request. The Playspace and Fast Track teams were fantastic. A special shout-out to Nakshatra and Shilin for going above and beyond.

I had a wonderful stay! I stayed in the Sunrise Beach Pool Villa with Swirl Pool (505), which offers more privacy compared to the Sunset Beach Pool Villa with Swirl Pool. The room was spacious and clean. I encountered a minor issue with my door key, but the staff were quick and efficient in resolving it — even the Q Team who responds to messages on the K App. Truly amazing service! I also joined the Dolphin Quest. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to see any dolphins due to the bad weather. However, this was not the resort’s fault, as the team informed me beforehand and gave me the option to proceed or cancel. I really appreciated their transparency. As for the food, the buffet restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes — I wanted to try everything! 🤣 I also loved Deli and Aroma; they’re very convenient, and you don’t have to wait long when you’re hungry and want a quick snack or drink. Lastly, Smoked Restaurant was exceptional. The staff there were incredibly hospitable. Special mention to Yazdhan and Maihaan — you made my dinner fun and memorable🩵 Definitely worth coming back👌

From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth, well-organized, and welcoming. I would like to give special thanks to two amazing staff members who made our stay even better: - Sajith – our room attendant. He kept our room spotless every single day, always with great attention to detail. His kindness, professionalism, and dedication really stood out. - Medhat – the staff member responsible for the Fast Track activity. He made the whole experience fun, safe, and exciting. My wife and I enjoyed the racing activity so much, and his guidance and energy truly elevated the experience. Both of them made a big difference and turned a great vacation into an exceptional one. Highly recommended—Kandima is definitely a place I would love to visit again!

We are here and very happy with our choice of island. A beautiful beach with many different sides and impressions, friendly atmosphere. The staff are very attentive to the well-being of their guests, especially Mohamed, the front desk manager, who was very accommodating to our requests for a room upgrade. There are many great opportunities to enjoy yourself away from the breathtaking nature—we particularly like the two different pools, one in the middle of the island and one at the outer end, which always play relaxing, inviting chill-out lounge music, offer good cocktails, and have great lounging options. Entertainment is also well taken care of with live bands and show acts. As for food, there are delicious dishes in the buffet restaurants. At Smoke, we had a good steak at no extra charge as a honeymoon treat, and we are still trying out the other restaurants. Our modern Sky Studio room has a great view—we love the swing on the spacious balcony. In general, the furniture everywhere seems to be quite new. Thank you for the great time so far!

We are a couple in our thirties from Russia who have long dreamed of visiting the idyllic islands, and finally made it happen on our honeymoon. We chose this resort and were delighted with every moment of our stay. Each day, our room was immaculately clean, allowing us to fully enjoy tropical comfort. What particularly amazed us was staying in a room where the bathroom had no roof, making nature feel so close by. Even four crabs lived in our bathroom, creating an atmosphere of true connection with nature. The hotel staff proved incredibly friendly and attentive, helping us organize the perfect vacation. Safety standards were also high, enabling us to freely explore the island both during the day and night. Thank a lot Sajith and Omi for the our residence. We actively explored the island on foot, enjoying walks along the coastline and discovering new corners of nature. Nightly strolls became especially enjoyable as we deliberately went out looking for local wildlife such as crabs and bats, and the island generously shared these unforgettable experiences with us. This experience left an indelible mark on our hearts, turning dreams into reality and filling our days with vibrant memories. We sincerely recommend this resort to anyone seeking beauty, comfort, and genuine adventure.
