Everything about this resort is a beautiful memory we cherish everyday, Our amazing stay at Hakura Huraa resort is truly one of the best stays we ever had in our traveling life. Food in here should specially need a mention as it gets better on every meal. we have only spent one day at this resort and just for that one day we have collected so many beautiful memories. Service - Main restaurant is located few minutes away from the water villas but the pathway leads to the restaurant was something that no one gets tired of passing by. Staff- Staff was exceptionally nice as they greet on the spot everywhere we meet, special mention goes to service staff of the main restaurant for providing an above and beyond service eveytime. Fulu our waiter was really nice and always aware about our preferences even we stood for a such a short period. Also thanks goes to Nimesh as well for the smile and kind words he share with us on every meal. Entertainment - Entertainment are varied as we only could enjoy quiet few, but as i see there are so many entertainment options available for the long staying people. Rooms - Rooms are very nice even though it gets a bit warm at the noon but its understandable with the heat in Maldives. Overall a great hotel would recommend to anyone who is planning to go for a vacation.

Amazing hotel and experience. Great scuba diving, rooms and beaches. Very peaceful and private setting. Great for couples, scuba dividers, lovers of marine life. Not many children and families which is also great for me.

Our stay at Cinnamon Hakuraa Huraa has been nothing but amazing! Great service, great food and great room. Nihaad provided great service in the restaurant, and always remembered our «usual» order. Diving guys were great guys. We went scuba diving three days in a row. Our bungalow was amazing. Loved every minute of our stay, and we had a great honeymoon here. Will definitely consider coming back in the future at some point.

They try but don’t deliver. I have been to the Maldives 3 times (this was the third one), and I have never been so disappointed. The water is dirty, and you can’t swim from the water villa either due to currents or to tide (see photo) - in the morning and the evening literally there’s no water. In the middle of the atoll there is the staff accommodation where they actively burn garbage, and the generator makes noise 24/7. The rooms are the same you can find in Cuba in terms of maintenance (but at least there’s the embargo in Cuba…): the ceiling is a tent, so when the sun rises you have to wake up, and the walls are empty, so you can hear every neighbor talking - very private! The staff consists of people who are not hospitality professionals, they just happen to be on the island. At the buffet (there’s only one restaurant) half of the stands are unattended, the reception never knows what you ask, the service at the pool is totally random (I still don’t know wether there is or there isn’t table service at the pool area). Lastly the staff don’t know how to interact with customers, I was checking out and asked for a drink while willing to pay for it (not for free), and the guy at the pool bar told me it wasn’t possible (please note here that I had to wait like 1hr before the boat transfer after the check out time). So I go to the reception and ask, I go back to the pool asking again for a drink and how to pay for it, and the guy rudely told me that he couldn’t serve anything to me and dismissed me. At that point I call the food manager, who should be doing and other job since he denied the fact from happening, while not being there (amazing!), but luckily the hotel manager fixed the situation. I don’t know how this place can have only positive reviews, either the hotel manages to find people who haven’t travelled to a single destination in their life or I can’t explain it. On a side note, we went dolphin watching and the hotel staff emptied coke and other cans in the sea…

We love this hotel, is very beautiful and comfortable. The island is a paradise. The staff is so kind and solve to you any dude or requeriment. We have had an inforgetable holidays. Special mention to our waiter Shifaz, he made sure we were comfortable and well looked after. Also the cooks were so kind, we need a vegetarian gluten free diet and they were always concerned about meeting our needs and allergies. Thank you. In the spa the massage was amazing! The best in our life. For my wife and me was and incredible exprience, very relaxing and the staff was very kind. We loved our therapist Yuli and Tera. We highly recommend!!
