Positives.....pools are great.
Negatives.....rooms dingy and so outdated would question star rating.
Need to sort the rooms out and refurbish (maybe with walk in showers like so many now have). Bath looked painted and tiling needs attention. Again, pools a good positive.

We came with a group of friends as some of us were sharing special birthdays. The reception staff were efficient and friendly, the shower stopped working which was sorted and fixed straight away. The reason I wanted to write the review was to thank Lidia who worked at the terrace bar, she is a credit to the hotel. She was kind and friendly and always made us smile. She looked after us so well with food and drink which was fantastic.

Good size accommodation with large room and bathroom, nice view from balcony. Huge comfortable beds; tiny fridge.
It's not ideal that you must buy your own water to drink, but maybe this is common practice here in Benidorm.
The room is kept cleaned, and the restaurant is alright.

The location is a good distance from central Benidorm, and there are better restaurants, bars and shops. This is both good and bad, depending on what you expect. At the time I was writing this, the pool back area still wasn't finished renovated.

First stay here so didn't know what to expect. Check in was fine and our room was ready, the member of staff was friendly but I felt he could of gone over more things ie meal times, need of hat for indoor pool, entertainment guide etc.
Room was nice and spacious as was the bathroom. Bed was comfortable although I wasn't too keen on the long pillows. Daily room service was hit and miss, one day our cups were not cleaned, another the dirty cups were left in the bathroom sink. I was away with a coffee drinker and when we went to get more coffee at reception (as only two in the room) we were told they didn't have any! Eventually we did get some more.
From speaking to other guests only a handful had been told about the work to the pool. There was still use of two pools but at times dust would be blown to the main pool from the work that was going on.
Food was some days average, other days below. There was not a huge variety of main meals and it did seem like the same thing everyday. Food was also warm at times.
Service at the inside bar was awful. I would say that most of the staff were friendly, but there were many times when you'd be waiting to be served and the staff would wipe down a non dirty bar, or walk away or serve someone who they knew were after yourself.
A few hen and stag dos during my stay but this did not impact my holiday.
The gym could do with a little tlc, it was nice however that it was available from 0730.
Overall although my experience was not horrendous I do not think I'd return in a hurry.

We stayed here in mid May and had a great experience. The first thing you see is the reception which is unbelievably impressive and calm. Especially after coming off the streets of a noisy Benidorm. The staff were very friendly and informative. They also offer luggage storage if your flight isn’t until later on your check out day.
We booked with half board but were able to switch our evening meal for lunch which was very handy for when we fancied eating out. We didn’t have to give any notice. My favourite meal time was breakfast as they pretty much have anything you could want. The drinks at breakfast are also included if you book with breakfast.
The rooms were very spacious and included a minibar, tv, en-suite, balcony and sofa bed.
The minibar isn’t free and charged to your card when you check out. We didn’t use the minibar but still had a €4 charge for something. It wasn’t clear what that was as there was no email invoice/receipt - maybe something for the hotel to consider for clarity.
The only downside was the pool refurbishment which seemed to be over schedule. There’s still two pools you can use, one indoor and one outdoor. The building work noise did disturb the atmosphere but I appreciate it’s needed to complete the other pools and outdoor bar. It doesn’t seem too far from being completed. There’s also a new Lidl being built over the road which will likely last all summer.
The hotel is located in a slightly quieter part of Benidorm but you’re still no more than a 10 minute walk from the beach or the main bar and clubs.
We had an issue with our bathroom hairdryer and after calling reception a maintenance person was with us within the hour. No complaints there!
I would definitely stay again.
