An oasis of calm with great customer service. The rooms are bright and well serviced. The food on the whole is good. Service is tip top, and it has a good evening entertainment programme. It most definitely is not an 18-30 holiday spot, but for the more mature traveller, it is excellent 👌

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Don Pancho Hotel in Benidorm, and I can't recommend it highly enough. From the moment I arrived, the experience was exceptional. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the food. The hotel's dining options exceeded all expectations, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes that catered to every taste. Each meal was a culinary delight, prepared with the freshest ingredients and presented beautifully. The ambiance of the hotel added to the overall experience. The decor is elegant and modern, creating a relaxing atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The rooms were immaculate, spacious, and well-appointed with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. In addition to the outstanding service and food, the hotel's location is perfect. It's situated close to the beach and many local attractions, making it easy to explore the vibrant city of Benidorm. Overall, the Don Pancho Hotel is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay in Benidorm. The exceptional staff, incredible food, and beautiful surroundings make it a top-notch destination. I can't wait to return!

Lovely hotel, stands out from the crowd. Entrance stunning, service great and rooms have balconies. Lifts could be quicker and not enough for size of hotel. Spotlessly clean. Fantastic breakfast offerings and we upgraded to half board for €13 each daily. Lovely salad bar but found food not entirely to my liking but that's personal taste. Veal, pork cheeks, oxtail and fish I ve never heard of. Lovely pool area . We would have no hesitation in returning. An Oasis in the middle of a rave !

My wife and I had heard a lot of good reviews about the Hotel Don Pancho in Benidorm about the great food and just great in every way possible to enjoy a good stay in Benidorm. It's classed as a 4*plus but this was our first trip to Benidorm so we couldn't really compare it to any other hotels in Benidorm. I must say the food was excellent but you would expect that for a 4*plus hotel wouldn't you. I thought a champagne breakfast was just a made up thing that didn't really happen it was just a dream but at the Hotel Don Pancho in Benidorm you really do get a champagne breakfast. I tried the champagne at breakfast but it wasn't really my thing but my wife loved it with a big smile on her face each morning at breakfast.

My husband and I had a recommendation for the buffet at this hotel, and on our last night of our holidays tried it out, and it was all we were told it was, the quality and variety of food on this buffet were fabulous, service was second to none, the ambience, lighting and overall decor was a real pleasure. My only complaint was after our meal was finished I had not finished the single glass of wine I had with dinner and my husband was looking forward to a coffee to complete his meal only to be told he could only get his coffee outside in the bar, we went to leave, with my 1/2 glass of white only to be told to sit in the restaurant to finish it, i was not allowed to join my husband with same glass of wine! This happened to us as non residents but also to another couple who were residents in the hotel. Is this really a 4 or 5 star hotel? I've only ever been treated as a welcome guest in other 3, 4 or 4 star hotels in the past. It's time this policy was looked at again by the GM of this hotel
